Ο χώρος καθαρός, τακτοποιημένος, η ιδιοκτήτρια είχε αφήσει ανοιχτή κ την θέρμανση καθώς ο καιρός ήταν πολύ κρύος….το εκτιμήσαμε πολύ γιατί φτάσαμε αργά στο σπίτι!

A wonderful place in Spetses, close to the beach, close to town and restaurants and a bakery. The house is spotless, comfortable and well appointed, with a beautiful garden and balcony up top. Sophie is a gracious host who gave plenty of information about the house as well as about Spetses. Thank you for a great stay!

This was one of the nicest places we have ever stayed in. The place is at least as good as the photos show. We loved the pool and the outside kitchen with a baking oven run with fire wood to make pizza and bread. The area is very quiet and the view on the surrounding hills very relaxing. Also, John is an extremely friendly and helpful host. We highly recommend the place!

Une charmante petite maison avec vue sur la mer ! Un petit endroit tranquille pour visiter le nord ouest de l’île. Nous avons bénéficié d’excellents conseils de visites et de restaurants. La maison est à quelques minutes en voiture d’un grand supermarché. Nous recommandons fortement !

Οτι και να πούμε είναι λίγο!! Πήγαμε στην Villa Emma,και η Κ.Εμμα μας επέτρεψε να κάνουμε τον αρραβώνα μας εκεί καθώς και κάναμε έναν μοντέρνο αρραβώνα /Παρτυ . Ή Κ. εμμα μας υποδέχτηκε μέσα από την καρδιά της,γλυκύτατος άνθρωπος μας έκανε να νιώσουμε σαν να ήμασταν στο σπίτι μας . Για οποιαδήποτε απορία είχαμε ή χρειαζόμασταν κάποια βοήθεια ήταν εκεί .Απλα υπέροχη!! Το σπίτι χάνει πολύ από τις φωτογραφίες με το πως είναι στην πραγματικότητα , είναι απλά ένα ονειρο!! Είναι φανταστικό σε σημείο αρκετά ήσυχο !! Το σπίτι είχε πραγματικά τα πάντα ήταν φουλ εξοπλισμένο τερααστιο & πεντακάθαρο! Όλος ο κόσμος την ημέρα του αρραβώνα εντυπωσιάστηκε από το πόσο όμορφος ήταν ο χώρος , καθώς και οι οικογενειακοί φίλοι που φιλοξενήσαμε . Ψήσαμε στο barbecue που έχει καθώς είχε όλον τον εξοπλισμό δεν χρειάστηκε να πάρουμε τίποτα εμείς από το σπίτι μας και το ευχαριστηθήκαμε.Δεν φτάνουν αυτά που θέλω να πω μα το μόνο σίγουρο πως θα το ξαναεπισκεφτούμε καθώς μείναμε άναυδοι και υπερευχαριστημενοι

We had a very nice stay in Vasilis air BnB. It was clean with a well equipped kitchen. Vasilis really walked the extra mile to help us with everything. We highly recommend this place so close to the beach with the very nice and communicative Vasilis as your host.

Notre séjour dans la maison de Santa a été totalement excellent. La maison est très bien située. Il est possible de rejoindre le port, la vieille ville, l'accès au bus, etc., le tout à pied. De plus, une plage se trouve à deux pas. Le logement est agréable et bien aménagé, avec la possibilité de profiter d'une terrasse. Santa est une hôte exceptionnelle, très réactive et attentionnée. Elle connait parfaitement l'île de Paros et partage des conseils (balade, évènement, lieux à visiter, restaurants ...) et donne envie d'en savoir plus. Comme elle est parle totalement le français, les échanges en sont simplifiés. Son contact amical a été un vrai plaisir. Bref, je recommande ce logement sans réserve.

Από την αρχή της διαμονής μας, οι ιδιοκτήτες μας υποδέχθηκαν με θερμή φιλοξενία και φιλικότητα. Εκτός από το γεγονός ότι ήταν πάντα πρόθυμοι να μας βοηθήσουν με ό,τι χρειαστήκαμε, μας έκαναν να νιώσουμε σαν στο σπίτι μας. Είναι, επίσης, ιδιοκτήτες ενός τοπικού καταστήματος με παραδοσιακά καλούδια, και μας πρόσφεραν τα πιο νόστιμα καλτσούνια που έχουμε δοκιμάσει ποτέ – μια πραγματική γευστική εμπειρία! Το διαμέρισμα ήταν πεντακάθαρο και πολύ άνετο, ενώ η τοποθεσία του ήταν ιδανική: βρισκόταν σε μια ήσυχη γειτονιά, αλλά μόλις 8 λεπτά με το αυτοκίνητο από το όμορφο παλιό λιμάνι. Επιπλέον, ήταν εξαιρετικά pet-friendly, κάτι που εκτιμήσαμε ιδιαίτερα, καθώς οι ιδιοκτήτες φροντίζουν με αγάπη μερικές γάτες στην αυλή τους. Γενικά, ήταν μια υπέροχη διαμονή με εξαιρετικούς ανθρώπους, και σίγουρα θα το προτείνουμε σε οποιονδήποτε θέλει να απολαύσει την πραγματική κρητική φιλοξενία!

Havre de paix, écrin de verdure, avec superbe vue sur la mer, les îles d'Elafonisos et Cythère. Idéal pour se ressourcer. La petite ville de Néapoli, après plusieurs virages sur une bonne route, offre le nécessaire (magasins d'alimentation, cafés, tavernes, etc). Les conseils de Kimo ont été excellents et les visites de la minette de la propriété ont été empreintes d'affection.

וילה מקסימה באיזור נהדר באי, שקט, פרטיות מוחלטת, הכל מעוצב מהמם, נקי ביותר, מטבח מאובזר, לא חסר דבר. דמי מארחת מקסימה, נותנת מענה מיידי, דואגת אחראית ואיכותית. שווה ביותר!!! אנחנו עוד נחזור

Had a great stay in Mykonos at Polina's place! beautiful apartment, we loved sitting outside in the morning and admiring the views. you can walk down to the beach in 5 mins and it felt very quiet and peaceful place to relax and unwind.

Das Häuschen war perfekt für unsere größere Gruppe mit Kindern. Wir haben Babybetten zur Verfügung gehabt und durften 2 tolle Pools nutzen und das Meer war super nah! Etwas mehr Ausstattung wie z.B. Salz oder Öl hätte uns geholfen aber in Fußnähe sind mehrere Supermärkte, Bäcker und Souvlaki erreichbar. Die Kommunikation war professionell, die Rezeption und sogar Reinigungsservice super nett! Ein toller Urlaub, gerne wieder!!

There is no doubt that Nick's Villa was an absolutely ideal choice for us. Santorini is highly stylised with lots of small, very expensive dwellings along the Caldera. Most of them don't have a pool or have such a small one that it is more like a tiny plunge bath and many are so close to walkways that there is very little privacy! We wanted the benefit of being close to the most attractive parts of the island (the Caldera, Fira, Oia), but we also wanted space, good self catering facilities as well as being close to good restaurants, and a decent sized swimming pool in which we could swim properly. Unusually for Santorini, Nick's villa had all of these things and was also very quiet and peaceful. Our day to day host, (Demetri), was extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble for him. If you are looking for a lovely, large villa with excellent facilities (all bedrooms had an en-suite bathroom), in an ideal location, I wouldn't hesitate to strongly recommend Nick's villa!

We had a fantastic stay at Aggeliki’s place! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit. Aggeliki was an incredibly thoughtful and responsive host—she made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. The location was perfect too, very quiet and the neighbours are very friendly! You do need a car however this is a given considering the location but it makes a great starting point to explore the island. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

We had a super time with Stefani and Antonis. The villa is super, the pool was warm, the area quiet, and the view down to Herssonios and out right to the mountains was lovely. We chose it because it was walking distance to some shops and restaurants. The village is lovely and a short 5-10min walk from the villa. We were at the very end of the season, so many of the restaurants in the village closed, but we always found somewhere to eat. Herssonios is a longer walk away (maybe 30 mins) and has supermarkets, pharmacies, and restaurants galore, even after the season ended. We found the walk downhill to the town, and back uphill to the village fine, even with 2 kids. Herssonios itself didn’t hold much charm for us, but we found a taxi to Agios Nikolas (delightful), Heraklion’s museum (more engaging for us than the Athens archeological museum), and Rethimno (lovely old town, laneway cafes, long stretch of beach) filled enough of our days. And with a heated pool to return to, no complaints.

Jak tak pięknie jest w zimie, to co dopiero w lecie :-) Antonios zawsze dostępny, znajduje rozwiązanie na wszystko! Dom, ogród, zaplecze - pierwsza klasa. Koty - kto lubi, a chyba wszyscy lubimy :-) - dodają dużo atmosfery. Widok z salonu, tarasu i górnego tarasu - bajeczne. Miejsce świetne, morze 100m, knajpki 100-300m i na śniadania, lunche i kolacje. Sklepy też na piechotę, zarówno małe jak i dwa markety. Na lotnisko 20min, do Aten (pod Akropol) 60min. Cieszymy się, że wybraliśmy dom Anotoniosa.

ואוווו איזה מארח ,נחמד ואדיב ,, איחרנו קצת היה מאוד סבלני עד שהגענו ,ליווה אותנו לדירה ,קבלת פנים מאוד נעימה ,הגינה הרבה יותר גדולה מהמתואר ,התגעגענו לכלבה שם כל היום טיילה בגינה ,הבית מגודר לחלוטין ,הג׳קוזי גדולה ונקייה מאוד ,יש הכל בבית נהנינו מאוד מהדירה היינו שם 4 לילות והיה לנו קשה לעזוב הגיע גם לצ׳ק אווט ,מגניב !!יכולנו להודות לו מקרוב , נחזור שוב אם נהייה באיזור ,,מומלץ בחום ,אז אם תראו את הדירה פנוייה אל תהססו להזמין מקום האירוח המדהים ,שקט ,נעים ,קרוב להכל 10 דקות ברגל ,2 דקות באוטו ואתם בחוף Stalis ובמסעדות והברים ,סופר מארקטים ,בקיצור לא חסר כלום שם !

Wir haben uns im Anemelia House rundum wohlgefühlt! Antonios war stets gut erreichbar und hat uns, trotz verfrühter Ankunft, persönlich begrüßt und uns alles gezeigt. Die Gegend ist super ruhig und nicht so touristisch überlaufen, was uns sehr gefallen hat. Trotzdem gab es fußläufig erreichbar sehr gute Restaurants, die wir auf Empfehlung von Antonios aufsuchten. Das Haus war sehr sauber und es wurden sogar innerhalb der fünf Tage, die wir da waren, einmal die Handtücher gewechselt und nochmal geputzt, was wir über Airbnb nicht erwartet hätten und uns sehr gefreut hat. Wir kommen definiv wieder hierher!

A little piace of heaven! This is not just an incredibly beautiful villa with a gorgeous garden and pool. There comes so much more with this stunning location, from the peaceful surroundings to Irina's attention to detail and kindness. If you are looking for a place to relax, recharge and enjoy Crete far from tourist spots in complete privacy this is your place.

Ioannis home was lovely, perfect location, the bus from the ferry stops just outside the home, which is across the road from the ocean. Ioannis is warm and friendly and makes you feel so welcome. The home is spotlessly clean, we had fresh linen after 2nights, a bottle of very nice wine, coffee,tea and so many special extras. The views from the balcony are across the water I would highly recommend staying at Ioannis home. Batsi and the countryside around just perfect the whole experience .

Great location.Haiguang help us get a transportation for a round trip.The driver was helpful a s friendly. The place u can walk to acropolis and all the places in athens. The apartment have a welcome gift just like in the hotel and you can see the acropolis from the balcony and also at rooftop.I want to thanks the host and their staff for making Athens a nice and enjoyable place to stay.Keep up the good work.

Το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται κοντά στο κέντρο της πόλης, χρειάζεται περίπου 10 λεπτά με τα πόδια. Άνετο παρκάρισμα μπροστά στο σπίτι. Η Αναστασία απαντούσε πάντα στα μηνύματα μου και μου έδωσε σαφείς οδηγίες για την άφιξη στο κατάλυμα.
