Had a great stay for Easter weekend with our two little ones. We had a nightmare journey down and Matthew allowed us to alter our booking very last minute which was very kind! We really appreciated this. Communication was great throughout our stay. 5 minute drive from Deal seafront / castle. House was perfect for what we needed. Was the first time our little girl had stayed in a cot in her own room! 🙌🏼 Success! Would highly recommend Matthew’s place. Thanks again!

A beautiful house - modernised inside without losing any of its period charm - in a great location. Katrina was a perfect host. We’ll certainly look to stay again in future!

We had an absolutely wonderful week in this great property- the direct access to the beach is very special - and the house is a real home, furnished for comfortable living rather than rental. Lots of gorgeous walks near by - great golf course up the road, handy EV charging point 2 mins walk away, and Ashford designer shopping outlet 30 mins drive away.

This is the second time we’ve stayed at Tim’s place to visit family locally and it’s a fab place to stay and we’ll definitely be back again

We were a party of ten adults and one child staying at Martin’s home for the weekend. The property was superb, wonderfully decorated and fully equipped with everything we could possibly need. The gardens were beautiful. We were lucky to be blessed with fabulous weather and made the most of it. We were also lucky to be visiting during lambing season. Watching lambs being born was quite an experience. I would highly recommend this property and hope to revisit again one day

Perfect house - we were a group of 8 old friends reuniting with a weekend away and it couldn’t have been a better place. Clean spacious house, super comfortable beds and great kitchen area with lovely garden for BBQs and ping pong table was great. Walking distance to the beach and Rye just a bit further. Will be back!!

Sarah was an Amazing host and I couldn't have asked for a better host or a more wonderful house. Sarah's home was stunning and was so lovely to be near a wonderful big park.

A lovely, relaxing stay at Brian and Francesca's beautiful place. My dog absolutely loved roaming the gardens! Lots of thoughtful touches, including fresh bread, milk and butter, as well as some snacks and wine - plus a bone and towel for the dog! The whole space is filled with light and stays nice and warm in the evenings. The hot tub, of course, is a big highlight! :) Believe it or not, as non-drivers, we managed to get Ubers to and from Hastings, as well as food delivered via Deliveroo! And Brian was also incredibly kind to drive us to Battle station.

Great little place with the star feature being the hot tub!! Was such a good space to unwind. Hosts were very communicative and would absolutely stay again:)

Very charming flat in the city centre of Rye. Perfect location, close to all the little cafes, shops, pubs… We loved our stay and we will definetly come back again! Thanks for hosting us!

We had a relaxing and peaceful time at Roger's place. Although we arrived rather late at 11pm, the self-check in instructions were very helpful and we had a very comfortable night at the property. I would love to be back in the near future.

The flat is perfect for a stay for one or two people for a short break in Rochester. It's is easily walkable to and from the station and easy to find. It was peaceful but near the centre, the castle, cathedral and river with an incredible number or eateries nearby. The instructions for getting in were clear with no problems and the key box easy to use. (I have fought with a couple in the past!) The flat itself was spotless with all the amenities you need. There was plenty of kitchen equipment and Linda left milk, tea and coffee. My only note of caution, was it was up 3 flights of stairs which was easy to manage but I did have to take my bags (I don't travel light so had two ) one at a time. I would highly recommend this most comfortable flat if staying in Rochester

We stayed two nights in this beautiful Georgian garden flat and felt very at home. Antony is super friendly and sent a detailed welcome pack ahead of time including tips for things to see and food recommendations. The kitchen was well equipped (we like to cook for ourselves) and generously provided lots of bits and bobs including milk (soya as well as regular), bread and juice. The garden front and back is very pretty and lovely to sit out in. The wifi was powerful enough to watch shows on our phones, although it was nice to read/play games and not just sit in front of a screen. Absolutely recommend staying here if you want to explore Sheppey (particularly if you want to visit Elmley reserve but stay somewhere homely and cheaper!).

Lovely spot to stay just in walking distance to the beach, harbour and shops. We didn’t cook in the property, so can’t comment on the kitchen facilities but it was a good base to explore Whitstable and the surrounding areas.

Delightful stay. The flat was a perfect size and the breakfast/welcome basket made it an even easier trip with breakfast and more taken care of. Immaculate and lovingly decorated. Stephen and Debbie were great, thoughtful hosts. Would recommend without hesitation.

We spent a lovely Christmas here and had everything we could possibly need. The location is perfect, endless sea views and plenty of places to walk to with the dogs. The apartments are well stocked with everything needed to cook a beautiful Christmas dinner and Anthony even provided us with lovely Christmas trees. It felt like a home away from home. Anthony kindly let us check-in early and check-out late which helped us truly relax. This was our second time staying and won’t be our last!

We had a great Christmas. The house is a much bigger then the photos. Plenty of space for a large family and more then enough hot water for all of us!! The house is very clean, enough pots, pans plates etc. Lovely setting, loved the little church, which is open for visiters only, seeped in history.

Little Rock is a fabulous property in a stunning location. This part of East Sussex/Kent border is really interesting and the countryside is lovely. The main room kitchen/lounge are is huge and very comfortable with lovely views over the country side with the small railway spur line at the bottom of the valley, (we were lucky to see the Spa Railway steam train both days we stayed). Bedrooms were all well decorated and very clean and the ones with ensuite facilities were huge. The kitchen and utility room were both extremely well appointed and we did a lot of cooking but did not run short of pots and pans etc etc. We would not hesitate to recommend Little Rock and all 9 of us were very sad to leave.

We had a lovely stay for NYE at Ingram House! The bar area was a great space to relax in and the dining room and lounge area were also lovely. There was plenty of space and it was very comfortable! Highly recommend a stay here!

we had a great stay at this property, enjoyed walks on the beach with our dogs, great location with Rye and Hythe within 30 minutes drive, both with great history. karting at Lydd and we also ventured through the dunes at GreatStone onto a beautiful sandy beach. Camber sands is only 15 minutes away too. the property itself was wonderful with 3 ghod size bedrooms, 2 kitchens and 2 bathrooms. perfect for our grown up family, with partners and dogs. it was booked with a chilled and relaxing weekend in mind, it met this perfectly

We had a lovely stay at Appledown. The bungalow was clean and well-equipped. It should be very convenient for anyone with mobility difficulties. The views are magnificent - mainly open countryside and trees - and it's also only 20 minutes across the fields from the beach at Kingsdown via public footpaths. Comms were all good and check in very easy.

The Camber Beach House is such a special place! The house is absolutely stunning, unbelievably homely and has everything you may want or need! The garden is divine, the shared spaces are well organised and exceptionally decorated and the bedrooms are generous and comfortable. It is rare that a stay looks even better in real life than in photos, but everything was exactly as described but even more amazing. We loved exploring the art and finding hilarious gems hidden across all rooms. The host, Jeani, is the kindest person and she proactively send us all details with clear instructions, offered us early check-in and late check-out and made sure to share local recommendations that made our stay even more special. Thank you!
