What a great house. It didn’t have the ‘rental’ feel you get a lot. The kitchen was fully outfitted, I brought a lot of stuff I didn’t need, down to the salad spinner. There was a lovely welcome gift which is so nice! Coffee, tea, lots of condiments, spices, oil etc to use. The beds were really comfortable with quality bedding and the rooms were really cute. The neighborhood is adorable, we loved just strolling around (usually down the middle of the street without cars) and seeing all the cute homes and gardens. The shops were fun and the market had a yummy selection of things. We got a great bag of local salad greens one night. We came for the beach, which never disappoints, and were just so happy with this house, it felt like home to us. Thanks for a perfect stay!

Lovely home and amazing host! There was tons to do just at the airbnb alone. Tons of board games, books, activities, and tons more. The beach access was amazing as well. Toby provided clear and detailed information, and provided a great list of things to do around town. Overall our stay was amazing and I would absolutely recommend planning a trip here:)

We had a great stay here. The scenery was spectacular. The deck is a perfect place to read or just sit and watch the waves. If you don’t want to be outside, you can sit in the cozey front room and watch from the large picture windows. The house was clean and comfortable. We love it here! 😊

This place was amazing for my family and I. Clean and tidy place with lots of extras. My kids loved the queen bunk beds. Comfortable beds and pillows! Kitchen was fully stocked. Our favorite part is the location is right in the middle of all the fun in town!

I loved this location! The pictures match the lodging exactly. The site was very clean and is spacious for two adults. The location is right on the beach and within easy walking distance of town, although I drove. Be aware that since you are close to the beach, you may have some street noise but it didn’t bother me much. I was able to sleep through it. Overall I would definitely recommend this place and would stay again!

Much more enjoyable than staying in a hotel. It was quiet and homey, and close to the beach, and the price was very fair. An added plus was that we were celebrating our 50th anniversary and were welcomed with flowers, sparkling cider, a tray of protein bars and chocolates, and a very sweet 'anniversary card'.

This was the cleanest and most well equipped Air BnB I have ever stayed in. They literally thought of everything from games in the closet, super cozy blankets in the living room, kitchen equipment and supplies-spices, Ziploc, foil, coffee, cocoa, etc. Tastefully decorated, cute and immaculate.

Love, love, love the Mermaid Escape! The house is so adorable and feels like a home away from home. The location is amazing! It's just a 5 min walk to the beach and on the way you pass a general store (which has about everything including firewood for the beach), a Mexican restaurant, and a brunch place. If you need anything else, it's just a 5 min drive away. The jacuzzi and fire pit on the deck are divine, and the two large soaking tubs put this place over the top! The owner, Lynnet, was super responsive and sweet. I highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking to feel like they are at a home-away-from home while also on a vacation.
