We had an amazing time visiting Brian Head and The Benion Den in was the perfect accommodation for us. Some highlights: -Free covered parking -Location was perfect, right across from Navajo Lodge/Express Lift -The Condo was clean, comfortable, practical and had a lot of nice little touches. -The kitchen had all of the essentials we needed (Keurig, air fryer, blender, pots and pans). -Nice shower with rainfall shower head, and equipped with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. -We utilized and enjoyed the clubhouse. We played ping pong, foosball and used the pool/jacuzzi. (Open til 10pm). Nearby: We walked Apple Annie’s gift shop where we found affordable snacks, food, and souvenirs. Navajo lodge was across the street where they have beginner lifts and offer ski lessons. Shout out to Briar who is an amazing instructor and made my kids confident on their skis in 2 1/2 hours. Georg’s ski shop offered clothing rentals and were fast/friendly. Thank you for hosting us Anna!

My friends and I had an amazing weekend stay here while we were in town to visit Zion Park. The Airbnb was so spacious and had everything you could possibly need to have a perfect stay! DeAnn went above and beyond as a host!

We really liked the place the stay was great. There was some bedding in a downstairs closet that we moved but did not use that we got charged extra for using. We did not see a sign saying it should not be used. We absolutely loved everything else about the place and our stay.

Kati was very informative and helpful with the check in process and details regarding the condo. I was very pleased with the location. Condo was clean and comfortable. It was great for my family while enjoying a weekend in the snow.

I want to share my experience with booking through John. I used another reservation platform initially, but it did not go well because it provided inaccurate information. The vacation home I booked was no longer available, even though my reservation had been confirmed. To make matters worse, I only learned of this on the day of check-in after I sent an email to the address provided by the reservation platform, as I had not received any updates from them. My family and I were frustrated, especially since we got stuck in the snow on the day of booking, which felt like a bad omen. Fortunately, John reached out to me. He explained that he no longer owned the vacation home and that I shouldn’t have been able to make a reservation there. However, he kindly offered an alternative property he had available in Elk Ridge. We booked a stay at Casa Luna, which was an absolute delight. The property was beautiful, and the views were breathtaking, even in the winter! We will definitely be back!

We were so pleased with the place! Thom & Misty were amazing hosts, and very thoughtful. Our group stayed on our way to AZ, and we were all so excited to stay again on our way home. I'd recommend this airbnb to everyone. Oh and their dogs! They were honestlybthe most well behaved dogs I've ever met.

Perfect place to stay for us. We used it in the summer to get out of the desert heat. Although we just live only a short distance away it’s always nice to elevate to over ten thousand feet. If you’re from out of the area you would probably need at like a week to visit all the beauty that’s within this perfectly centered location. As far as the condo goes, bring a ice chest to put your extra beverages in. Everything else is as described. Thank you for the stay.

Nice, Cozy Condo close to everything. Looked like the photos so that was a plus and had everything we needed to cook a couple meals. Fit all five of us very comfortably. We also enjoyed having a jacuzzi to relax in after being in the snow. Great family trip.

Super cozy spot with a convenient ski locker. <10 min walk to Navajo lifts and there is a shuttle to Giant Steps. The little clubhouse has laundry, a pool and hot tub, sauna and a pool table. We were on a trip with friends who also stayed at Timberbrook, and our teenagers had a blast at the clubhouse after skiing! We had a few minor issues that were out of Erin’s control, and she was super communicative and even sent a handyman over to fix something. Erin is an awesome, responsive host who cares and has obviously put love into this place. Thanks Erin!

Great place for our group of 6 - comfortable, plenty of space, close to the slopes, and a good value! I appreciate the large dining table, comfortable sectional couch, and the plethora of bathrooms.

Love our stay in Camille and DJ’s place! Condo is cozy and had the amenities we needed. Easy check in and check out. Area is safe and peaceful. We went there to go snowboarding in Brian Head ski resort-Navajo lodge and it is conveniently located nearby. Pool and laundry in the clubhouse is an added benefit. Thankful to Camille for being patient and responsive to all my questions. Plus there is plenty free parking either indoor which we prefer and outside.

I had a wonderful stay! The place was clean and comfortable and Matt was very responsive and made sure everything went smoothly. Great location and a cozy atmosphere, I would definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay at this property. It is spacious enough for two families of 4. Apartment is very well equipped. Kitchen has everything you will to cook. Beds are very comfortable. One thing to note is that while this place is ski-in/ski-out, it is easily accessible (ski-in) for intermediate to advanced skiers only. Also, just know that if you or your kids are learning and taking lessons, these take place at Navarro, on the other side of the resort, which is a short car ride away. Not the end of the world but worth mentioning. Lastly, stop for groceries on the way as options to do groceries are limited in Brian Head.

The condo was very beautiful, clean, comfortable, and a great location, although not directly in front of the lifts as listed it was still very close. The condo had everything you need and recommended for others. Alonso was very polite and easy to communicate with. Please be sure to ask for all the instructions in advance of arrival. Overall, Brian’s head is an incredible town and resort for snowboarding and skiing.

The condo is directly across the street from Giant Steps lifts, making it so convenient to hit the slopes. It was great to watch the lifts fire up from the large viewing windows to get us excited for our day. The listing indicated that toiletries, towels and a coffee maker were not included, however all were present. In fact the kitchen was well stocked with filters and grounds and plenty of spices for cooking meals. And the house had plenty of room to host meals with friends that stayed down the way, making it the perfect gathering point. The hot tub and sauna were highlights after a long day of skiing/boarding, soothing all those aching muscles before gearing up for another day on the slopes! We would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely loved this place. Great location. Super cozy, and clean. Shuttle comes right to the lodge. Betty was very kind, responsive, and accommodating. Will definitely be booking this place again!

Had a wonderful stay. Great directions to the property & the accommodations exactly as described, with some fresh eggs left on the counter for us! The location was quiet & perfect for us, easy drive to Cedar City, Kolob right there, & Zion just a little further. Amazing day hikes are outside the parks are everywhere as well. The space was very roomy, homey & comfortable. Though you could hear folks walking about above you, it wasn't troublesome, & the space absolutely did NOT feel like a basement! We didn't use the hot tub, but the bathroom had a wonderful soaking tub, great after a long day of hiking. If we came again (we totally would!) we'd bring an extension cord for our gadgets, as the wall plugs are away from the couch. Also, because I'm a little sensitive to scents, I would ask for the plug-in air freshener to be removed before arrival (I hadn't asked about it beforehand & it was not a big deal at all). Kristin was responsive & helpful when we had questions! Thank you!

This is the best stocked airbnb i have ever stayed at. The unit had everything we could have needed and more. Fully stocked kitchen, pool toys for the kids, games, sleds, pillows and beding. The unit is very clean and tiddy, very easy to feel at home. The mud room entrance is great after a day of sking to take off all the ski clothes and gear without tracking them through the front room. Pros- the unit itself is fantastic. The host is great. Cons- the building is very old and hasen't been updated ever. EVER! The elevator broke and didnt work for 2 days. Carying a familys ski gear up the stairs in ski boots is not fun. One of the shower drain lines flooded the unit below us, old plumbing. So we couldn't use that shower the rest of the stay. The coridoor smells like stale cafateria potato wedges. The gym is very lacking and the only teadmill cant keep a steady pace. The ownership group needs a capital call and a remodel, bad. But after all this, this unit is still worth the stay.
