This place deserves more than 5 Stars - honestly. Anne-Marie & Nigel offer an incredibly private pearl of a location. They are extremely discreet, welcoming, friendly, and have been the best hosts ever - we would love them to be our next door neighbors at home. Their place is perfect to relax, with gorgeous views from the pool, and everything you need (pans, towels, washing machine, etc.) is there. We will come back for sure and would have stayed if we could. Anne-Marie, Nigel, see you soon! ps.: ask Nigel about sailing. You will love listening to his story!!! But obviously: if you prefer privacy, they will be the most discreet. It would just be a waste to not speak with them :-)

Wir waren 8 Tage in dem Haus. Das Haus ist wunderschön eingerichtet, die Aussicht ist fantastisch. Die Kommunikation mit Cristina war großartig. Sie hat sehr schnell auf unsere Anfragen reagiert, hat uns mit den Tipps für die Gegend geholfen, war immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Logement très spacieux et fonctionnel, bien équipé. Terrasse avec jacuzzi agréable. Plancha et barbecue à disposition. Notre hôte est aux petits soins et très réactive. Le logement était très propre. Situé dans les hauteurs de Menton ce qui évite l’agitation du centre-ville mais proche de l’autoroute que l’on entend sur la terrasse. Par contre aucun bruit dans le logement qui est très calme.

Wir hatten eine schöne Woche in der Unterkunft. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Man bekommt trotz der Nähe zum Haupthaus kaum etwas mit und ist sehr für sich. Die Lage eignet sich gut, um mit dem Mietwagen verschiedenste Ziele wie Nizza, Cannes & Monaco anzusteuern. Ein Mietwagen ist aber definitiv notwendig! Wer nicht viel Platz im Haus braucht und viel unterwegs ist, ist hier sehr gut aufgehoben :)

Arrivée en autonomie parfaite, logement propre et fonctionnel, très belle villa avec piscine au calme. Proche de tous commerces. Laurence a été très réactive et à l’écoute.

Dominique’s place is special. The view is spectacular as you are on top of a hill in Nice but in a residential area and still within a couple of kilometres from city center. The drive up there is quite a thrilling one and makes it that much more special. The pool and the pool area are the highlight even though it was too cold for us to use the pool. There is a quality table tennis table so if you have nice racquets bring them along to play. You also have everything you need including a gas grill and hammock and microwave etc. Food delivery options are also aplenty given how close it is to Nice. The house itself, while old, is spacious and has everything you would need. The warm water takes a while but the house on multiple levels feels very spacious. The plot is truly massive and is pet friendly and feels very safe. If you are looking for a quiet place and lots of space, a pool, and spectacular views of the ocean close to Nice, it is hard to beat and the host is fabulous too!

Lovely place to stay. Sandrine was very helpful with anything we needed and very quick to respond. The apartment was as described and the grounds were beautiful. Car is essential

The villa is superb and beautifully presented. The pool was used every day and we had a great stay. Pascale is an excellent host and very responsive. I’d love to return at some point in the future.

We had a lovely stay at Angelica’s place. Everything was as described. The communal pool was a great addition to the accommodation and we loved the sunny roof terrace in the morning.

Elena è una Host piacevolissima. È super disponibile e gentile. Ci ha anche consigliato dove poter cenare e ci ha indicato un po’ i punti strategici della zona. L’alloggio è dotato di tutto. Addirittura Elena mette a disposizione assorbenti intimi per donne. Il mattino ci ha fatto pervenire anche dei croissant caldi e freschi e avevamo a disposizione tutto per la colazione. La vista dall’appartamento è spettacolare e nel periodo in cui siamo andati noi non passavano nemmeno troppe macchine che urtassero l’atmosfera. Purtroppo non abbiamo usufruito della piscina perché è ancora periodo di manutenzione però l’abbiamo vista ed è molto carina. Il box è capiente e vicino all’appartamento. Incluso negli spazi c’è una terrazza ampissima, accogliente e dotata di sdrai, ombra o sole, a preferenza, barbecue e tavolo con sedie. Davvero un bellissimo soggiorno!! Unica pecca, non per noi, se non si amano le lunghe passeggiate, nei dintorni, a piedi non si raggiungono i posti per prima necessità

This studio is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Roselyne was a gracious, helpful, and responsive host. The amenities were wonderful, especially the terrace, the pool, and the rain shower next to the sauna! We certainly felt spoiled enjoying expresso on the terrace as the sun rose over the Mediterranean and a swim after lunch in the private pool. We were close enough to enjoy cappuccino and croissants in Italy in the morning and walk to the beach in Menton. Beware its a good 30 minute walk with many steps on the return trip, but well worth it! We arrived late after a day of exploring and the delicious French cheese, yogurt, jam and bread left for us were such a lovely surprise....it was difficult to leave this comfortable, clean, and beautiful place.

I was very happy to have chosen Laurent's place. Not only was he super friendly and responsive, the place was perfect (and is perfect for long-terms stays, I stayed for a month), bakeries, restaurants, and grocery store are within 5-10 minutes walking distance, so are bus stops, train station, and of course the beach. The huge park right opposite of the building with lots of birds (parrots among them!) is a beautiful, quiet spot for walking (with or without dogs), jogging or just hanging out. AND it's an ideal base for going up and down the coast (Antibes, Cannes, Nice, Monaco) or to the backcountry (Tourette-sur-Loupe, Vance, Grasse etc). All in all (you guessed it) - highly recommended!

L’experience était formidable, accueille génial par Samantha, on avait du mal à se rendre à l’appartement avec les valises elle est tres gentillement venu nous cherché, service formidable et d’une gentillesse, appartement fournis avec tout l’essentielle et surtout, quels propreté! Pas une poussière ou miette

On se sent comme à la maison. Appartement propre, confortable et chaleureux. La vue est magnifique, avec un balcon spacieux. Tout à été parfait, je reviendrai pour mon prochain séjour à Juan les Pins.

Un joli petit cocon propre et bien situé, au calme avec une vue apaisante et dégagée sur les montagnes et la mer, de belles prestations et surtout Marie Jo une super hôte discrète amicale et disponible, nous recommandons chaleureusement.

Alain et Sandrine sont des personnes formidable, bienveillante et le logement est d’une propreté irréprochable, je recommande ce logement avec grand plaisir ! 🙃

Très belle villa avec vue sur la vallée. Très spacieuse et parfaitement bien équipée.

Eine lichtdurchflutete sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtete Dachgeschosswohnung, in der wir uns direkt wie zu Hause gefühlt haben und in der es an nichts fehlte ! Aus dem großen Wohnküchenraum und vom Balkon hat man einen tollen Ausblick über die Landschaft und Alassio bis hin zum Meer. Das Schafzimmer verfügt über ein Bett mit einer Top- Matratze für eine erholsame Nachtruhe. Praktisch ist auch die Garage für ein kleines bis mittelgroßes Auto direkt im Gebäude. Von dort erreicht man das Appartment über 70 leichtgängige Treppenstufen, über einen Aufzug verfügt das Gebäude nicht. Für uns war dies kein Problem und wir hatten direkt unser tägliches Sportprogramm.

Le cabanon d'Isidore et son cadre sont formidables, mais Anne Marie les rend exceptionnels. Chaque nouveau jour vous avez l'impression de découvrir un élément que vous n'aviez pas vu la veille. Elle y propose une décoration magnifique et vous laisse plein de petites attentions qui font chaud au coeur (oeufs, lait, café, brioches, thé, jus de fruit, pâtes, sauce tomate). On y trouve tout ce dont on a besoin en termes d'accessoires. Elle prépare le cabanon comme si elle allait y séjourner elle-même, et cela fait toute la différence. Très réactive aux messages, elle nous a même proposé de venir nous chercher à la gare. Merci à elle pour sa gentillesse et sa bienveillance.

Schönes großes Haus, Einrichtung etwas in die Jahre gekommen, sehr gut ausgestattete Küche, toller Pool, viel Platz. Betten und Kissen fanden wir etwas unbequem, vor all die Plastiküberzüge. Leider gibt es weder Klimaanlage noch Ventilatoren. Und auch keine Fliegengitter. Da wir wegen der Hitze bei offenem Fenster schlafen mussten, bekamen wir jede Nacht unendlich viele Mückenstiche. Und Mückenmittel half da auch nicht.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. Nous nous sommes sentis comme à la maison grâce à Rino: le logement, le jardin et la piscine sont bien entretenus et plein de charme, dans une belle région sur la route de l'huile d'olive. Merci encore!

Wir als 4-köpfige Familie mit zwei kleinen Kinder und den Grosseltern waren für eine Woche in der Villa Orizzonte - das Haus war perfekt für uns. Wir hatten genug Platz und Raum. Das Haus war sauber und alles was wir benötigten, war vor Ort vorhanden. Der Ausblick war wunderschön! Die Gastgeberin Alessandra war sehr hilfsbereit und gab uns viele Tipps. Wir hatten einen Notfall mit unserem kleinen Sohn und Sie half uns sehr und begleitete uns sogar ins Spital - liebe Alessandra wir danken dir für deine Hilfe sowie Freundlichkeit!
