My family of four needed a place to stay while visiting family. This place was perfect. Cleanliness is inportant to us, and this beautiful and cozy farmhouse was well kept and clean. The beds were firm memory foam and felt great. My husband said his back pain disappeared from them! Sitting on the front porch with the evening breeze and birds chirping with a cup of tea was a pleasant highlight. Loved the shower head and water pressure too. Zero issues with wifi or electronics or appliances. We will definitely be staying again!

We had a great stay, with plenty of space for all 12 of us! We look forward to coming back again, and loved our time!

We loved our stay on Lake Norman! Couldn’t beat the location as it was right on the water and super close to the wedding venue we were traveling there for. Plenty of space and plenty to do on site for our crew. Host was very friendly, responsive, and gave clear check-in/check-out instructions. Huge bonus was access to kayaks to take out on the lake. Would definitely stay here again!

Everything about this place was great. It was peaceful, Comfortable and had everything we need. Very convenient to most restaurants and grocery stores. Great place to take a boat or jet ski and play on the water. Would definitely recommend.

Million dollar views! We enjoyed our stay beautiful views of the sunset right on the lake. This place was so peaceful. Beds were very comfortable and kitchen was stocked with everything you need. Scott communicated and checked on us during our stay. Will definitely stay again!

I recently stayed several nights at Amanda’s home while I attended a conference based in Downtown Mooresville. I specifically chose this property due to its proximity to downtown, and it was a 4-5 minute drive from the house to Main Street. The house is beautiful and completely renovated throughout. There are multiple windows so it is open and bright throughout. It is comfortably and thoughtfully furnished and free of clutter. The bedrooms are all spacious and the bathroom is very large with a soaking tub and an oversized shower. I didn’t cook while there, but the kitchen has all the necessary items for preparing meals and there is plenty of counter space. The backyard is huge and has a full privacy fence. The home itself sits on a large corner lot and the neighborhood is filled with well-maintained and attractive homes (like Amanda’s) with large, mature trees. It is also very safe and quiet. The home was perfect for me and I highly recommend it to others.

This is our second time staying with Bill. We love the lake life! The grounds are beautiful and have everything we needed to relax and enjoy ourselves. Thanks!

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place was spotless and beautifully set up, making it feel like a home away from home. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet, perfect for relaxing after a long day. It had everything I needed for a comfortable stay, from the essentials to thoughtful touches that made it feel extra special. Jeff, the host, was incredibly helpful and always quick to respond to any questions I had about the house. I highly recommend staying here – it’s a fantastic spot!

Loch Norm Lair is beautiful and relaxing. Great neighborhood. Just the peaceful week we needed. Rick and Judy are extremely friendly. Rick loves to share his boat and will take you for a ride. We sat and talked with them on several occasions and shared a dinner at a restaurant. The place is well cared for and a great deal, very reasonable pricing. It was a shame the sailboat wasn't working, would have loved a ride. We are already talking about a return trip in warmer weather to fully enjoy the water. Thank you so much for the beautiful week. Had a wonderful extended stay at this truly awesome lakefront unit. The facility was very clean, well equipped and is located on an outstanding lakefront lot with a beautiful sandy beach. Especially nice was the shallow water access available for our visiting granddaughter. The location faces due west, so the beautiful sunsets can be appreciated from comfortable swings on the covered dock/porch area over the water. Our gracious hosts were always available to answer any questions we had about the unit and/or the area. Would also mention location is very close to the Langtree Center with great dining options available and also outside concerts. Looking forward our next visit.

Alicia & John were lovely hosts. Kitchen was well stocked with everything needed for cooking meals. There were extra towels & washcloths for our family of five. Lots of great info in their guest binder. Covered pier was an amazing place to spend mornings & evenings. Thanks for a fabulous stay!

Christy's property was exactly what we needed for a girls trip to celebrate our friends 40th birthday. Every detail was thoughtful down to snacks for when we first got there to amenities in the bathroom in case we forgot things at home. The property itself was gorgeous and had so many places to hand out and relax. Christy was great to provide clear instructions to help us navigate the property as well. Could definitely see many more trips here in the future!

Great outdoor space with many seating options. We enjoyed being able to grill and have a bonfire. There were also plenty of games and the pool table to keep us entertained.

Perfect place for a relaxing weekend getaway right on the water. The hosts were very responsive and equipped the house with everything you could need. They provided a fire pit, grill, kayaks, and canoes which were perfect activities given the weather. There are houses nearby but it still felt like we had our privacy. We would definitely rent this house again and come back to Lake Norman!

An unbelievable treasure. I now know if I ever get to build my retirement home this is what it will be modeled after. We got to explore, play in the creek, my kids played outside the entire time and did not once ask for TV time. It was a very well decorated but also baby proofed house which I always appreciate. So many kitchen amenities and tons of towels for use and helpful things everywhere. The cozy gas fireplace made me most relaxed after the kids went to bed. We also felt incredibly safe. Never once crossed my mind to feel uncomfortable. Hands down we loved it and can't wait to come back. it's a total gem!!
