This beach house was wonderful. It was very accessible to all areas- food, bars, entertainment. You can walk to Belmont in 7 min or go to the R in PB with a 6 minute Uber ride. The house has all great amenities. They had bikes and water equipment to use. There are 2 parking garages so it helps with big groups. Along with that, the beds are comfortable and clean! I would stay again in a heartbeat.

This place is amazing!! The best views, the best walking, and the spaces in the house are perfect for a group. We made dinner in and watched the sunset every night. We also brought our 6 month old son and it was a great location to be “nap trapped.”

Michael was a great host. I really appreciated the opportunity to check in early even though it didn’t work out. I also appreciated the fast and efficient communication. The house was perfect for our stay. Would definitely recommend. Thanks again for your hospitality!

Loved our quick weekend getaway! only item I would note is the spotting WIFI. sounds like it is the area, which is not surprising. We were fine as we had kiddos leave the ipads at home and brought board games! wanted to get away from online activites. Our cellular service did work. :-) Host was extremely responsive. as in mintues! and answered all questions. It is winter, but kiddos liked walking to the beach and throwing rocks into the water. since it is a rocky beach, the waves make a special sound. it was cool! Host did warn us about being cold and no heat in house. THANKS. we brought little heaters and it was not a problem at all! warmed up during the day. it was only night time that it dipped a bit. thank you and we enjoyed our stay.

Tina’s place was lovely and perfect for a family reunion. There were 10 of us (and a dog!) gathering together and the house was a perfect amount of space for all of us! The rooms were great and met everyone’s needs, the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed and more to make meals at home, and the location was amazing to go on walks, dog beach, and target runs. The backyard was great for hanging out and there were plenty of extras to have a fun beach day. Tina was responsive and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed! If you’re looking for a place to gather people and make fun memories, this is your spot! Thank you so much Tina for a great stay! :)

Mike was awesome. My family and I are from near Pasadena CA. Mike was awesome in making us feel welcomed in lieu of the unfortunate fires in LA county. His house was beautiful. The view of the ocean was exactly what we wanted. As a plus, the spot was near a brewery (walking distance) where they had amazing coffee and food. We were also about 20 mins from downtown, and a short drive to nearby stores like Costco and Target. Thanks Mike for everything!

Monroe was great! Very professional and the place was pristine, clean, and good value for the price. I would stay there again next time I visit.

Vanessa's place is in a very very quiet neighborhood just steps from the bay. I am a SD native, I know the city very well. I actually lived in the area for many years. This place is totally worth it if your traveling with a family with kids. Plenty to do, plenty of space to sit and relax inside and outside. It has plenty of things to keep kids busy from books to toys very very nice touch. If available when we return definitely will be staying here. The short walk to watch the sunset in the ocean is worth every penny..

Excelente lugar para grupos grandes, la sala de juegos resultó increíble para la diversión de chicos y grandes, todos los cuartos contaban con TV y las áreas comunes como patio y terrazas fueron increíbles para pasar el día, sin duda alguna regresaré con mi familia.

Outdid the pictures. What a brilliant house and beautiful location. Beach and pool right on your doorstep and so many wonderful places to visit. House was very clean in a safe neighbourhood.

This is one of our favorite townhouse among all the Airbnbs we’ve stayed in! 1. It’s very quiet and located in a gated community, which feels safe. 2. It’s close to the ocean. You can’t see the sea directly, but it’s just a few minutes’ walk to the beach. 3. The house is super comfortable and beautiful! The host provided almost everything we needed, which made our stay very convenient—we really appreciated that. 4. The community is lovely, with swimming pools and a large ocean-facing lounge. 5. The location is convenient. Although it’s in North San Diego, it’s only 6 minutes to Del Mar beach park and 30 minutes to the south. The only inconvenience: the host requires guests to wash all towels or pay a $100 fine. This meant we had to start doing laundry the day before check-out. Since check-out is at 10 AM and we also needed to clean the kitchen, we were rushing to wash and dry towels in the morning. This was not convenient. Everything else is very good!

This was our second time staying at this home in San Antonio Del Mar w/our pup. Private safe gated community w/beach access. Only 10min drive to downtown Rosarito. Very spacious with an ocean view & jacuzzi. Joel is an excellent host! Definitely recommend & look forward to staying again!

We had an amazing week at Anjali and Devon’s place! The house and kitchen were wonderful. We especially loved and thoroughly enjoyed the back yard oasis. We had to pry the kids out of the pool every evening. The kitchen had everything we needed and the outdoor grill was a huge added bonus. The communication from the hosts was impressive to say the least. Thank you both for that! Crazily enough, there was a water main break during our stay. Devon was all about keeping us updated and checking in on us. They even offered us a partial refund for the inconvenience which was a class act move!! We would absolutely stay here again, and plan on it ❤️. Thank you both!!

My family and I just loved this beach getaway home in San Diego! The house was clean and Mark was immediately responsive if and when we had questions or concerns. The neighborhood is walkable and super relaxed. Great things to enjoy with the whole family. We will be returning!

Michelle and Earl are the kind of hosts that go above and beyond for you! Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. There were so many toys for the kids to play with and we loved how easy it was to walk to the beach. The beach wagon, chairs, and umbrella made our beach trips the best! We loved walking a few minutes to restaurants every morning and night and the yard is a most wonderful place to hang out after a long day. This truly is a wonderful place to stay!

I enjoyed the stay very much. The house is located in a very quiet residential area near the beach. There is a private backyard where we had lunch. Every bed had multiple pillows with different heights so that I could select right one for me. The kitchen was perfectly equipped with appliances, pots, pans, dishes, glasses, cooking utensils, and tupperwares. They are new and clean. I like the house. I wanted to stay longer.

We loved our 10 days at Amanda and Jeff's. Our 18 month old granddaughter loved the toy room. We all enjoyed the very pretty and private yard. We chose this home because we love the area beaches, restaurants and overall vibe.

It was the perfect place for our stay. The house is super close to the beach and our kiddo enjoyed the beach toys provided. The house has bathrooms on each of the three floors, which is a huge plus! Janet was welcoming and provided clear instructions in her messages. Would definitely come back again in the future!

My family came in for the holiday and the location was perfectly located near freeways near the coast lots of restaurants, shopping, etc. Attention to detail and the thoughtful small moments were appreciated. Laura had it specially appointed for Christmas and snacks for the kids. Highly recommend.
