I am waiting for you for a pleasant Istanbul holiday in a comfortable, clean and spacious apartment. My house has a tourist rental permit from the Ministry of Tourism in accordance with local laws.

Even though you will be in the city centre, it is very quiet and calm; a great place to relax and watch the spectacular view of this ancient city, birds, sunrise and sunset form the East and West facing balconies. There are a total of 3 levels; 1st level has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, 2nd level has a living and kitchen area with 2 balconies and the 3rd level has a large private terrace.

You will have a very pleasant time in this cute terrace studio flat, which is in the most central point of Istanbul, in a quiet wonderful location and carefully prepared with its newly completed restoration. Our room's entrance in 4nd floor, don't elevator and a small spacious area. Our room has 1 double bed, 1 kitchen (there is not sink in kitchen), 1 bath and a table, wifi, smart TV, air conditioning and terrace balcony with amazing view.
