The house has simply beautiful views of the beach, sea and sand dunes with extensive decking surrounded by glass balustrade where you can sit outside and enjoy the sea air. It's a family home, fully centrally heated and comfortable. Expect mismatched crockery & imperfection! It's a steep drive up to the house & steps to the beach (although you can go around the drive way) so not suitable for all

This is a gorgeous 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom double glazed holiday home that is moments walk from the popular Fantasy Island and sited on Coral Beach. Spacious enough for a gathering of 6 people, providing a home from home feel yet perfect for a smaller family to languish and enjoy a 'Seaside Escape'. We want you to enjoy our holiday home ( ok it's a caravan ! ) as much as we do so you should find pretty much everything you need. Van is NOT pet friendly sadly our Fur Babies need to stay at home.

Convenient for visiting Lincolnshire's unspoilt market towns such as Louth and uncovering this county's rich history and unhurried way of life. We encourage campfires, stargazing and leaving with a smile!

Situated in Stickford at the base of the Lincolnshire Wolds this is a great place to explore Lincolnshire. Wonderful dog friendly beaches 25 minutes away with plenty of walking and fishing locally. The historic city of Lincoln is 45 minutes, and the seaside town of Skegness is 15 miles away. The caravan is situated in our garden which has a large pond so children must be supervised at all times. We have 3 dogs, 3 flightless ducks and free ranging chickens so visiting dogs must be on leads.

Old Post Office Mablethorpe "Your Home From Home"

The old post office offers modern decor comfortable accommodation central heating the property is situated approx 300 metres from the blue flag Mablethorpe beach. 200 metres from local shop & cinema fish & chip shop nearby. we are approx 1 mile to town centre. there are lots of interesting walks & interesting places to visit within walking distance or short drive.the owners live on site and will be available for any help advice you may need also to help with any problems .

Surrounded by green fields, beautiful animals and excellent food! Add ons available on request - Ploughman's Grazing Box, Breakfast Boxes. Alpaca trekking also available.

Self contained annexe with minimal cooking facilities - downstairs open plan kitchenette with microwave and hob, lounge area (TV/dvd player), dining area. Upstairs in master bedroom king size bed - separate shower room with toilet and wash handbasin. Second bedroom (request booking please) single bed. Outside toilet and fridge if required. Welcome pack for your first breakfast. Kitchen facilities suitable for breakfast and light lunches. Takeaways and pub restaurants locally.

The chalet has been designed to provide our guests with a home from home feeling.The chalet has its own secure private decking. It is located within a 5 minute walk from mablethorpe beach and there is a Pub with restaurant on site. Mablethorpe town is within a 10 minute walk with restaurants, bars, shops and entertainment including local attractions. Welcome basket is provided containing a welcome refreshment to help our guests get settled on their arrival. Pet friendly.

Mollie’s Cottage

Mollie’s Cottage is a single-storey barn conversion located just a 10-minute walk from the sandy beach at Chapel Point. There is an enclosed garden, perfect for relaxing in after a busy days’ adventure. It makes a great base for a family holiday at the east coast. Outdoor pursuits nearby include good walks and cycle routes. Some areas of the beach are dog friendly. Beach ¾ mile. Shop, pub and restaurant ½ mile. One dog free per booking. 2 maximum (2nd dog chargeable)

Idyllic, rustic, quiet self contained private 1 bed Pod in the meadow style garden of a Victorian house on the edge of the Lincolnshire Wolds and also within walking distance of Horncastle market place, shops and amenities. Private entrance with self check in and own parking space, use of large garden, galley kitchen (with sink, small fridge, microwave), dining area and bedroom (double bed) with en-suite suitable for 1-2 adults only (sorry no children or pets).
