We absolutely loved our stay! Such a beautiful home and the cleanliness was pristine! Everything we needed was provided and we would DEFINITELY recommend to others. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your home.

The apartment was just as described and the instructions on finding it were excellent. We had problems opening the key safe but the next door neighbour was helpful in getting it open. The apartment was clean and comfortable and suited us very well. Nairn itself is a beautiful town and we were able to walk around it without problem. I would not hesitate to recommend 1 Douglas Street .

Grant and Jody’s place is in a piece of paradise, near the River Spey. Hosts were communicative and reassuring. Honestly this is a place I’d love to live. If circumstance allows I’d love to stay here again while taking photos of minke whales. WiFi is fast, perfect for doing remote work and writing a novel. Bed is cosy and soft. Apartment is warm in the cold weather. Until we meet again beautiful apartment by the river and the sea.

Aurelie and David are truly wonderful hosts! The apartment was exactly as described and shown in the pictures — no surprises, just exactly what we were hoping for. It was perfectly prepared for us in advance in the configuration we needed, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we could possibly require. The Nespresso machine was an especially appreciated touch — mornings just aren’t the same without a good coffee to start the day! We also noticed (and appreciated) the whiskey set out on the console — a lovely gesture, even though we only had a small taste. Thank you so much, Aurelie and David, for a wonderful stay. We highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-appointed place hosted by truly thoughtful people.

The annex is exactly as shown in the pictures, super cozy and warm. The kitchen has everything you might need for cooking at home but, should you need anything (like scales for baking), David and Lisa gladly and quickly provide it. The living room/bedroom was spacious for us not to be in each other's way, it kept warm (heating had to be on the lower settings!), and the views are amazing. The spacious bathroom was super clean, and the shower is the best one I have found in years! The place is so quiet, you barely hear the rain! The nearest bus stop is about 30/40 minutes' walk away if you are comfortable walking on country roads with no lighting (headtorch, a must). You might get lucky and be stopped on your tracks by some deer crossing the road right in front of you like we did on our way back from Inverness :) If you are after a place to hibernate and hide from the crowds, this is the one!

Lisa kept in touch throughout our stay and really went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. We only stayed a couple of nights but it would be an ideal location for a longer stay too. The massive kitchen and dining area was the soul of our stay. We sat there and chatted around the massive table. The bedrooms were immaculate and the multitude of WCs meant no one was left dancing in the hall waiting for one to be free. The location is ideal too. It doesn’t get any more central. We really needed somewhere to base ourselves for our stay, somewhere we could retreat to and not feel like we were falling over each other and that’s exactly what we got. It’s a gem.

Clean and well maintained accommodation and had all essentials in excellent working order.

We had a very enjoyable and comfortable stay at Gordon Hall. The apartment is beautiful and clean and very well stocked with everything that you need. The apartment is also in the perfect location within walking distance of the village centre. We thoroughly enjoyed a game of bird-opoly which was an excellent addition!

Lovely space with everything we needed after a great road trip up into Skye. It has a washer (no dryer) and a small kitchen so we were able to cook our breakfasts and make coffee. The location is centrally located to many restaurants and bars.

My friend and I had a lovely time in Inverness in Brett's apartment! Thanks to Brett's clear instructions, we were able to easily settle in. The apartment is clean, contains all necessary accessories, and is very close to the railway station! It's a great place to enjoy Scottish Highlands, with possible day-trips to Loch Ness and Isle of Skye.

Jill is a great host; all her recommendations were great, and the flat was spotless. It's close to the bus station so all the travelling needed is within reach if you are unwilling to drive. I would happily stay there on my next visit to Inverness

Couldn't recommend Kyle's flat more highly. Centrally located, nicely decorated and spotless, and had everything you need in it. Kyle is super friendly and checked in to make sure everything was ok. Fab stay, will definitely be back.

The Old Covent is a wonderful place to stay in ! Our hosts were wonderful and very welcoming. Everything was perfect and very nicely furbished. I highly recommend you take the time to stay there !

Great stay,really well situated to centre of Elgin. Beside Cooper Park with great paths for walking, both for ourselves and the dogs. Lovely flat in all ways although 2nd bedroom is quite compact. Highly recommended.

Very comfortable, beautifully decorated, and a convenient location to explore Inverness. The apartment had everything we needed and was very clean. Innes provided some nice treats and water to welcome us.

This place is so amazing with Loch Ness and so cool Abbey. Beautiful environment. Feeling Harry Potter life.

We loved our stay at the Scriptorium! The abbey was so beautiful and large, we enjoyed exploring and staying in such a wonderful setting! The apartment is well appointed with amenities including washer/dryer which was wonderful for us. The bed was comfortable and bedroom included blackout shades on the windows to keep it dark. The bathroom was lovely and included robes for us. The location is private but only a very short walk to shops and restaurants in Fort Augustus. We drove down to Fort William and Glencoe one day and up to Inverness another day. It was a centrally located stay and we also enjoyed the restaurant on property. The pool is a must visit!
