Luigi is so helpful, he support us from hometown, CTA airport til arrive his lovely apartment. He has well introduced us his apartment facilities,and surroundings. We enjoy his tidy and clean place. Luigi is so great and kindness, as we left a clothe in the apartment, he has putting his additional time and effort to deliver the clothes to our next place! Perfect location and beautiful apartment. Loved the interior design and the terrace was a great sun trap. Hosts were very informative and quick on comms when we needed anything. Would highly recommend.

Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen! Wir sind mit dem Auto angereist und konnten direkt auf dem Grundstück parken. Die Unterkunft ist klein, aber mit allem nötigen ausgestattet. Um die nahegelegenen Städte zu sehen, sollte man ein Auto besitzen. Die Terrasse war sehr schön um morgens zu frühstücken. Die Katzen sind sehr lieb und nicht aufdringlich. Gabriella ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Unser Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm.

Syracuse is a fascinating city and the apartment is within walking distance to most of the attractions. We mainly communicated with Elena who was helpful and responsive. The apartment is well equipped with all you need for a comfortable stay. Being just outside the historic city is convenient for parking and there are some great local restaurants which are less costly than those within the centre.

We loved our 7 night stay at Carmelos, three of us stayed and we had a room each, double bed, sofa bed and single bed up a steep ladder on a small mezzanine floor. I didn’t need to pull out the sofa bed as it was big enough as it was and very comfy. The kitchen was user friendly . We felt very safe and comfortable. I’m glad we stayed there. The villa was absolutely beautiful and very well equipped. We particularly enjoyed the choice of outdoor areas and the pool. Sabrina was an extremely lovely and responsive host who made sure our stay was smooth. Arriving in Catania at 8am, we were able to do an early check-in which was much appreciated. Our children also appreciated the cats who came to say hi, it reminded us of ours :) We would definitely recommend Sabrina’s place.

We felt like being part of the family, immediately when we arrived. It’s a great location to visit Syrakus and great hikes at the sea. We sat outside every morning and evening and even got fresh eggs for breakfast

This is a convenient flat with loads of great restaurants etc nearby. We recommend a great local bar/restaurant Il Quarto steak house. Proper local bar, full all the time when most other restaurants empty, wide selection of great food, proper bar staff, etc. Parking was Ok. Easy walk to the archeological park which was fantastic. Only issue we faced was that the spiral staircase to the bedroom is hard to negotiate with a large suitcase and you have to do a steep up and down staircase to access the front door - it was not too much of a problem for us as we are fit but it might be hard for some people

Alles war genau wie beschrieben und hat genau für unsere zwei Nächte in Syrakus gepasst: tolle Lage, Ortiygia fussläufig entfernt, das kleine Haus auf zwei Etagen mit hübschen Innenhof und Balkon und alles in der Küche und Bad, was man braucht. Sehr leckerer Kaffe! Vielen Dank, Martina! Wir können die Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen!

We were thrilled to have spent a few days at Alessandra’s place. It’s proven to be a great idea to opt w Ortigia to within Syracuse, lots to see, walkable, amazing architecture, mini beaches around. This specific house has been great as it’s east facing that seemed a bit more quiet side of Ortigia, through the windows you overlook the sea and a cute square. We enjoyed just taking short coffee breaks across the street by the water. 🌊 The space is perfect for 2 ppl equipped w all we needed even for eating in and cooking some basic things. Coming by car, accessing the island and parking needs some attention, but nothing you couldn’t fix and Alessandra has been a great helping hand here w hints.

Our early April 2025 10-day stay was great! The property was exactly as shown on the listing site. An updated, well maintained, very clean, bright, lovely place in an absolutely beautiful setting. It was an easy walk to activities, sites and restaurants in both Siracusa and Ortigia. The host was helpful and responsive. It's one of the nicest places we've stayed in 20+ years of international travel. We highly recommend it to others.

What can I say, what an amazing find in Ortigia. On a beautiful historic street close to the cathedral and historic monument but also moments from the sea. The apartment is beautiful, with clean parquet wooden floors throughout and everything feels like it has been recently renovated. It has a great kitchen with a hob, large fridge and dishwasher. The bedroom is glorious, spacious with a really comfortable bed. And the bathroom has a lovely walk in shower. The living room has a really comfy sofa and a large flat screen tv. It’s really tastefully decorated. There’s a small, but perfectly formed terrace with comfy seating. The hosts kindly left us some snacks, water and coffee, which we appreciated. And most importantly, Salvatore was really helpful in finding parking for our car, just around the corner from the apartment, which was a massive help. Salvatore was very responsive to any questions we had. And we’d definitely recommend this apartment to our friends.

The apartment is located in the heart of the old city, a short distance from the main cathedral square, in a great location. The room was comfortable and clean, very artistic and tasteful. The landlord is also very welcoming and responds promptly with all kinds of help and useful information. Hope to stay here again if we could back to Syracuse .

We had a lovely 1 week stay at Gabriella’s apartment overlooking the Temple of Apollo. The location is fantastic for visiting Ortigia and Siracusa, and the apartment was very comfortable. Gabriella provided excellent communication and hospitality, and her guide book for the apartment and Ortigia was excellent and very helpful. Her son greeted us in person to ensure we were comfortable and answered any questions we had about the small nuances of operating the appliances. We would love to stay here again!

Wij hebben met z’n tweeën de maand januari in dit authentieke pand gewoond en het was helemaal naar onze zin. Prachtige plek aan een pleintje, rustig gelegen, met een mooi uitzicht vanaf het balkon. De badkamer is klein en basic, maar de woonkamer en slaapkamer zijn groot, en het bed is perfect. Het appartement is in de winter goed te verwarmen. De communicatie met Giuseppe en Aurora verliep uitstekend, ze waren heel behulpzaam en reageerden snel. Zeker een appartement om terug te komen!

excellent séjour chez Robin. Le logement est très beau, juste en face de la mer. un endroit idéal pour se reposer. Robin est un hôte super ! Très amical, il vous fait sentir comme à la maison.

This was a fantastic place to stay in Ortigia. Quiet but central and the roof top terrace is a bonus. We also did 2 tours with Francesco so check his web site mysiracusa. We did the Mt Etna and the Vendicari nature reserve. Lots to see and do from the apartment and easy walking to places.

Es hat alles reibungslos geklappt. Alle Fragen wurden umgehend beantwortet. Sehr schöne ruhige Wohnung, gute Betten, alles wie neu. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und außerordentlich hilfsbereit und sind sehr vertrauenswürdig. Sie haben für uns auch den Parkplatz im fussläufig erreichbaren Parkhaus organisiert ( 20-25€/Tag je nach Grösse des Fahrzeugs). Sie waren für die Schlüsselübergabe persönlich anwesend, was wir sehr schätzten. Wir können die Wohnung und Vermieter herzlichst empfehlen!

I stayed at Leandro’s listing during my one day visit to Syracuse and enjoyed my stay as well as Syracuse very much.

We loved the stay at Maria's AirBnB. The location is awesome, the place was very clean, and Maria was very responsive. She met us at the door when we arrived to greet us and show us around the apartment. It overlooks the confluence of Siracusa and Ortygia and overlooks the water. Everything is very walkable with a lot of great restaurants and shops in the area. It is very chic. Parking can be a challenge, but we managed.

Enrico was waiting our arrival. He very helpful, was clear and patient with instructions and suggestions. The apartment is well located with wonderful view from terrace. AC was appreciated, even in late October. Kitchen was very well appointed, including a variety of seasonings, some foodstuffs and coffee. Living room very comfortable with good reading lights, for those relaxing times.
