The place was exactly as described, affordable and peaceful experience. Host was responsive. A big shoutout to the caretaker “oyang”, he was helping to order food, and was proactive in supporting any requests. He was very welcoming with a big smile, which makes a huge difference :)

Bisa menginap 4 orang lho disini, ac dingin, water heater menyala, kolam juga bersih. Ada peralatan dapurnya, mau pake rice cooker dikasih pinjem. Respon blinya juga baik. We truly enjoyed our stay, especially thanks to its secluded location—peacefully tucked away from the crowds, yet still conveniently close to the main road. The property was quite clean overall, though the bathrooms could have been maintained a bit better. The staff were helpful and courteous, and overall, it was a pleasant experience.

lokasi sangat strategis di tengah kota dekat pusat wisata seperti Kaliurang dan aksesibiltas hanya selangkah dari Jl. Ring Road Utara, tempat sangat luas, parkir bisa sampai 7 mobil dan tersedia garasi untuk 2 mobil(lebih aman), suasana di lokasi juga relatif sepi karena masuk ke komplek perumahan jadi tidak berisik karena suara kendaraan berlalu lalang. Disediakan makan pagi atau sarapan sesuai jumlah tamu yang datang, namun sayang di dalam rumah dan di kamar(di kasur/selimut) ditemukan semut besar-besar, dimana kemungkinan karena banyak hiasan pot-pot tanaman yang tersebar di seluruh bangunan. secara keseluruhan Rumah Teteh sangat baik dan bisa digunakan untuk berkumpul dengan banyak anggota keluarga

Changgu is busy but you don’t feel that when you turn down the small street where the villa is situated almost at the end of a dead end road. When you are at the villa there is peace and quiet, it’s clean, the pool is nice for cooling at all times of the day. The friendly staff is making sure everything is in order. We were celebrating our 25 anniversary and Dorion was very helpful. We wouldn’t hesitate booking the villa again.

Nos quedamos en Yakarta solo una noche, ¡pero este alojamiento nos encantó! Puedes ir a pie al monumento nacional y la zona tiene muchos restaurantes cerca. Lo mejor del lugar es su alberca infinita que está gigante y es una buena opción para relajarse. Definitivamente muy recomendable.
