The farmhouse is set back on a quiet country road, offering complete privacy. Just outside the doorstep, explore the property’s babbling creek, fields, and woods. We live on the adjoining property next door and are available if you need any assistance or directions.

A Pack and Play, booster chair & high chair are available. The Nightly fee is for 2 adults. There's a $25 fee/night/each additional guest.

FYI, no events will take place during your stay. The Farmhouse was built in the late 1880s in the traditional Finnish style of square-cut logs. It was extensively renovated with two other additions and all the modern amenities you'd expect in a home today. We are just an hour from the Apostle Islands, Bayfield, Hayward, Ashland, Wi or Duluth, Mn. As you head north to Lake Superior surrounded by the silence of the forest, you can relax , away from the bustle of everyday life. The famous Bois Brule River is a short walk down the hill. Our cabin is very quiet. We are on 3 acres. Our place is a cabin. Not a house. We aren't fancy but comfortable. Get set for a beautiful peaceful time in the pines.
