Perfect stay thank you! Wow you really can't get a more central location, everything is minutes walk away. The place was spotless and the beds so so comfortable!!!! Much needed after a few busy days walking around Tuscany! Would highly recommend this place and will be back for sure!!

Arredamento curato nei minimi dettagli con una forte attenzione all'arte e al gusto. Tutti i suppellettili erano impeccabili ed azzeccati (malgrado la quantità di oggetti non c'era un filo di polvere!). Comodissimo il parcheggio interno e assoluta disponibilità da parte dell'host nel venire incontro alle nostre esigenze. Consigliatissimo!

Appartamento pulitissimo, più bello che nelle foto e super accogliente. Giuliano è stato molto gentile. Noi eravamo stanchi dopo la lunga passeggiata da Monte di Fó e abbiamo trovato un quartino di vino rosso sul tavolo ma anche un’ampia scelta di tisane. Torneremo molto volentieri

Il residence è in centro, ideale per muoversi a piedi, un centro commerciale di fronte per ogni esigenza e a 2 passi dal mare. La zona è tranquilla. Consigliatissimo.

everything was excellent and Marco and his brother Flavio were warm, hospitable, and accessible. forget about trying to get a car inside the courtyard. a perfect parking right opposite the house in a private garage for 15 Euros per day and a way to get in and out of the ZTL without violating any restrictions. a super central location. it was cold so didn't use the pretty outside area much but will be an excellent addition in warmer weather

A very comfortable flat, quiet, clean, short walk from train station. Close to everything. Host met me at check in and was available and very friendly. Bathroom was nice and remodeled. Highly recommend.

Green Refuge is a perfectly equipped apartment in an ideal location right next to the main train station. Julia is a wonderful host, the apartment was spotless and had everything we needed. We enjoyed coming back each day to such a comfortable space. Highly recommended!

Ich war für 11 Tage dort, der Empfang war sehr freundlich, Sprachbarrieren konnten mit Google Translate überwunden werden, Daniela ist sehr freundlich und sympathisch und hat mir auch Tipps zu Ausflügen in die Umgebung gegeben. Das Haus ist sehr ruhig gelegen sehr nahe am Strand der zum Glück im April noch nicht überlaufen war :). Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet was man (ich) brauchte es fehlte an Nichts, besonders gut hat mir das Bett gefallen es hat eine sehr gute Matratze worauf ich sehr gut schlafen konnte :). Ich hatte auch Glück mit dem Wetter und habe sehr viel unternommen und es wahr für mich ein sehr schöner, toller und erholsamer Urlaub. Sehenswürdigkeiten und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sehr gut erreichbar, ich bin rundum sehr zufrieden mit allem gewesen und es fehlte mir an nichts, mein kl. Hund und ich waren sehr glücklich hier.

Very scenic and quiet location in the mountains, perfectly located for visiting Tuscany. Well equipped, all you need for a perfect vacation. Would certainly recommend! Thanks a lot Annalisa, we really enjoyed our stay!

Siamo stati a Ravenna per la notte di Capodanno. Io e i miei amici ci sian trovati bene. Abbiamo apprezzato molto la possibilità di restare più a lungo, rispetto all'orario stabilito del check-out. Luca e Daila, ci hanno anche offerto una bella bottiglia di benvenuto.

Host molto gentile e disponibile, c'era un piccolo malfunzionamento della TV e ha provveduto a farla sistemare in giornata. Appartamento fornito di tutto il necessario, speriamo di poter alloggiarci di nuovo in una stagione più calda per poter godere appieno del giardino

Patrizia war super hilfsbereit und freundlich . Die Unterkunft war wie auf den Bildern zu sehen. Die Lage der Wohnung ist herrlich. Man erreicht alle großen Städte (Pisa, Florenz, Lucca) innerhalb von 1 -1.5 Stunden

We zijn hartelijk ontvangen door de kinderen van Bernedetta. Zij heeft alles tot in de puntjes uitgelegd en daarbij ook tips voor de omgeving gegeven. Het huis was top in orde en is daarnaast heel mooi! Het is een gebouw uit de 13e eeuw en veel details zijn mooi bewaard gebleven. Je zit bovenin de bergen met alleen op enkele honderd meters nog een ander vakantie verblijf van dezelfde familie. Verder heb je van niemand last. Je kunt daarbij genieten van een waanzinnig uitzicht.

We stayed here with our dog for a whole week and I can say that we felt like home. The house is very comfortable and cozy. It has a very nice front yard which we could enjoy during the sunny days. The surrounding is beautiful. Eva was very kind and recommended places for pizza and gelato. We really appreciated her attention. I highly recommend this place and will be back for sure in the future.

We booked this place as our base of operations for our visit to Florence and the surrounding area. Going into Florence was super easy: five minutes by car, free parking at the station, and frequent trains right into the center of Florence. Sure beats driving in the city! The loft studio itself was lovely, with wood beam ceilings, stone floors, a big picture window to the garden, but also very good curtains for privacy. And it was great to have breakfast ready for us each day!

Die schöne grosse Wohnung liegt in der Nähe des Bahnhofs. Sie ist ideal gelegen, um die Stadt zu entdecken. Tolle und nicht nur touristische Gegend mit guten Restaurants und Bars. Mit Kindern auch super, da alles vorhanden. Check-in war persönlich und flexibel. Top! Wir wir würden wiederkommen!

Paola è un host perfetta! Sempre disponibile e cortese. L’appartamento è facile da raggiungere, in una buona posizione per visitare tutte le zone intorno. Quartiere tranquillo, zona silenziosa, ottimi ristoranti vicino! I bambini hanno adorato la cameretta e la disponibilità di giochi dell’alloggio! Torneremo sicuramente! Molto consigliato!

Nice place located a few steps from the main square.

Andrea's place was great! She was there (with her father!) to greet us on arrival and the apartment was all that she described. It is perfectly kitted out with all that we might have needed including even a bottle of complimentary wine and her own online list of things to do and places to go in Bologna. The apartment is either a 25 walk from the city center or a shorter bus ride. Initially we wondered if we were staying too far out - but once you get to know the city and how it works - we realised it was more than fine. I strongly recommend Andrea's place as a great place to explore Bologna.
