The short stay was awesome. The host is incredibly responsive and accomodating, always ready to assist. The unit itself is clean, and to top it off, with perfect horizon line.

Responsive host, clean unit. Alll we need in our stay are available, though, we did not use their things as we bring our own personal stuffs . Clear instruction , hassle-free check-in . The price is fair, just enough for their services , maintenance cost, and utilities . Definitely, we will book this again.

I needed to add another night to my stay and Nicky was kind enough to accommodate. Nicky’s place has always been a go to for me when I’m in the area. With the summer heat bearing down on us, it has also been a comfortable escape from the heat. AC is working well, as always.

This is a spacious, simple, clean apartment with all the kitchen equipment you need. No clutter around. Two generous sofas. Almost at the top floor of the building, which has a spacious lobby. Gym and swimming pool available on floor 6. The host, Sweety (Rova June) is very responsive, and her helper, Ate Beth was always available next door if needed. One of the best neighbourhoods in Makati, near a nice park and very close to GreenBelt Outdoor Mall. A very good Airbnb in every way.

We had a great stay in this unit! The place was cozy, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable work environment. It's also in a super convenient location—just a short walk to stores and restaurants.

Via and Patrick have been very responsive and accommodating. They are so kind for allowing us to do late check in. Easy checkin and check out. Very clean and huge area suitable for a big group. Plenty of mattresses as well. Location is very accessible, just after the gate. Will definitely book again. Thank you Patrick and Via.

Perfect, location wise. Typically not crowded so going in and out of the building is relatively fast. The unit is clean with cleaning materials available to use (good for daily maintenance). I highly recommended this place if this listing comes across your search! Thanks.

Wil’s place is very clean and comfortable. My team did not have any problems during the stay (except for the blankets - they leave some loose threads in clothes and in bed) and we really loved the view. It is very clean.

It was clean, spacious and makes you feel at home. A perfect place to relax and chill with friends and family. Very affordable, comfy and has complete amenities. I love the interior design very simple yet elegant. And what I really like the most is their high-quality kitchenware and utensils, it's very neat.
