Had a fantastic stay. The cottage was just like a home from home. The garden like something straight from the secret garden book! Wanda was extremely welcoming of our dogs! Would highly recommend

We’re just back from a wonderful weekend at Sarah’s. The house itself is clean and cosy, good hot shower and beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed Sarah’s treats she had made also. The location of the house is perfect. Southwold is a pretty compact place and everything was walkable from Sarah’s including to the beach. The beach hut was a great bonus and we enjoyed two sunny days there, having a glass of wine and watching the world go by - it was so lovely. I’d highly recommend Sarah’s- we hope to be back!! Thank you, Sarah.

We spent a really enjoyable Easter break with the family at this property. It's a lovely house in a peaceful location and has been tastefully renovated and decorated throughout with the highlight being the open plan kitchen which forms the hub of the house. The property is very conveniently located for both the Pier and the shops and other amenities in Southwold. Emma was an excellent host and was very helpful and quick in responding to questions.

The cottage is really lovely, peaceful and quiet. It is very comfortable and really clean, with good amenities. It is by the church which gives a lovely view, and is very close to the town centre with a good variety of good restaurants. I can especially recommend Meze Grill Turkish Restaurant - booking is recommended, certainly at weekends when we went. All in all, Hermione's cottage is a lovely place to stay, and recommended.

Great place to stay, Linda wzs able to update the changes we needed straight away, and responded immediately. The lads were impressed with accommodation, it was very homely.

Had a fantastic stay. Location was perfect. House had everything we needed with loads of extras. The kids really appreciated the toys and books in particular. We’ll definitely look to stay again next time we’re visiting

Absolutely perfect stay in a beautiful area. The house was spotless and even bigger than the photos show! It was perfect for 4 adults and my 16 month old daughter. Stuart sent great instructions through and loads of information about the local area, although we actually loved the house and grounds so much that we didn’t venture any further - we had a lovely few relaxing days in the house and walks around the woodland. My daughter even got to feed the goats. Will definitely come back, and will do a summer visit too as the pool looked beautiful.

What can I say , a brilliant experience from start to finish! Lyndsay was a great host , super responsive and helpful throughout , with lots of helpful information regarding the property and surrounding area. The place itself was fantastically decorated and lovely and light , and there was more than enough room for us all (6 Adults and 4 Children). The Kitchen Dining area is a brilliant space to spend time together. The Garden is huge and an ideal outdoor space for games , a bbq or drinks in the Sun , and the garage having a Pingpong table and additional games too was a nice touch. Heating controls were very easy to use and once set , the place soon warms up quickly. It was very easy to find and there is plenty of parking space and the local pub is just a short walk through the churchyard. We chose to have lunch there and it was dead nice and reasonably priced. Overall , Lyndsay was fantastic and so was the Accommodation, the only negative was having to leave! 😁

The apartment is exactly as described. It was spotlessly clean and was perfect for our needs. It was a bit tricky to find but worth the effort. Excellent, quiet location; being an easy walk to the beach.

The place was lovely and clean, well presented and really well equipped. Mark was really responsive and helpful. The location was fabulous, perfect access to the beach, the pier and all the shops.

A lovely place – tastefully decorated, clean and comfortable. Really enjoyed exploring the area. Southwold is a delightful little town full of bakeries, eateries and charming shops – and, of course, there’s the sea! A great find.

Had a fabulous week exploring Ipswich and Suffolk; this is a great base from which to visit a multitude of places and so much variety from Jimmy's Farm to World War 2 collections to falconry and kayaking to Saxon and medieval history; the furthest we drove was 40 miles. Excellent apartment with interesting views and Kie was a superb host - he met us at the apartment and also messaged during the week to check that everything was ok. Very happy to recommend this apartment and will definitely be visiting again in the future.

Teresa was very helpful and friendly. The accommodation is small but Teresa has thought of everything to make the stay comfortable. Nice surprise to have a great continental breakfast. Also good to have a Miller and Carter restaurant opposite. Good wi-fi. Quiet. Would definitely recommend this studio flat. Location is good for access to Ipswich and A12/A14. Teresa is definitely a superhost.

We loved this place, brilliant wrap around veranda, spacious airy rooms, peaceful but with most of the appliances from home...even a tv in the bedroom! The kitchen is great but if you don't fancy cooking there is the hotel 10 mins walk away with two bars serving food and if you go after 7pm you can call for a shuttle to take you there and back for free. It's like getting a lovely break in the country with tv, WiFi and a pub/ restaurant nearby if you get bored of all the nature! The staff at the hotel were lovely and the food was great.

A very peaceful and tranquil place to stay overlooking open countryside. Beautiful walks from the doorstep. Well equipped kitchen with a great selection of books and DVDs for a quiet evening in. plenty of tea/coffee/milk etc and lovely clean towels and bedding. Great resource of things to do with maps on your doorstep and a-joining villages. The accommodation was spotless and very comfortable. Laurie and Lucy are very friendly. Highly recommended

Sam’s place is at a fantastic location with everything within a short walk. The bed was probably the comfiest I have ever slept in. The place was spacious and stylish and had everything we needed. Would stay again and would recommend!

Great location for us visiting family nearby. Little peace of paradise. Tucked away overlooking a beautiful garden. Carole was a great host, cottage was very welcoming. Clean, warm and cosy. We only stayed one night sadly but could have easily stayed longer. Slept so well in the comfy bed. Would definitely book again.

Had a great stay at Katy’s space. Everything was clean, comfortable and matched the description and we enjoyed the goodies Katy stocked the kitchen with to get us going! Great location - very close to everything we needed. If I was ever in Walton or Essex again would be happy to stay again. Communicating with Katy was very easy and she was happy to help with any questions!

Our stay at Pond View was peaceful and relaxing. Access to the site was easy but secure. The accommodation was just right. And Christopher was a great host.

A fantastic apartment right in the heart of town. We booked very last minute (on the day!) after deciding to make the most of a sunny day trip and was lucky to find availability for Kay’s place at the start of the Easter school holidays. Price was reasonable for a last minute booking in peak season. It was lovely and would make a great base for a longer stay. Beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, comfy bed and powerful hot shower. We didn’t use the kitchen but there was tea and coffee and useful condiments (salt, pepper, ketchup) in the cupboard, which would have been good for longer stays. Check in and out was easy. Would definitely recommend.

We had a wonderful long Easter weekend at this apartment, booked easily even though it was very last minute due to being let down by another owner. Thank you to Caroline for being so helpful and super responsive. The location is perfect to explore Felixstowe on foot and it’s handy having private off-road parking. We played mini-golf, ate out at some great spots, used the huge park down the road, went to the arcades on the pier and swam at the leisure centre just across the road. The space is beautiful, spacious, clean and we had everything that we needed, and more. Clear instructions and helpful information on the pre-arrival details too. Our daughters didn’t want to leave! We’d love to return again.

Fiona was extremely helpful when I checked in especially as I for some reason got a tad lost( I was the problem as it's easy to find) The property is an annex to a beautiful house in lovely grounds with a great field for the dog to have a run in. This is the cadilac of airbnb's, the annex has everything you could possibly need. it's immaculate, exactly as in the pictures, the bed is very comfortable and the shower room is excellent

Had the most wonderful stay here, our second visit. Joanne was extremely helpful and professional. Property is absolutely immaculate and very tastefully decorated. Has everything you could possibly need. Position is perfect, quiet, but close to shops, restaurants and beach. would highly recommend and Thank you for letting us stay at your beautiful accommodation 🙂
