Really amazing place to stay with beautiful views. The condo was just like the pictures, very clean. It's in a very safe location in a private area of Cancun. There's a shopping mall down the street full of stores and delicious restaurants just a ten minute walk. The host and the security guards were very friendly and helpful. The host was kind enough to provide a pack and play for my one year old. It's very easy to get in if you rent a vehicle, they will give you your own pass to open the gates. Overall I really enjoyed my stay with my family. Definitely a place to stay, highly recommend.

Este alojamiento es realmente bueno y merece 5 estrellas. El lugar está diseñado con muy buen gusto, con los acabados, muebles y pequeños detalles acordes a un departamento de lujo. El balcón está bárbaro, con un muy buen tamaño para poder estar hasta 4 personas cómodamente disfrutando de la excelente vista. La alberca es ESPECTACULAR! Mide 40 metros de largo y 1.50 de profundo! Ideal para gente que le gusta nadar distancia y la temperatura del agua estaba bastante bien. Por último, el proceso de llegada y salida fue súper sencillo, y al ser autónomo, es muy conveniente, sobre todo para personas que tengan que llegar o salir en altas horas de la noche o madrugada ya que siempre hay una persona en la recepción 24/7 lista para recibirte.

For one month this place was our home and it couldn’t be any better. It has everything we needed for a long, comfortable and safe stay with a little kid. The apartment is in good conditions, looks exactly as in the pictures. The location is perfect. A lot of stores, restaurants, places to walk within walking distance. Diana is a very responsive host, always there to answer all your questions and help with everything you ask. I definitely recommend this host! We will come back100%

We had a wonderful stay at this AirBNB. The rooms were exactly as described and looked like the photos. Humberto was very friendly and responsive, and checked in on us throughout our visit to make sure we had everything we needed. The staff at the Salvia are great. Check-in/check-out was very easy. Beach access is super with beautiful sunrise views. The area is very walkable with easy access to restaurants and a large supermarket. The beds were very comfortable, air conditioning worked well, and overall the rooms were comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. Highly recommend!

Excelente lugar para estar por la zona del aeropuerto.

So happy we booked this unit. Very spacious , clean and amazing view from the bedroom and living room window. We left wishing we had stayed longer. The amenities ( kitchen/ in unit washer and dryer/ safe/ tv/ full size dining table/ balcony ) made it very convenient! The gym is right below and although small we were up early and able to enjoy. The air conditioning worked extremely well and having blackout curtain made it easy to sleep at night. Overall we were extremely impressed with how clean the building/grounds and pool were. Stunning beach that was very well cared for daily and lots of huts available and fresh beach towels every day. Good security on the property . Overall we were very impressed. UN SÉJOUR DE 5 SEMAINES QUI FUT TRÈS AGRÉABLE !!! Tout était parfait et surtout sécuritaire. Le condo est identique aux photos présentées sur AIRBNB. Nous avons toujours obtenu une réponse rapide de la part de Diana. Ce que nous avons aimé le plus, c'est la cour arrière avec son immense piscine et son coin BBQ. À quelques pas de l'édifice, on y retrouve un gros Chedraui, un centre commercial et plusieurs bons restaurants. Par contre, il faut souligner que les plages sont assez éloignées mais avec l'autobus qui coûte à peine 12 PESOS par personne, c'est très facile de s'y rendre. Pour terminer, si je retourne à Cancun, c'est certain que je vais demeurer à cet endroit. LYNN et MICHEL

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Cancun! The property was not only beautiful but also felt incredibly safe, which gave me great peace of mind throughout my trip. The space was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as pictured. It was perfect for a relaxing getaway. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, yet still close to everything I needed. The pool was also a great plus at this stay :) Our host was fantastic, they were very attentive and always available when we had questions or concerns. It was clear they genuinely cared about making our stay as enjoyable as possible. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Cancun and would love to return in the future!

Had an enjoyable stay at Regina’s apartment. Teenagers loved the pool, very refreshing after a full day of shopping…large las Americas mall is 7mins walk from the apartment, very handy for the wife & daughters. There’s also a Starbucks and seven11 within walking distance (10mins). Also caught a taxi to the Isla Mujeres ferry terminal, which was $mxn250 one way from the apartment, well worth a visit especially Playa Norte beach…wow. The apartment was very clean and tidy, no real issues. Regina was easy to contact. Would recommend staying here, especially for families as it’s very safe and quiet. Security were very helpful especially with organising taxis🙂.

Hablando del condominio de Fernando, es muy cómodo. Lo recibimos muy limpio y tiene una vista fascinante al mar. Más que increíble. A unos 10 minutos caminando tienes un Chedraui para hacer compras rápidas. Hay varios lugares para comer cerca y si usas el autobús puedes llegar a otras plazas como La Isla por $12. Respecto a la playa a la que se puede acceder es pública, eso significa que todo el tiempo tiene mucha gente y hay muchas personas tomando, y dejan muchísima basura. Pero si bajas temprano casi no hay nadie y puedes disfrutarla. La arena es muy suave. Esta ubicado a un costado de un "Señor Frogs" lo que significa que desde aproximadamente las 2 de la tarde hasta las 6 de la mañana habrá música muy alta. Sin embargo, con la ventana cerrada se aísla el ruido un 70% y puedes dormir. Fernando tiene la atención de dejar en el alojamiento una sombrilla, un par de camastros y una tabla, para que estar en la playa sea mas ameno. Volveríamos sin duda.

Hola toda la estancia estuvo muy bien, estaba limpio solo hubo un detalle en unos de los baños te bañabas y el agua se salía de la regadera lo cual ocasionaba que que el piso del baño quedara todo mojado

The apartment was beautiful. The amenities were fantastic. The host was very responsive. The building was very clean and the security was great. It was in the central of the City so everything was really close by. I enjoyed the neighborhood, the locals, and all the available amenities - including shopping centers, malls, restaurants, and grocery store really close. The building had a great swimming pool, a fantastic gym to work out in, it was on the 12th floor with a beautiful view of the city & the lagoons nearby, and it was generally comfortable overall. My only concern was the hot water only seemed to work for a minute or two, then, I would have to shut off the shower, wait another minute to turn it back on & keep doing this until the end of the cycle of the water. It was very annoying. Also, there was re-modeling being done on the apartment above, so the construction noise was really loud in the daytime. The host was very sympathetic & tried to help, but could not do anything.

You are absolutely LOCO if you do not come to this magical casita! Our jaws were on the floor as we walked from room to room. Authentic and purely unique is just the start. A mural of Frida Kahlo welcomes you inside, aesthetic touches, bright colors and most of it green, the most gorgeous color in the world. There was nothing Julius and Pablo didn’t think of to include- sunscreen, beach toys, feminine products (we are 5 girls), shampoos, snacks, coffee supplies, filtered water, restaurant and activity guides… Even some dumbbell weights!! Staying in this corner secluded casita that has a shared mini park was the highlight of our trip. I can’t tell you how much we adored this place. I think we took pics of every room and made a video to keep. Though it was a 20-25 ride to the beaches, we made the best decision staying here!! Muchas gracias amigos! 🙏🏻💕

Jessy fue muy amable durante toda nuestra estancia, se mantuvo en comunicación constante y atenta a nuestras necesidades. Las instalaciones son muy cómodas y se sienten como si realmente estuvieras en casa, el vecindario es muy tranquilo, con suficientes amenidades para hacer cómoda la estadía y con restaurantes y supermercados a unos cuantos minutos, sin duda me volvería a hospedar aquí.

Me senti como en casa, cualquier problema que pudo haber johon soluciono rápido y eficiente, como recomendación que tenga un hervidor, todo lo demás en perfectas condiciones, el lugar super agradable y seguro.

La mejor reservacion que he tenido, desde la amabilidad y disposición de Gina, limpieza, comodidad de la casa y sobre todo un ambiente super agradable.

Solo nos quedamos una noche. El alojamiento está muy bien, en buenas condiciones, todos los utensilios en buen estado, sin olores desagradables o cosas así.

Isaac’s place was fantastic! From the moment we arrived, he was incredibly welcoming and provided us with great recommendations to make the most of our trip. The house itself was really nice and great for a big group. It had everything we needed for a great stay with friends.
