Das Apartment liegt in einer ruhigen Straße zentraler Lage der kleinen Stadt. Wir haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen. Besonders von Dachterrasse hat meinen einen herrlichen Blick über die Gegend und man kann herrlichen den Sonnenuntergang beobachten. Ich kann die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen. In der Umgebung sind Playas de Cartaya wunderschön und man kann die langen Sandstrände genießen.

O apartamento superou as expetativas, melhor e maior do que nas fotos. O condomínio é super tranquilo e óptimo para famílias com crianças. A piscina é enorme, limpa e tranquila. A Ana foi sempre flexível e disponível. Recomendamos sem dúvida.

Located conveniently near the golf course, the property features a spacious terrace. Everything ok, with one notable exception: the lack of Wi-Fi connectivity.

Antonio el anfitrion estuvo muy pendiente, hubo muy buena comunicación y pudimos entrar antes y salir más tarde. Todo estaba perfectamente,mejor que en las fotos y súper limpio. Había todo lo necesario y estaba muy bien situado y tranquilo. Recomendaría este alojamiento a todo el mundo tanto por el apartamento como por el anfitrión.

Todo correcto tal y como se anuncia. Hemos estado muy agusto, como en casa. El apartamento y la urbanización en sí muy comoda y cuidada. Repetiriamos.

I just returned from Tiagos place.. and already booked a winter stay. Golden Club has a superb location, free water taxi to the nearby beach on the adjacent island, excellent pool facilities, winter and summer, and friendly helpful staff... but some very mixed reviews re their apartments locations, views and cleanliness, which are generally allocated on arrival. So I decided to book Tiagos apartment and know exactly where I was going. Great Result! Its a wee bit decor/equipment tired, but its a fairly big one bedroom apartment, tiled floors, easy clean, and the highlight is its in a quiet location in the resort, close to the deeper outdoor pool, and indoor pool, has all day sun on the balcony, is not affected by the noise of bars or evening entertainment, ( off season anyway) has decent wifi, a well equipped small kitchen.. and everything works . When there was an issue, Tiago was on it right away, rang me, friendly , helpful, sorted. Recommend.

La descripción coincide plenamente con lo que nos encontramos, al apartamento no le falta de nada, todo muy limpio, las camas muy cómodas. Muy buena zona con restaurantes y supermercados a 5 minutos caminando. El acceso a la playa a pocos minutos andando por zona peatonal frente a la salida de la urbanización. Sin duda volveremos.

This apartment met all our expectations. It was clean, close to the beach, the pool was generally clean and not too busy. It was also very reasonably priced compared to others in the area and the time of year we were there (mid-July). The air-conditioning was also a life saver. There was several lovely restaurants within walking distance but to get more selection you had to get a bus (1.65 each) or a taxi (€15) to Ayamonte which was about 15 minutes away.

We had a very very nice stay at the apartment, which we liked by first view: Clear, nice views and terrasses (yes, 2 and a third common on the roof!!), lots of space we could use for making body exercises and dancing... We like Olhao from earlier stays... so much to do and see, nice cities and lonely beaches on the islands easy to reach by cheap ferries. And maria was very kind expecting us and showing everything. She even made a second key for us, so that we could move independently when needed. Very kind host! Thanks for everything!

Wir waren 4 Monate mit 2 Hunden bei Mari Carmen. Sie ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Hat bei kleinen Problemen sofort reagiert. Die Wohnung ist groß genug aber im Winter etwas kalt. Heizung war aber vorhanden. Die Nachbarn sind sehr nett. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit. Danke Mari Carmen

Hemos estado una semana y nos hemos sentido como en casa, el alojamiento tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos días, cocina con menaje, cafetera, secador de pelo, mantas, juegos, etc.. Todo estaba super limpio y detalles como gel y jabón en los baños, bolsas de basura, productos de limpieza, en fin que no nos ha hecho falta de nada, una maravilla.

Just enjoyed a lovely month in Conceicao at Casa Pippa. Another great vacation here. Casa Pippa is like a home from home as it is well equipped. Location is lovely too and with easy access to everything you need... restaurants, supermarket, beach, bike hire, golf courses, train station

Apartamento num condomínio bastante agradável para fazer férias. Com duas zonas de piscina e bastantes espaços verdes. A casa estava cuidada e bastante limpa

A definite 5 star apartment to stay in. A warm welcome from Gabriel and Amalia. Showed us around the apartment and explained how everything worked. The apartment was excellent, with an outstanding outdoor space and terrace. The terrace gets the sun from first thing on a morning to last thing at night, with beautiful views of the pool area, harbour and sea. The seafront is a 10 min walk away. Certainly a lovely place to visit especially on a Sunday when all of the local families congregate around the various beach bars and restaurants. In October time is a lot quieter during the week - which suited us fine. The bonus was Gabriel's parents own Novogolf, which specialises in golf breaks. We were fortunate enough to play golf with the many other members of 'Novogolf family'. Something which we plan will to try in future. Thank you for a brilliant vacation.

Foram umas férias Maravilhosas! A Vanessa e os pais foram muito atenciosos e estiveram sempre disponíveis. É o 2 ano que vamos de férias para esta casa e é excepcional, principalmente para quem tem crianças pequenas. Tem acesso direto (com um portão) ao relvado e piscina o que é excelente para desfrutar com os miúdos. A praia fica mesmo ao lado do condomínio. Praticamente não precisamos de sair com o carro. Têm tudo à porta, desde supermercados e restaurantes. Havemos de voltar!

We had a perfect family Christmas at Jonathan's place! The kitchen was the perfect size to cook a full meal in - there was plenty of crockery and utensils and all the bits you might need. The outside spaces were gorgeous - even though it was a little chilly at night, we loved having our morning coffee in the winter sunshine! The fireplace was a real bonus during the chilly evenings, too. All in all, everything was great. Thank you, Jonathan!

A lovely place to stay. Plenty of room. Gail was very helpful. The pool was lovely. Being five minutes walk from the promenade was great. The water taxi to the beach area is very frequent - never waiting more than a minute. Would have no hesitation recommending Gail’s place to others.

Mooie accommodatie met prachtig zwembad. Fátima is een vriendelijke host met goede tips in de omgeving.

Lovely home on multiple levels. Great roof patio. Easy access to large local mall with Continente grocery store, pharmacy, mobile phone service, clothing stores and movie theatre. This was our first stay in Tavira. Probably our 8th stay in the Algarve. Really loved it’s charm and will be back. A 10 minute drive to downtown and some free parking. Not as crowded as further West. Short trips to local small towns. Half hour drive from Faro airport. House is airy, good heat on all rooms. Easy parking at front door. Well equipped kitchen. Comfy beds. Dorota was extremely responsive to any inquiry we had. She even left some oranges and lemon from her garden. We are both in our 70s and my wife has some mobility issues. The home having multiple levels, there are short stairs between all levels. There is no hand rail from main entrance to lower family room/dining area. Great home and stay and highly recommended. Make sure you purchase Tavira grown oranges, they are the best.

Our flight arrived very late at night but Gavin was there to greet us and show us around. Taxi drivers had problems finding the apartment and both thought we were staying in the hotel so we had to give them the instructions. Very clean and tidy with beach and bath towels as well as some toiletries. Apartment is a 10 minute walk from the marina where you can get a ferry to the local beaches or a boat trip. A lot of restaurants but most serving the same sort of food and mostly fish as it's a fishing port. As said in other reviews you can't see the sunset from the balcony as there are trees blocking the view and there is almost constant barking from several dogs across the road. Pool on the roof but we weren't able to use it due to the weather but lovely views across the marina. Lidl and McDonald's about 10-15 mins walk. Local supermarket at the end of the marina about 20 mins walk. Lots to explore down the side streets including wall murals and a statue trail.
