Kick your shoes off and unwind in this relaxing riverfront 1 bedroom daylight ground level suite with large bright windows. Centennial park is a 5 minute walk and includes walking trails, dog park, playground, and more. Downtown Kamloops is just a short 15 minute drive. We are a busy family of 4 upstairs; please expect to hear the pitter patter of little feet and you may also catch short stints of piano practice. Julia’s Suite features a full kitchen. An adjoining (Buds Lounge Suite) can also be rented for up to four additional guests. Holmwood Farm is a very scenic property with great views and lots of hiking and x country ski trails. It is home to a small flock of sheep, and cows which are grazed regeneratively. . You will have access to fresh vegetables from our garden in the summer months , and free range eggs, pastured meats and locally sourced gifts from our farm store.

The property is 20 minutes from Sun Peaks, surrounded by hiking trails, lakes, golf courses and lots of outdoor activities.

We live in a wonderful neighborhood that is a 10 minute walk to a convenience store, liquor store, skate/bike park, pickle ball/tennis court, and dog walking trail. We are 15 mins to downtown Kamloops and 30 mins to Sunpeaks

The space is great for couples, solo adventures, business travellers and small families.
