We recently stayed at Sharmaine’s Place and overall, it was a great experience. The location is very accessible, which made it easy for our group to arrive without any hassle. The house itself is spacious and well-suited for large groups—plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy. Another plus is that the place has a heater, which made our stay comfortable, especially during the cooler hours. The only downside was the delay during check-in. Although we were informed that we could head to the property by 12 noon (even if the official check-in time was 2 PM), we ended up waiting outside for about 45 minutes because the caretaker was still cleaning. It was nearly 3 PM when we were finally allowed inside, which was a bit inconvenient after a long trip. Despite that hiccup, the place itself was great and would definitely be worth considering again, especially for big groups.

The place was huge and perfect for our big family. As we value privacy, we were glad when a room was vacated by a long term tenant. The kitchen was complete and clean. The kids enjoyed swimming in the big pool. The place was 20-30 mins away from Our Lady of Manaoag Church. Definetly worth recommending!

The host was very accommodating and responsive. She was very hospitable and will provide all your needs. The place was so clean and the view of the ocean was very breath taking. The house was very neat and all your needs will definitely be provided to you. Kudos as well for those people who were assisted us during our stay they were very helpful and accommodating. The host was very friendly and suggesting you what you can do beside the beach on your trip. The jacuzzi is very nice and room was so cold, it can relax you. The place was beach front and near urbiztoondo where you can try some restaurants and bars. We will definitely going back again on this place. I also recommend to try the host's place for you to relax and enjoy the beach . Host mam you're the best. Kudos to you.

Our stay at Ms. Cathy’s private beach villa was awesome and had a wonderful experience. The place was exactly as described—clean, spacious, and very private, with large rooms that were perfect for our family. The host was responsive, and the caretakers on-site were very helpful and accommodating. Wi-Fi also worked well during our stay, which was a nice bonus. There are a few things that could use a bit of tweaking, like the lighting—especially around the grill area, so you can enjoy the beach view even at night. One of the toilets wasn’t flushing properly, but it was quickly fixed by the caretaker, which we appreciated. Despite the minor issues, we truly loved our stay and would definitely recommend this place. It’s peaceful, comfortable, and great for family getaways.

This place was absolutely five stars all the way. It felt like I was staying in a private hotel—right in front of the beach. From the moment we arrived, the caretakers were warm, helpful, and so easy to talk to. One thing that really stood out was having our own lifeguard on duty. It made us feel extra safe, especially since the beach was just steps away. The house itself was cozy yet luxurious—like a true home away from home. The Emma Sleep mattress was such a treat, and the hotel-quality beddings made it hard to leave the bed. They also provided basic toiletries, just like you’d expect in a hotel, plus a super helpful pamphlet that covered everything we needed to know during our stay. And honestly, the photos didn’t do the place justice. It was even more beautiful and peaceful in person. The area was quiet and serene—perfect for relaxing and recharging. We left feeling well-rested and already planning our next trip back. Highly recommend!

House is old but clean. Complete of kitchen utensils. Place is good for family or big groups. Spacious and with big bedrooms with T&B. Good for bonding with friends and family. Location is accessible and near the mansion and mines view park. Caretaker is also friendly and approachable. Always happy to assist and very accomodating. Place would be perfect if there's any karaoke, board games or billiards. A bit uncomfortable for elderly as you need to climb up the stairs to enter the villa. The bedrooms are also located in 2nd and 3rd floor. My family loved the place ❤️
