Amazing place to stay. We loved her home and hospitality. The house was very comfortable with a great area to relax inside and outside on the deck. We cooked several nights and also used the grill. Lots of towels and the pool area was perfect. There was other things to do such as ping pong. The beach is a 2 minute walk. The birds in the area were fantastic. The macaws were just right out the door. We also used the kayaks. Amanda’s place is the perfect place to stay. She recommended a restaurant for us when we told her we were going to King Louis Waterfall that was super. We cannot recommend her place enough. Great place to stay.

Both Amy and Gary were super friendly, helpful, and you just felt like you met some really good people. The place had everything you needed. Clean as a whistle. And what an amazing view!! We will definitely be going back! Soon!!! - Mark

We had such a wonderful stay at Finnegan’s beautiful home. Location is perfect. Close to supermarkets, beautiful beach “ Playa Ventanas” which was our favorite beach. House has spectacular views of the ocean, mountains. Finnegan was an excellent host. We wished we had stayed longer. We will definitely be back. This home will not disappoint. Excellent stay.

Wir haben insgesamt 19 Tage in dieser tollen Unterkunft verbracht.Wir haben uns sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt.Das Objekt und der Garten sind in gutem und gepflegten Zustand. Die Betten waren bequem,die Badezimmer richtig toll.Die Kommunikation verlief hervorragend,auf unsere Anliegen/Fragen wurde gleich geantwortet und eine kleine Reklamation sofort behoben.Das Objekt liegt mitten im Dschungel,daher darf man mit Tiere im Garten rechnen.Wir konnten Affen, Leguane, Tukane und Frösche beobachten. Ab und zu haben uns Brüllaffen geweckt 😅 Es gibt viele gute Restaurants und Sodas rund um Ojochal.Ein Auto ist aufgrund der Lage zwingend erforderlich. Der Wasserdruck ist manchmal etwas schwach.Wenn man duscht sollte man daher nicht zusätzlich noch die Waschmaschine und die Spülmaschine laufen lassen 😄.Uns hat es nicht gestört und wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.Wir hatten bisher selten so ein tolles Airbnb und würden definitiv wiederkommen. Vielen Dank für eine unvergessliche Zeit!

Una encantadora cabaña en un predio hermoso y bien cuidado. Ideal para descansar y conectar con la naturaleza. La cocina esta super equipada por lo que no tuvimos problemas para cocinar cualquier cosa allí. Hay un supermercado a corta distancia y muchos restaurantes. Si puedes asistir a alguna de las actividades que proporciona Sharon lo recomiendo. Son en ingles lo que puede ser limitante si no dominas el idioma. Bali Rica fue la forma perfecta de terminar nuestras vacaciones en Costa Rica!

We recently stayed at Villa Azul at the end of December for 4 nights. The location was great and close to town, yet very quite and peaceful. The access to the private beach was wonderful and a luxury for sure! it was a 5 min walk from our room! the views from the villa was amazing. We saw capuchin monkeys from our deck and scarlet macaws from the pool snacking on almonds. Amazing! This is completely on me as I did not see the floor plan closely enough in the listing, but I didn't realize that the two bedrooms don't have an interior connection. This was slightly inconvenient for us travelling with young children, but we made it work! just a heads up in case it helps anyone. Also, the interior could use some minor maintenance but nothing that prevented us from having an enjoyable stay! Pablo, the groundskeeper, and the cleaning lady were nice, and we appreciated the laundry service. Thanks to David and his team for making our stay memorable!

This comfortable and modern house sits near the top of the hill and is so special with breathtaking views and magical surroundings. We had a wonderful time here, enjoying the relaxed morning and chilled evenings on the terrace and the pool. Thank you for allowing us to stay at this beautiful place.

This is a very special house. The decor just made us happy...a unique blend of modern concrete floors and counter tops and handmade rustic furniture, gorgeous art work and even a little deco thrown in. The location is brilliant, you can see the water in the distance and there are meters and meters of lush green pasture between you and the road. There is a fabulous small pool which is perfect for cooling down in (very) warm uvita. Excellent air in all the bedrooms. The main room is not AC-d, but this was fine with us. Everything cools down a lot at night. There is a small nice sandy beach in the front (not great for swimming as there are rocks farther out) and Natalia will tell you about a secret beach that is about a 15 minute walk away that is spectacular. No one was there while we were there and the beach is huge and perfect for body surfing. Wonderful pizza at Pizza Time and great meals at Aricari and Gusto (but Gusto is tricky to get to without 2x4). Loved every minute!
