My family and I stayed here for about 2 weeks while I worked in the area. It was such a spacious and nice home, had all the kitchen/bath amenities that are needed and more. It’s a small town in a great neighborhood and couldn’t have been happier. Luz is a very kind and responsive host and would recommend it to anyone needing this size of a home in the area. We had a great stay at this adorable cottage. If you appreciate architecture and the character of historic houses, you’ll really love this sweet home! The home was spacious enough for our group of 4 adults and communication was excellent. Of most importance…the house was VERY clean. We’d stay again!

This was a really great place to stay for peace and quite with beautiful countryside surroundings. Very clean and comfortable. Everything regarding kitchen and bathroom needs well supplied (plenty of pots, pans, dishes, spices, oil, towels, etc). The deck with string lighting and hot tub was a really great added bonus. The hosts even thoughtfully had a gift waiting for upon arrival after a major life event.

Had a great stay! Location was perfect for visiting a NWC student. He was able to pop in between classes and practices. House was adorable! Warm and cozy! Bed was VERY comfortable and everything we needed was there to make a home cooked meal for our son and his friends. Will definitely e staying again.

Such a sweet place to stay. The home was equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable night's stay (or longer). Very walkable neighborhood.

My wife and I drove down from Twin Cities (MN) to ride the high trestle trail. The location of Renee's Airbnb in Madrid was perfect. The weather early April was a bit cooler than expected so we didn't spend as much time on the trail as we would have liked but greatly enjoyed exploring Madrid and surrounding towns. Beautiful country! Renee was a great host and the Airbnb was perfect for our needs. Normally we rent entire property but we found Renee's upstairs Airbnb space very quiet, peaceful and comfortable. Everything was as advertised. We would definitely stay again.

We have stayed several times in various units in Richard and Tim's property. The location works well for us. Richard and Tim are very attentive and accommodating.

Luanne & Joe’s place truly is amazing! Plenty of space with 2 bedrooms, full kitchen & bath. Only a 25 min drive from Omaha which is nice if you want to check out the downtown area which has a ton of great restaurants, malls & breweries! 5 star stay for sure :)

This was the perfect home for the Slow Down Retreat. We loved using the patio to sit outside relax, chat, and enjoy the water. The bedrooms and bathrooms were more than enough and the entire home felt so warm and inviting.

Dan was responsive to any of my questions before our stay. We booked a villa for a girls relaxing weekend. The place was well stocked, gorgeous, great character preserved in the building restoration to enjoy throughout the stay, clean, homey, had a private off street parking spot, views of the river, I could go on. They paid great attention to detail to remove any frustrations of staying in a new place by labeling light switches, fans, etc. in the three level villa. The only thing that went wrong, was he forgot to order warmer April weather for us so we could sit outside and enjoy the outdoor offerings of the property. Just kidding of course. I highly recommend Dan’s place for a great weekend getaway or extended stay. It’s a true, Iowa Riverview paradise.

beautiful historic home close to downtown. my sister and I were able to walk home from the bars! located on the bluff with a beautiful view, but not a good location for people with mobility issues.

Absolutely stunning place to stay. Dan was very accommodating with check in for us! Definitely a place we would stay again!
