This condo was a great base of operations to explore Southern Utah. All the amenities/appliances work well and it’s a beautiful place. I would recommend this spot to anybody, especially if you’re staying around a month as I did. Cleone let me check in a day early on really short notice. Jim was kind to me while I was there and made me feel at home. I’ll stay again if I return to the area!

Second time staying at Jamie's place and it did not disappoint. The location is great and the condo is very comfortable for our family of 5. The kids love hanging out in the loft area.

Second time doing a long stay here. The location/price ratio is tough to beat. The place had everything I needed. Internet was stable enough for work. This is a great place to be if you are like me and want to maximize your time on the slopes during a lunch break or if you want first chair on a pow day. The lifts are within a couple of seconds walking distance. Ski shop across the street is very convenient and does great work. Lastly shuttle drops/pick ups are right next door.

We had a great stay. Always so fast to respond if we had questions and so great to work with. Loved the little touches they did to make our stay better. Kitchen had all the things, if I went looking for it I found it . Only bummer was no dishwasher, plenty of blankets and pillows. The best part was that it is a true ski in ski out. I literally could see my kids get onto the ski lift from the front door. Pros: walking distance to the ski lift.?so so close Amazing host- communication was 5⭐️ Huge projector screen, movies were🥳 Great view from the bedroom window Cons: It is small and cozy so beds are not has accommodative for tall or larger people. It’s perfect for 2 people, 4 it’s a bit more snug Thank you for a wonderful stay!

This cozy condo was perfect for our family of 5. They had everything we needed to prepare and keep food as well as a few bonus extras like spices and even special dishes like a strainer.😊 We would stay here again for sure. My only suggestion would be to know about the hot tub being under maintenance. My kids didn’t mind the pool temperature but it was a little too chilly for me and my husband (definitely not 95*) to be in very long so it would have been nice to have a hot tub to warm up in. They do however have a sauna in the bathrooms which was a nice feature. The building was all really close to the lifts, grocery store, and we took a short drive up the canyon. Yes the building is old and outdated but the room itself was clean and kept up well with all our needs. We would recommend staying here and we would love to come again in the future. Great first experience to Brian Head Resort. Thanks for hosting us in place David! We really enjoyed our time. 😊👍🏻

if I could give them more than 5 stars, I would. First off, the management/host was amazing. They made sure we were taken care of even before check in. Responded promptly to our messages. Had an issue with the driveway being icy and they fixed it right away. The property is awesome! Had 14 people in our group and we still had so much space. The beds were comfortable. All the adults were very comfortable and complementing the beds. lol all in all, we had a great time and will be booking with them again next season!

The sun deck/ grilling area at this place was awesome. Even though the studio is small (which we knew of going in) the sun deck with old school chairlifts to hang out in during the day was an amazing cherry on top!

It was cozy and comfortable, felt right at home. The location is great, right across the street from ,The Little Giant Steps. I would definitely recommend this place. I would book again here.

We were in Cedar City for a water polo tournament. The place looked brand new, perfectly clean, and beds and pillows were comfortable. Location was only about 5 minutes to SUU. Rebecca was a great host.

We had a very comfortable stay in the condo. The kitchen had everything we need to cook our meals. Carol was quick to respond to any questions we had. We look forward to returning next ski season.

We loved staying at Miranda's place! The location right across the street from the Giant Steps Lodge is unbeatable, and makes for an awesome view. The house is cozy and has everything you need, including a big dog bed that our dog really enjoyed. I also appreciated all of the hooks for hanging up all of our ski gear! Miranda was a very responsive and generous host.

This is a great place for a smaller family, close to the Navajo Lodge at Brian Head resort. The unit has been upgraded beautifully and was a very comfortable place to stay for our family ski trip. Shannon was very communicative and was quick to help us when we reached out. Great place overall, and look forward to a future stay here.

We stayed here for 3 nights to ski with our daughters (8 and 9 yrs old). We didn’t need to drive the entire stay after parking in the heated underground garage, we were able to walk to the Navajo lifts in a few minutes. The space was perfect for our family of 4 and doggy. No frills, yet had so many thoughtful extras like packs of hot hands, extra lotion, comfy beds, a sound machine, extra chargers, board games, a starter log for the fireplace etc. The hosts were extremely helpful, proactive and responsive offering tips to help with altitude sickness, advice on where to rent ski gear and flexible check-in/check-out times. Each night after skiing we went to the sauna to relax and mingle with the other guests. We had a great experience and would happily stay here again for the convenient location, friendly hosts and condo amenities.

Amazing location directly across from the mountain. My kids loved the washable access to the slopes. We will definitely choose to stay here again! Great communication and lovely home to return after a full day of skiing.

This place is beautiful and just like the photos. The kitchen was well stocked and we enjoyed both tv's and loved the pool and spa. The complex itself is cozy but a little loud on our visit. (From our unit, we always heard children jumping down the stairs and running through the hallways from 8-10pm. And the walls are a little thin so the upstairs neighbor walking back and forth at midnight kept us up for a little while one night.) The size of the unit is PERFECT for a couple. But we had a family of 4 with small children and that was sometimes a little tight (we had to move the armchair into the kitchen to pull out the sofa bed, and access to the bedroom was blocked by one of the dining chairs. If you don't mind a little rearranging, it's fine. If you are two people, we strongly recommend Terry's place.

This condo was so comfortable and well stocked. King bed is super comfortable with firm mattress, we slept very well. The views from the windows and balcony are gorgeous. We skied at Brian head resort and walked to the lifts! Kids enjoyed the club house amenities. The host was very helpful and responsive. Excellent experience! Highly recommend!

We ended up checking out early because the hot tub run by the HOA wasn't functional and that was a serious need for the kids on our trip. Was out of the control of the lister so not a huge deal, but they were accommodating and communicated well in allowing us to check out early. Everything about the place was as advertised and nice/clean.

This was my first experience renting a place through AB&B or any online rental service. The best take away I got from it were the owners. The condo we stayed in was more of a corporate environment but since they owned their condo I was able to directly speak with them and the experience was exactly what I was searching for. Friendly and Loving. A care for human connection and ultimately a good experience. I was very happy with our stay in their home. They truly seem like real caring people. They were so responsive, the theme of their condo was so cute and will be core memories for my children. They understood the hiccups we had along the way and accommodated us when I was forthcoming about what was happening. And they helped make my stay with the boys anxiety free and a true relaxing and fun vacation. We felt at home in their place and will stay again someday I’m sure.

Wonderful place to stay during our family ski vacation! The condo was lovely and extremely well equipped for families: everything we needed for cooking meals, board and card games, art supplies, even pool toys. The beds were comfortable and the linens and blankets fresh and clean. We spent lots of time in the complex's indoor pool and hot tub. Getting to and from the ski resort was a breeze via car, and my husband did the ski in/out method one day easily. Amy was a very communicative host and proactively provided instructions for making use of all amenities. We loved our stay here and will book again for our next trip to Brian Head.

Ellie’s Brian Head ski condo is great! Super close to the lifts/lodges. The accommodations were perfect for my crew of 5 (2 adults, 3 kids). Plenty of space to cook and get some sleep for a multi-day experience. Laundry in the unit is super cool, you can pack light. The condo property has an indoor pool, hot tub, and dry sauna for a nice change up between daily shred sessions. Grab groceries in Cedar City, food options are a bit limited in Brian Head proper. The pizza place by Giant Steps is tasty. Thank you Ellie, we look forward to next season!
