Our family absolutely LOVED our stay at Lance's place. We rented out two of of the units on this property--the Reel House and the Riverside Cottage--to spend time together over Christmas. It was great to have separate places for each family unit to have privacy and downtime, but still be close enough to enjoy each other's company. The houses were nicely furnished with all the amenities needed to cook, relax, and enjoy the scenery. Beautiful location on the water. We saw manatees, dolphins, and lots of birds every day. We fished all week and took the kayaks out, which was a treat! Huge fenced-in yard was great for our dogs. Yes, the property is up against train tracks, but we were not bothered by it. Can't say enough great things about this place. Will definitely be back!

We just stayed for 5 days due to a loss in the family, and the house was perfect size for our party of 10. The house is spacious, comfortable and close to everything we needed. All of the host & co host were friendly and responsive. I messaged less then 25 hrs before arrival asking for a portable bed for my 6 week old Grandson and they had one brought there before we arrived!! When we visit from NC again we wouldl definitely stay again!

We absolutely LOVED our stay at Hanan's place! It was very clean and well furnished. She had everything available for use (laundry soap, shampoos, beach towels, boogie boards, etc.). The check in and check out instructions were clearly provided to us and she answered any of my other questions in a very timely manner! We loved Vero Beach and if we come back, we'd love to stay here again!

Quiet, peaceful and serene location just minutes from everything Sebastian has to offer. The front yard landscape hides the calming splendor from just inside the front door through the fenced in backyard and pool. We had so many choices of places to sit and read or enjoy a beverage. While sitting out front, watching the sun set against the river, I kept watching to see if Hemingway would ride by in a horse and buggy.

We had a wonderful stay. The house was comfortable, pretty, nicely decorated and in a great location. Everything was nicely arranged. The back yard was pretty and had lots of space for a pup to play in. Robert was so helpful!

Isabelle is very responsive and accommodating. The place is nice and very peaceful, almost feels like home. I would recommend staying here and have some relaxing time with family and friends.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The pool was the perfect size for our family of four. The updated kitchen and bathrooms are very nice for an older home. It has a large and spacious kitchen for a two bedroom home. I really liked the high ceilings in both the living room and kitchen as well. And the dining table in the Florida room was a lovely place for meals. Overall it was the perfect place for us to vacation. We really enjoyed the privacy of the backyard. The beaches and restaurants aren't far away, and the Publix about a block away, is super convenient. Oh, and super clean. Thinking of our time there will always make me smile.

Great location 10 minute drive from Skydive Sebastian and close to a ton of local restaurants.

Second year here, still a great place to stay. Perfect for our family and getting some work done while we visit Sebastian. The pool is great.

This place was PERFECT! We went for distant older family members to spend time together again. Large suite on one end. Opposite end of home had a hallway with 3 bedrooms and full bath. The hallway had a slide out door to close off rest of home. Never bothered by late/early people hanging out in kitchen or living room! Slept great on very comfortable beds with tons of pillows. Very clean home and sound proof. Never heard neighbours or cars outside. The heated pool with large table/sitting area allowed us to lunch by the pool everyday then play volleyball. Peaceful safe neighbourhood. More of a residential area with less traffic than other cities I’ve stayed throughout Florida. Public beaches and excellent waterfront restaurants within 20 min. Numerous beach chairs, umbrella, plus cart to haul them to the beach! This place was perfect for a large group just wanting to enjoy a peaceful and fun time together. We can’t wait to stay there again!!

Gabriela's home was the perfect home base for our trip to Sebastian/Vero. It's very clean and has great outdoor space! Our kids loved the game room and the selection of boogie boards, beach toys & towels. We also loved the two distinct living rooms (kids could hang in one, adults in the other) and tons of extra blankets in closets. It's a quick 5 min drive to get Groceries and just a bit further to the beach. We had a minor issue with the pool heater and Gabriela was super responsive and quick to resolve. Highly recommend!

Loved our stay! House layout was perfect and pool was great after a long day. Would stay again!

We need a last min. Place for Thanksgiving and this house was above and beyond what we thought from the pool to the patio to the house and duck pond just amazing

We can’t say enough about this beautiful home! The neighborhood was safe and close to many grocery and food options. Andrew and Craig provided everything needed to enjoy a bbq by the pool, a fun day at the beach, and a bike ride around the neighborhood. With coffee, tea, and snacks when we checked in, we felt welcomed and right at home. This was exactly the space we needed for a family vacation. The kids loved all the games! Beds were comfy and the house was clean and comfortable. We hope we get the chance to stay here again. Thank you for your kind hospitality!

I would stay again if I'm ever back in Vero Beach. Peaceful and private

Tina's place was perfect! So comfortable. So quiet. So close to the beach. Surprisingly spacious. Tina was responsive to our every concern. The location is a bit off the beaten path, almost wish it were a touch closer to stores and restaurants. But if it were, then it wouldn't be so very perfect. Thanks Tina!!!

This is the most gorgeous place!! Nestled in the cutest little area full of twisting trees and tropical foliage. It’s true you’ll feel like you are in Costa Rica!!! So much space to chill. Everything is in terrific shape and much attention to details and care. The bikes are like new and we enjoyed riding to the Jungle Trail - a must do. Well stocked kitchen and new appliances. There is a clawfoot tub in the upstairs bdrm that is set in front of French doors to a private patio which we opened while showering! Entire home and grounds super clean and well cared for. The location: it is closer to Sebastian/Wabasso and on the west side of A1A/Jimmy Buffet Hwy which makes for a sweet and quiet visit but you’ll need to cross this not too busy road with no crosswalk. The beach on this section is set high so there are 19 well built and easy steps down to the sand - very common. We loved it but something to be aware of. Vero Disney is super close. We cannot wait to come back!

Zoey's hippie hideway is a cozy home equipped with all basic needs for transients. For us, specifically, it met all our needs to be close to family and the beach. Her home was welcoming of furry babies and fully equipped with toys and bowls, which was a nice surprise. Zoey was courteous and very responsive and we are eternally grateful for letting our family stay at her home!

We had a great stay in this beautiful house divided in 3 apartments, it is very well located in Vero Beach. Information and organization were great to get there. Everything was perfect. We enjoyed our 2 nights there ! Thank you :-)

The home was absolutely wonderful! It felt like a brand-new remodel—everything was fresh, clean, and thoughtfully done. The open layout made the space feel airy and welcoming, and the design and decor were tasteful, modern, and cozy. Super clean, which was greatly appreciated. The location was great —quiet, convenient, and close to everything we needed. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful, comfortable place to stay!

The house had a nice layout and felt spacious. We enjoyed the lanai because of the privacy and comfortable furniture. The neighborhood is walkable and safe. The house is located 15 to 20 minutes from several beaches. One thing to note: the mattresses are all quite firm - which some people will prefer. Thank you for a great place to stay.

We loved our stay here, the house was comfortable and accommodated our family well. Enjoyed the access to a fenced in area for the dogs, and the layout in general. Quaint decorating and an overall positive experience!
