Casa veramente molto comoda, ordinata e completa di ogni comfort. La pulizia dell’appartamento all’arrivo è stata impeccabile e un altro aspetto molto importante da considerare è il parcheggio riservato in grado di ospitare anche auto di notevole lunghezza. Elisa è un host molto reattiva nelle risposte e che ha curato ogni particolare del nostro soggiorno sin da prima dell’arrivo. Molto consigliata!

Una struttura davvero meravigliosa. Camera pulitissima e spaziosa. Bagno nuovo molto ampio e pulitissimo. Facile da raggiungere, parcheggio vicino alla struttura. Nicoletta gentilissima e precisa nelle indicazioni. Un soggiorno super!!

Elena è stata molto gentile e disponibile. La villa è molto bella, nella natura r tranquilla. Le stanze sono molto spazio e molto comodi in due bagni per un gruppo di amici. Anche per la colazione ci ha lasciato diverse proposte, siamo stati molto bene.

Andrea hat uns einen sehr persönlichen und schönen Empfang bereitet. Die Wohnung war mit Kerzen stimmungsvoll beleuchtet, Selbstgebackenes auf dem Tisch, ein volles Frühstücksbuffet,- was will man mehr? Viele Tipps für Ausflüge und Unternehmungen haben wir bekommen nachdem wir von unseren Plänen erzählt haben. Wir haben uns gleich wie zuhause gefühlt.

Appartamento bellissimo in centro a Ravenna con una terrazza meravigliosa per la colazione e la cena. Casa comodissima con tutto ciò che serve. Valore aggiunto e’ la piccola gastronoma nella corte, gestita da Sara e Cristiano, ottima per uno spuntino o per acquistare prodotti tipici emiliani. Siamo stati benissimo anche grazie all’ospitalità e consigli di Cristiano e Sara! Super consigliato!

He tenido una estancia satisfactoria en el alojamiento de Tommasso. La casa está ubicada en los Apeninos toscanos, próxima al circuito de Mugello y al lago Bilancino. En una zona en la montaña. Muy bonita. Ha sido ideal para desconectar y práctico para visitar Florencia, ya que está ubicado a solo unos 3 km de San Piero a Sieve, localidad donde se puede tomar el tren que lleva a la estación central de Florencia (Santa María Novella), la cual, a su vez, deja en pleno centro de la ciudad y de todos los monumentos y lugares de interés a visitar. El alojamiento es completo, con cocina-comedor y salita en la planta baja y baño y habitaciones en planta superior. Estaba limpio a la llegada y el anfitrión Tommasso, muy amable, dio instrucciones de llegada y tuvo la atención de dejar algo para desayunar y un saco de pellet para la estufa de calefacción. Además, se interesó durante la estancia por si necesitaba algo. Todo de 10. Si quiere mejorar algo...poner un tostador

Laura is the perfect host. Always ready, and more than willing, to help with everything, even matters outside the scope of the stay itself. The home was nice and tidy upon arrival, and it felt like the place was properly reset from whenever the last guests left. The dog and cats are as cute and friendly as displayed, but be careful of the little striped kitty, he might attempt to wrestle with your foot if you let him. By car the location is great, as it allows you to retract from the wildness of the city once you feel like you have saturated your senses for the day.

ottimo appartamento, comodo per parcheggio e abbastanza vicino al centro. la punta di massimo gradimento è stata la soluzione x il letto: niente coperte, copriletti o piumini non lavatabili ad ogni cambio di ospiti ma sacco copri piumino, veramente l unica soluzione igienica x il letto. complimenti!

Abbiamo soggiorno 10 notti nell'appartamento di Alberto, durante le vacanze pasquali, è stato come stare a casa. L'appartamento è veramente molto bello e funzionale, e gli hosts sono stati eccezionali. Ci hanno dato info utilissime, in caso di necessità erano sempre disponibili. Se in futuro dovessimo risoggiornare a Porretta Terme controllerei subito la disponibilità delll'appartamento di Alberto.

Il sig Guido è veramente un super host! molto gentile e disponibile fin da subito, appena arrivate ci ha accolte di persona e ci ha dato tutte le informazioni sull'alloggio. L'appartamento è molto comodo, spazioso e abbiamo trovato una pulizia impeccabile. La cucina è attrezzatissima e il frigorifero è super fornito di tutto il necessario per la colazione. C'è il parcheggio privato, la zona è molto tranquilla e servitissima da autobus, supermercato, bar pizzerie, ristoranti, tabacchi, negozietti. Comunque in mezz'ora a piedi si raggiunge tranquillamente il centro di Bologna. È stato veramente piacevole soggiornare in questo b&b, ci siamo trovate benissimo . Consigliatissimo! Torneremo sicuramente!

O Antonio e a Alessandra são magníficos anfitriões, são pessoas muito amigáveis e sempre disponíveis para ajudar. O apartamento tem excelentes condições que nos fizeram sentir em casa. Recomendo mesmo muito!

Grosszügige, helle und gut gelegene Wohnung. Super geeignet mit Hunden (viele Gründflächen/Parks in der Umgebung) Und mit dem Auto kommend (Parkplatz vor dem Gebäude). Giorgio war super freundlich und immer gut erreichbar. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl und Zuhause gefühlt.

Roberto was incredibly helpful throughout our stay—before our arrival, during check-in, and even while we were in Bologna, he kept us well informed and made everything easy. The studio apartment was just as shown in the photos—compact, but with everything you might need. Entering the building through the beautiful porticos and staying in a traditional Bolognese home was such a unique experience. Honestly, this place offered everything I hope for in an Airbnb: a central location, authentic atmosphere, a thoughtful and attentive host—and of course, the lovely touch of complimentary tea, coffee, peanuts, and chocolate!

We booked this place because of the proximity to airport and it was a very easy 20 min walk. I wish we stayed in this place for longer, it exceeded all the expectations! Very clean, cosy and with crazy attention to details - make up remover, cotton pads, snacks.. there was everything you could possibly need. Cute little balcony to enjoy our evening cup of tea :) Flexible self-check-in with easy to follow instructions, was perfect for us as we arrived very late and left very early.

Diese wundervolle Unterkunft kann ich jedem ans Herz legen, der in der Nähe ist. Sowohl das Haus, als auch das Grundstück sind wunderschön. Wir sind aus dem Staunen nicht mehr rausgekommen, wie liebevoll alles eingerichtet ist. Soviel schöne Details. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück war der Wahnsinn; Sandra hat sich so viel Mühe gegeben, mehr geht nicht. Dieses Airbnb hat mehr als 5 Sterne verdient.

La communication avec Piero a été dès le début fort aisée. Son appartement à une poignée de minutes à pied de la Piazza Maggiore nous a permi de profiter pleinement du centre ville et de faire des pauses dans nos journées. Piero nous a fait plusieurs recommendations qui ont toutes améliorées notre séjour. N'hésitez pas à lui demander quelques conseils et adresses. Mention spéciale aux petits déjeuners en musique, servi dans son salon à la décoration pleine d'âme. Nous recommandons chaudement cette expérience de logement chez l'habitant, et pour être honnête, nous voyons mal comment elle aurait pu être meilleure !

Manu is an excellent host and we had a fantastic stay. The property situated in a beautiful and peaceful setting and it’s a great base to explore the surrounding area. I can’t say enough about how fantastic this B&B is! Lucio and his wife are so warm and welcoming, but also give you space and privacy. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the surroundings are so beautiful and the breakfast was delicious as well. We had everything we needed here. I highly recommend this place if you’re staying in the area, it is worth the short drive from town to stay here!

Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit einem tollen und künstlerisch gestalteten Zimmer fast direkt am Strand. Roberto ist ein super freundlicher und sehr netter Gastgeber gewesen. Das Angebotene Frühstück war super lecker und man hatte viel Auswahl, auch der Cappuccino war super! Wir können Robertos Unterkunft definitiv empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.

Very comfortable room in a very pretty establishment in a quiet and nice neighborhood, not far from the center. We stayed in a room for two people with a balcony. Gabriele was very helpful and friendly, made the best breakfast and also let us leave our luggage after check out so we could enjoy the city a bit more. If we ever get back to Ravenna will definitely prefer Gabriele's house. I undoubtedly recommend it!

Die Ankunft und das Kennenlernen waren sehr herzlich. Es gab sehr leckeren Kuchen und absolut leckere Früchte, wie frisch gepflückt. Die Unterkunft war super und sehr sauber. Es ist eine entsprechend große Wohnung, die allen unseren Wünschen entsprach. Das Highlight war natürlich der Pool. Was gibt es schöneres am frühen morgen, am heißen Mittag oder noch am späten Abend eine runde zu schwimmen. Karl uns seine Frau waren sehr nett und zuvorkommend. So stellen sich meine Familie und ich Urlaub vor. Auch ist Karls Domizil ein super Ausgangspunkt für kulturelle Aktivitäten, nach Ravenna, Rimini oder San Mareno. Vielen Dank Karl!

Ho alloggiato in questa casa vacanze insieme alla mia ragazza. Camera e bagno privato puliti, cucina in comune ordinata. Nessun disturbo da parte degli altri inquilini.
