Nestled in the back of the property, it offers a comfy queen bed, AC, small heater, a mini fridge, Keureg style coffee maker, in room toilet, outside shower and sink with hot water, private patio, clean linens and towels. Backyard has sitting areas and chimnea with firewood provided. Quiet neighborhood. Bethany Beach -10 min drive, Rehoboth-25 min. Beach gear available. TY. Our AIRBNB "Village" includes 2 tiny houses, a lofted apartment, two cottages, a "glamper", and 4 tent sites. Staying at Good Earth is more than just a beach trip.

Enjoy dinner and drinks on the enclosed rear porch and take in the view. 5 miles to Bethany Beach, 12 miles to Ocean City, 17 miles to Rehoboth Beach. I will allow one dog and the pet fee is $200.

Situated between the Indian river bay and the Rehoboth Bay. .5 miles from Massey's Landing public boat launch and fishing pier. 17 miles from Rehoboth Beach, with traffic it could take you 45 mins to get to the beach, without traffic about 25 min. The house has 2 bedrooms, and a living room which is open to the kitchen. There is also a large screened-in porch attached. Plenty of room to park your boat.
