Kleines, aber feines Apartment, das ich gerne empfehlen kann. Francesca war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Man kann die Stadt von dort aus gut zu Fuß erkunden. Parken konnte ich umsonst auf der Straße vor dem Haus.

Alessandro und Valentina gehören zu den herzlichsten Vermietern, die wir je erlebt haben. Nicht nur, dass Alessandro uns in Syrakus abgeholt hat, er hat uns gleich noch die Gegend gezeigt, Supermärkte, Restaurants empfohlen, sogar vor der besten Bäckerei in Cassibile (Panificio Nanè) gewartet, bis wir Brot etc. eingekauft hatten. Und als wir ein Auto mieten wollten, um die Gegend zu erkunden, hat er uns mit Rat und Tat zur Seite gestanden. Es war jederzeit ein wunderbarer Kontakt zu den beiden. Das Appartement ist großzügig für ein Paar, die Terrasse der absolute Hit: ein fantastischer Blick aufs Meer. Wer also die Gegend erkunden will, ist in Fontane Bianche bei Alessandro und Valentina bestens aufgehoben. Man fährt tagsüber nach Noto, Syrakus, Modica und entspannt abends im Appartement. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man zur Selbstversorgung braucht, die Betten sind sehr bequem, das Bad perfekt. Die Adresse ist eine absolute Empfehlung. Wir kommen wieder :) !!!

Le gîte est à 15min en voiture de Syracuse. Nous avons apprécié les recommandations de Roberto et nous avons pu profiter du jacuzzi à tout moment de la journée.

We have stayed at many Airbnb's over the years but Casa's was one of the best. Even better than described. Huge apartment. Everything was thoughtfully designed. Very comfortable from the practical kitchen to the spacious bathroom. Bed was super comfortable with lots of pillows which we liked. The view was amazing with a lovely balcony. A lovely welcome basket was provided. Despite being over a busy street our apartment was peaceful and quiet. Casa was so welcoming with many suggestions as to where to go and where to eat ( which were all spot on). They proactively contacted us to allow an early check which was truly appreciated and allowed us to catch an early train and avoid the heat of the day in the gap between checking out and checking in with accommodation. We had a late flight and we were allowed to store our bags and use their "library" as a base before catching the airport bus. I cant speak highly enough of Casa's place. Brilliant!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay! Annalisa went above and beyond to make my experience exceptional. From the warm welcome to her helpful local recommendations, every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. The space was spotless, cozy, and exactly as described – even better, actually! Annalisa was incredibly responsive, making sure I had everything I needed. Her dedication to providing an amazing guest experience truly stood out. We stayed in The Place in Ortigia the second week in FEB, 2025. The location is outstanding--just over the bridge from Siracusa. Extremely walkable--lots of shops and restaurants very close by, the outdoor market a two-minute walk away. Couldn't be happier with the location. We had breakfast around the corner at the Apollo Cafe every morning and that was great. There are lots of stairs to get into the apartment, but if you're okay with that it's perfect. Extremely clean and updated. Lots of outlets for plugging in electronics. I would STRONGLY recommend for anyone wanting to explore Ortigia. The host, Emanuele, was super nice. Great communication. He met us at the apartment and gave a thorough walk-through. He clearly has a lot of pride in this property and he should--it is lovely. Thanks for the memorable stay!

Der Kontakt mit Sarah war unkompliziert und sehr freundlich. Die Unterkunft hat eine sehr schöne und zentrale Lage, wodurch alle attraktiven Orte der Altstadt fußläufig gut erreichbar sind. Sarah war sowohl beim Check-in als auch beim Check-out sehr flexibel. Sie hat uns sogar die Möglichkeit gegeben später abzureisen, als ursprünglich geplant. Vielen Dank nochmal dafür 😊

Exceptional! To have an apartmemt this well set up right in the middle of everything you want to do and for it to still be a peaceful oasis is AMAZING. It is hard to find because the adress matches another apartment on the street. Use the pictures that.Nadia sends you to find it is on the other side of the alley and down a bit on the left coming from Via Roma. And one last thing. THE MOKADOR!. This was the best coffee we have ever had in a rental. Fantastic!

The place is in a great location, right by the sea in Ortigia. It was a good base to explore Ortigia (near the market, and in fact everywhere is close - supermarket, restaurants). Matteo was a very helpful and responsive host. When we had a request, he helped quickly. He also helped with local recommendations (a beach and a restaurant) which were very good. He gave very good instructions for a flexible check in. There are not really any windows (apart from right on to the street, therefore frosted unless you open the door) and no outside space, but the place was as described. Plenty of space for our family of four, two bathrooms, and comfortable.
