We had a wonderful stay in Cara‘s Portland cottage. We were there over Christmas week. Cara had decorated the house beautifully for Christmas and was really responsive to every request. We know Portland well and have many friends we were there to visit, so we already knew what a fabulous place it is to be. The cottage was really well stocked with all the equipment we needed and more. Cara left us a fabulous hamper of Christmas bits and bobs - so much we couldn’t get through it all! Thank you, Cara. We will be back!

The house was ideal for our Christmas guests. Louise and Barry could not have been more helpful and kind and we loved the Christmas decorations!!

The house was a perfect location for us as a family. We regularly visit Swanage and this is now the closest to town we have stayed. You would not think in less than 5 minutes you would be in town due to how quiet it was. House was clean and tidy and had everything we needed. Plenty of space for a family of 5. If we needed Anne we knew we could have messaged. We managed to find parking not far from the house so this was also no issue for us. Will look again at staying here as we can not fault it at all. 5*

Accommodation totally met our expectations. Loads of maps etc and local information. Fully enclosed garden which kept our dog safe. On the one wet day, resorted to the extensive DVD & book range. Very comfortable place just to chill and we are looking forward to our next visit.

We had a lovely stay at the old postoffice! Everything was as described and the location was perfect. Everything in Weymouth was easily walkable. Parking was tricky, but not impossible (also as described :)). We would happily stay here again!

We stayed at Danni's for a local wedding, it was perfect. Loads of space and well equipped, had everything we needed for a great weekend!

A lovely, relaxing couple of nights stay. The Coach House has all you need, is warm and cosy and very comfortable. The beds are super comfy and the duvets really warm and cosy. The garden is very private and a lovely feature, and for anyone staying in warmer weather has everything you need to spend plenty of time outdoors. If you're looking to keep your steps up, try a walk round the lakes, lots of bird life, very interesting. The lighting system took a bit of getting used to but is very ambiant and well thought out. The kitchen has plenty of space so you can cook and chat. It would have been good if the oven had worked but we were told about this beforehand and provided with an airfryer so could work around this quite easily. The host was always quick to respond, kept in touch and made our stay very easy. I would recommend The Coach House for a very relaxing and comfortable stay. All the quirky little touches make The Coach House quite unique and we would definately return.

Excellent place for a big group and a very clean property. Had a pub nearby and other restaurants. Great garden which is dog friendly. Matt was very responsive. We had some hot tub issues which Matt was happy to rectify. would highly reccomend staying here!

We had a wonderful stay and couldn’t have been made to feel more welcome by our lovely hosts.. The location is fantastic with good restaurants, an incredible harbour and miles of white sandy beach within walking distance. The novelty of staying on Sandbanks added a unique interest .. we loved it 😊.. Thank you Madeleine, Michelle and Nick for your warm hospitality 😊 x

David and Pamela were very welcoming, friendly and accommodating. We stayed for 1 night and all went as well as the description stated. Thank you for your hospitality and would recommend staying at their apartment. Easy parking and close to town and amenities.

Accommodation is very homely and comfortable with lots of home comforts. It is a perfect location for access to beach, harbour and town with ease of access to some lovely bars and restaurants. Fantastic location for beautiful walks. We’ve stayed here many times and will do so again.

We had a perfect 3 days of exploring Sandbanks, Studland Bay and Poole Harbour from this amazingly private and central spot. The weather was beautiful, which added to the experience, but most of all, the apartment was in such a good place and so very well equipped (all our needs thoughtfully catered for including toiletries, beach towels and chairs, snacks and milk in the fridge) that everything seemed easy. I have no hesitation in recommending this lovely apartment.

Had a short weekend at the flat on this loverly farm. If you want some where to chill and have some peace then this is the place to be. Add the style of the flat inside and out and how helpfull Lucy and her crew are, you the have this perfect place. The correspondence and information on the arrival and departure is first class. There is a nice little pub no more than a five minute drive called The Antelope Inn, very friendly. Thanks again Lucy for a wonderful stay.

Lovely bedsit with separate bathroom and kitchen. It had everything we needed for a short stay. It was a short and steep 5 minute walk down to town which was really convenient and meant the apartment was really quiet and peaceful. It was a bonus to have car parking on site.

Lovely property it had all the amenities. Good location. Near the centre of Swanage, about 10 minute walk. Lots of restaurants and shops. Near the beach. There a smart tv with Netflix, YouTube Disney+, everything you have with smart tv.

We loved staying in Len and Lynda's apartment . It is in such a wonderful position and has the most amazing view out to Swanage Bay and beyond. We felt at home right away and it had everything that we needed , with extra bonuses of a parking spot and a balcony. All shops , Restaurants , Bus and Railway Station are very close to hand too. Len and Lynda were very communicative and provided us with lots of useful local information on Swanage and local places to visit . We would love to come again .

We absolutely loved staying at the Shipyard. On arrival the apartment was very clean and beautifully decorated. Anna has thought of everything. Although we didn't use the kitten, you can find everything you would need to self cater. The guides left to assist you with the home side of things are very clear and lots of useful local information. I particularly enjoyed the views we had. The parking space was helpful for us to really enjoy the surroundings and not worry about We would all go back in a heartbeat. I particularly liked the little touches such as a bucket and spade/beach towels and of course the Easter eggs. Thank you Anna.

The Annex is very clean, spacious and comfortable. Tony and Caroline welcomed us and we appreciated the thoughtful extras provided. The location is perfect for walking into Weymouth and also around the coast - we had a really lovely stay :)

We had a lovely couple of days stay here. The flat was immaculate and as described. Brilliant instructions of how to access the flat and where to find everything. Really kind extras which were a lovely surprise and just made the stay so much more special. We will definitely be back because of the lovely flat and the location of Corfe castle. Apartment as shown on photos, clean with a well equipped kitchen. Central location within West Bay with stunning coastal walks and variety of restaurants. Found Chris to be very friendly and provided helpful information. Look forward to stopping at apartment again.

Nice clean accommodation, well decorated with everything you would need, good communication from Maureen regarding the stay. Tesco nearby for groceries, Cafe 100yds away for coffee and breakfast or dinner. We stayed for a weekend and went to eat at Rick Steins one night and Poole harbour the next night.

We had a lovely stay at the Coast House! The location was perfect for visiting the spots we had planned out and the home itself had a very homely feeling. Kelly and Scott were very responsive when booking and were great hosts!

This was our second visit to Carolyn's apartment in West Bay. We also visited out of season last time - West Bay has a lovely out of summer season vibe! There were plenty of shops and restaurants still open. We did have a dramatic storm for one day, but mostly the weather was dry, sunny and bracing! The apartment is in a great location, and is beautifully maintained - very clean and welcoming. Carolyn is a wonderful host - excellent communication and very useful information from entry details to local amenities.

we are just back after a lovely weekend. We came down Friday and Martin messaged to say we could get in early, a massive plus for me as I have Parkinsons and get tired, so was nice to get in, sit with a cuppa (and a yummy biscuits that were supplied, thankyou), then go off exploring. The flat is the ideal place with a wonderful view from sitting on the sofa, and easy access to the beach, shops, bars etc and heading off for walks. We are sussed we could park for free with my blue badge just along from the flat, perfect :-) Martin was the perfect host, gave us all the info we needed for getting in, and like I say early checkin. Yes the kitchen is small but my partner and my self where fine, even both being on the larger size. I think it's perfect, everything we needed. the round bed was a novelty lol but yes very comfy. basically a perfect place I highly recommend and if we are in swanage again would def rent again, thankyou Martin :-)
