Matt was a great host and very responsive. The house was a great location, close to Colchester and our wedding venue in Feering. Rooms were spacious, great communal area, kitchen and living room. All utensils provided. Would highly recommend

We had an absolutely wonderful family weekend in Victoria’s beautiful farmhouse. There was everything we needed and the kitchen was very well equipped. All the bedrooms were great and the garden is beautiful - the children loved the trampoline! We also loved having the cats around - very friendly! Thank you so much. We had a great time!

This was my first booking with Airbnb so I didnt really know what to expect but Mel has certainly set the standard. She is a friendly, helpful, honest, and incredibly responsive host. The house was exactly as described and the quiet location was perfect for us. We'll definitely stay again when we return to Mersea Island, which was beautiful too!

Katy was a great host, kept in touch & very kind as sent a gift after my mum had a accident. The house is spotless & home from home. Katy has thought of everything you may need. A perfect location with stunning views. Very quite & no problems parking. The french doors at the front of the house is a great idea as you can sit & relax in the sun. We will definately be staying again in the future & have recommended it already to friends

The house was perfect with plenty of space for the family. Great communication from Michelle. I had a few questions and everything was responded to with clear instructions. Lovely village feel to the immediate area.

What a stunning place! A quirky house with lovely farmhouse style kitchen (don’t forget to bring tea/coffee etc), large and great layout. Communication was great 👍🏼 There is a local Spar shop about 6 minutes away and a larger supermarket just over 20 mins away. The thing that really blew us away was how great it was set up for kids!! Lots of DVDs, a play room FILLED with toys (all perfect for us with three boys), three high chairs to pick from, lots of plastic plates/bowls/cups/cutlery! The garden was also contained a large trampoline, slide, jungle gym, sandpit, basketball nets and balls, football goals and balls, and an awesome tree house! It had gorgeous bluebells throughout a wooded area too, the outside space is huge and amazing!! We had a fabulous weekend catching up with family :)

A lovely place – tastefully decorated, clean and comfortable. Really enjoyed exploring the area. Southwold is a delightful little town full of bakeries, eateries and charming shops – and, of course, there’s the sea! A great find.

Jo is a friendly host who responds quickly and made sure we were comfortable. Jo also gave good directions on the local area as well as food place recomendations. It is a lovely place with a lot of history around it. The castle is only a 2 mintue walk, and the park was beautiful. The House was great and exactly what we needed for the weekend

A superb apartment, very clean, comfortable, felt very much at home. The location is perfect both for town and the beach. Superb shower and very comfortable bed, beautifully fitted out kitchen - everything you could possibly want. Met by Mike on arrival and wished a good journey by Judith on departure. The little extras - milk and 'fabulous chocolate' biscuits most welcome. Would certainly recommend and most certainly will look to book again on our next visit to Felixstowe.

We couldn't have chosen a better location to stay in Woodbridge as it was walkable to everywhere, and having the included parking was a bonus. We really enjoyed our stay at Robert and Lorraine's house. The flat is right opposite the beach which is amazing. The flat was very clean. Beds were comfortable. There were plenty of clean towels which was very handy. overall a very positive experience.

Gareth's place is a great place to stay, close to the sea front with a short walk to pubs and restaurants which are really good. The apartment has everything you need and is really comfortable. A great host and i will definitely be back.

Right in the heart of Thetford. A very modern apartment with a great extra touch in the style of decor and facilities (loved the electronic black out blinds in the bedroom). It was very clean, and had some lovely extras of milk, bottled water in the fridge and biscuits. The river walks, parks and museums were nice. With lots of small shops, pubs and places to eat within easy walking distance. Janet was a great host and communication was brilliant. Will be back I’m sure!

Sam’s place is at a fantastic location with everything within a short walk. The bed was probably the comfiest I have ever slept in. The place was spacious and stylish and had everything we needed. Would stay again and would recommend!

Great location for us visiting family nearby. Little peace of paradise. Tucked away overlooking a beautiful garden. Carole was a great host, cottage was very welcoming. Clean, warm and cosy. We only stayed one night sadly but could have easily stayed longer. Slept so well in the comfy bed. Would definitely book again.

Lovely stay, lots of nice/useful touches. Slightly difficult to park but resident parking vouchers helped. 30-minute drop off zone outside was useful for unloading.

We had a lovely stay at Gil’s place. Suzy was the perfect host, really responsive to any messages and accommodating of any requests. The annex is very peaceful and private considering it is attached to their house - this was never an issue. I loved all the thoughtful extras like Netflix, DVDs, a fan, toiletries and even some milk in the fridge! I was particularly impressed with the cleanliness of the whole place, I couldn’t fault anything. A great, quiet location whilst still being an easy walk into town. Thanks again for a lovely stay.

Nita’s place is centrally located, super clean and very comfortable. Highly recommended!

A lovely well equipped apartment central to everything. The main high street literally a 5 min stroll. Liz was very friendly and helped with parking. The kitchen was particularly well equipped with everything you might need. An Easter egg and lemon drizzle cake was waiting for us on our arrival which was a thoughtful touch. Beds were very comfortable. Would most definitely recommend this apartment and hope to return in the future.

We had a wonderful long Easter weekend at this apartment, booked easily even though it was very last minute due to being let down by another owner. Thank you to Caroline for being so helpful and super responsive. The location is perfect to explore Felixstowe on foot and it’s handy having private off-road parking. We played mini-golf, ate out at some great spots, used the huge park down the road, went to the arcades on the pier and swam at the leisure centre just across the road. The space is beautiful, spacious, clean and we had everything that we needed, and more. Clear instructions and helpful information on the pre-arrival details too. Our daughters didn’t want to leave! We’d love to return again.
