Merci Maria Paola pour votre disponibilité et votre volonté à communiquer malgré la barrière de la langue qui nous faisait parfois défaut. Nous avons toujours obtenus les réponses que nous attendions et vous avez contribué au très bon déroulement de notre séjour. Après deux semaines passées dans ce cocon nous avons l'impression d'abandonner notre propre maison. Lit très confortable, douche italienne avec bon débit, charme historique de la pierre et ce patio privé où l’on prenait plaisir à prendre notre apéritif. Que de bons souvenirs que nous ramenons à Paris....et nous reviendrons c’est promis.

Very comfortable place and useful kitchen. We prefer to make most of our own meals and felt right at home here. The bathroom was very clean and all amenities were appreciated. The sink in utility room and laundry drying rack were perfect for doing laundry necessary during our stay. The space was very well used and we were impressed with how tranquil it was.

L'appartement nous a beaucoup plu. Il est spacieux, on peut profiter de l'extérieur, et j'ai adoré la douche extérieure. Nous avons apprécié qu'il y ait la clim vu la température exceptionnelle ( 46°). Il y a une petite épicerie pas très loin. Le mer est proche, mais on a besoin d'une voiture pour y aller. Le quartier est très calme. L'Aura a été là quand on a eu besoin d'elle et nous a conseillé des endroits notamment une pizzeria en bord de mer. J'y retournerai avec plaisir

Huvila oli viihtyisä ja tilava. Mahtava uima-allas ja pihakeittiö. Piha-alue vehreä ja lapsilla paljon tilaa temmeltää, pingispöytä oli kovassa käytössä. Siistit ilmastoidut makuuhuoneet ja runsaasti säilytystilaa. Huvilasta löytyi kaikki tarvittava kolmen perheen loman viettoon. Sijainti rauhallisella huvila alueella. Lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä hyvä uimaranta, pieni kauppa ja muutama ravintola. Bussilla hyvät yhteydet Syracusaan. Oma auto tarpeellinen, sijainti hieman sivussa kaikesta. Huvila sopii erinomaisesti sellaiselle matkustajalle joka haluaa rentoutua altaalla ja rannalla, poissa kaupungin hälinästä. Majoittaja oli hyvin tavoitettavissa ja vastasi kysymyksiimme pikaisesti. Vietimme mukavan ja rentouttavan loman. Iso kiitos Giuseppelle majoituksesta!

Il signor Paolo molto gentile, l’appartamento era fornito di tutto, pulito e in ordine! Terrazza meravigliosa con scorcio sul mare !! Ci tornerò presto !

A due passi da casa una baia ti accoglie e un mare limpido e sereno ti abbraccia. Al ritorno dal mare, il manto erboso del giardino curato da Alessandro ti sollecita piacevolmente i piedi. La casa ha tutti i comfort per una vacanza al contempo rilassante e indimenticabile. Ma fuori, non lontano, puoi trovare la storia, l'arte, la natura, l'avvenura. Sabrina e Alessandro sono host generosi e ospitali, doti uniche e rare. Abbiamo avuto da loro informazioni utili, supporto e piacevoli scambi. Vien voglia di tornare presto.

Angela et son mari sont charmants. Ils nous ont très bien accueillis et sont même venus nous chercher quand nous avions un doute à l'arrivée. Leur maison avec patio couvert est très agréable, dans une propriété magnifique, en pleine réserve naturelle. Le jardin est exceptionnel, la vue incroyable, et au bout d'un chemin, à 5 minutes de marche, droit devant, on a un accès privilégié à la mer. Nous avons passé un séjour fantastique, et espérons revenir.

Maria e suo marito sono stati gentilissimi e molto accoglienti! La casa era come nella descrizione sia per quanto riguarda le stanze (e pulizia impeccabile!) sia per la posizione a 5 minuti a piedi dalla splendida Ortigia! Abbiamo avuto indicazioni per tutto dal parcheggio allo spostamento con i mezzi ai consigli sui monumenti! esperienza splendida e host che consiglio vivamente!

Das Haus und der Garten sind perfekt. Man kann zu Fuß schöne Wanderwege im Naturschutzgebiet erreichen. Für weitere Ausflüge benötigt man ein Auto. Mir persönlich als Alleinreisende war es im Oktober etwas zu einsam. Sicherlich ist das in anderen Monaten besser. Der Kontakt und die Kommunikation mit Massimiliano war super. Er hat mir gute Tipps und Informationen gegeben. Und er hat bei Fragen immer sofort reagiert und war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

This is a beautiful beach house in a great location. Ida is a very accommodating and responsive host, who makes you feel very welcome.

Enjoyed our stay: great location, large and comfortable unit, well equipped. Great communication and support from the owner, very responsive and helpfully accommodating. Well located right next to the water, main access road, parking and nearby restaurants and cafes etc. Thanks for having us!

Vacanza estiva di assoluto relax! Abbiamo soggiorno in questa struttura nella 4 settimana di luglio. La casa, di nuova costruzione, offre tutti i confort che una famiglia desidera , soprattutto con la presenza di bambini, tenuto conto dell’immediato accesso alla spiaggia, delimitata da un solo cancello. Altrettanto apprezzato lo è stato lo spazio verde di giardino, ben curato, inclusa la presenza di giochi e l’attrezzatura da spiaggia a disposizione degli ospiti. Una nota di merito anche per i gestori/proprietari della casa, cortesi e disponibili a soddisfare qualsiasi necessità nel minor tempo possibile. La casa gode inoltre di un’ottima posizione, strategica per raggiungere le località di Avola, Noto e Ortigia, tutte pressoché equidistanti dalla struttura (circa 15/20 km circa) Per quanto riguarda invece il passeggio in zona, Fontane Bianche sicuramente non consente una mobilità pedonale eccellente , tuttavia sono comunque presenti servizi essenziali, bar, market, ristoranti etc

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, avec ma femme et nos deux enfants. La maison est spacieuse et bien équipée, le jardin et ses différents recoins sont très agréables, notamment le coin piscine ou encore la petite terrasse idéale pour prendre son petit déjeuner au soleil. Nous n'avons pas eu l'opportunité de profiter du coin barbecue, mais il doit également être bien agréable pendant les chaudes soirées d'été. L'environnement immédiat est très reposant, et je conseille vivement la balade côtière, dans la réserve marine. Enfin nous avons été très bien accueilli par notre hôte Silverio, qui était de bons conseils et très conciliant, notamment sur notre heure de départ.

Alloggio curato nei particolari, accogliente, pulito e fornito di tutti i confort. Host gentile e disponibile. Casa Angelino è situata in posizione strategica, a pochi passi ristoranti, bar, perfetta per spostarsi e visitare tutti i punti di interesse

The studio is a lovingly furnished and utterly stylish place, which has all the amenities you would want for a longer stay. It is situated in a quiet side street right in the middle of lovely Ortigia (Syracua´s old / ancient town). All the sights, cafés and restaurants, the supermarket and the street market are reachable within less than 5 minutes. The train / bus station iis about a 20 minutes walk away. If you should encounter any problem the host will instantly reply to your messages and help you in solving it. Bottom line: HIGHLY RECOMMENDED, I enjoyed my four weeks there very much! (... and yes, you can switch the LED-party-lights off, of course. 😅)

Perfect in every way for myself and a colleague while attending a conference. Slight downside was the noise from the street in the room without a glazed window. Only one key for sockets/wifi is possibly a problem for people sharing the accommodation who have independent schedules, but having access to the library in the building - cool and welcoming - made it workable for us. Creative and thoughtful optional breakfast was a wonderful bonus.

Posizione invidiabile a 50 metri dal ponte che collega Siracusa alla splendida isola di Ortigia. la casa è spaziosa e ben arredata. Ordine e pulizia dappertutto. Due bagni ed una camera da letto soppalcata e luminosa. Cucina ben fornita del necessario per preparare e consumare i cibi. Ortigia non ha bisogno di recensioni....solare ed unica.

Our host Marcelo was great. Made some great recommendations and got us fresh towels when we asked. It close to a great cocktail bar which for us wasn’t a problem because we tend to go to bed late and ended up there most nights. However, I could see it being a slightly noisy for some. The bets sandwich store is right near by. We had a lovely time and would love to be back. Thank you!

Carmi was our contact while we were there and she was so helpful. Full of suggestions each of which was great. She knows the area very well and not just Siracusa so every day helped with transport suggestions as well as restaurants etc This is a lovely place to stay with beautiful decor and a lovely sunny balcony looking out onto a pretty square

Das Zimmer war super schön und die Dachterrasse sehr gemütlich. Die Küche ist ausreichend ausgestattet um eine Kleinigkeit zu kochen. Es gab sogar ein paar Gewürze. Gerne jederzeit wieder

Very spacious rooms with 3 balconies and all you need to feel at home. Easy for cooking and relaxing when not touring Siracusa. A larger grocery store is 3 blocks away. Ortigia is lovely but would be tough with a car, so the private gated parking area and wide streets are a big plus, also the location is great for walking: >10m to Ortigia, 5m to the cathedral, 15m to the archeological park and museum. Many good restaurants and cafes between you and Ortigia (try Agape!), as well as of course on Ortigia. Siracusa has a long, long history (we read "Sicily" by Norwich while touring Sicily) and Gabriella and her husband are full of knowledge and recommendations. Their house book was most complete. Be sure to do the walk less traveled along the east side of Ortigia for sea wall crashing waves and to enjoy a bottle of wine on the rocks. Thanks much Gabriella!
