Very clean apartment and we loved that it was only a 15-20 minute walk to the town, which meant we could leave the car behind and really relax. The weather was brilliant and the offer of garden chairs was very kind, even though we didn’t use them as we were out too busy exploring. Would recommend staying here. Very spacious for our little family of 3. We only saw Chris as we were leaving, but we knew that he was only a phone call away and upstairs if we needed him.

Natasha was helpful and responsive- replied within a couple of minutes of my messages. We arrived after midnight and the man at the front desk was so kind and helpful, he even went down to the garage to make sure we got in safely and carried our bags up to the flat for us. My mum was feeling he cold a little (change in season and tired) and Natasha arranged a thick duvet for her, it arrived within an hour of me asking. The flat is spotlessly clean, beds and pillows very comfortable. I think the only thing missing was a bedside lamp so I could sit up and read in bed but that's no biggie. The flat is right in the middle of Bradford so very easy to get around- we ate at the Karachi (a place my mum used to go to in the 70s!) which was very good and only a short walk away. I was warned about walking alone in Bradford at night but I felt very safe. People were friendly, there was a community police presence on Friday and Saturday night.

Had a fantastic weekend with friends. Fabulous location right in the middle of town. Lots of great walks, pubs and cafes. The apartment was spotlessly clean and beautifully presented. Free parking 10 mins away - we dropped our bags at the door then parked.

We had a lovely weekend stay at the apartment. It was lovely and clean, homely, had everything we needed! It was also close by to the station and city centre which was perfect! The host was very reliable, and check in was easy. Would definitely stay again. Thank you ☺️

Great place to stay in the centre of Bedale. Flat had everything we needed and was cosy. Parking was free on the car park. Beds were very comfortable and the shower was great. Pauline was a very helpful host and we enjoyed our weekend.

What a fab house this is. We stayed for 6 weeks and did not want to leave. Jo was always on hand if we needed anything but the house is so well set up that we rarely did. The location is fab on a quiet back street but a COOP, Indian and nice bar all within a few mins walk. The house is really well presented and has everything you’d need for a short or longer stay. The hot tub is a great addition and the garden feels really private. All the bedrooms are a great size and perfect for couples. I can’t rate this place highly enough! Full 5 stars from us!

We had a wedding in York and booked Dawn’s house on all the reviews and recommendations. We were not at all disappointed! Very spacious house with all we needed. Getting into town was easy and being near to the station was good for my son and his girlfriend who also stayed with us. I would throughly recommend staying here Dawn kept us informed on all aspects of our stay. Thank you for an amazing time!

What a brilliant host. The house was perfect for our short stay and Ian even left our kids an Easter egg as a surprise for Easter. If we are ever in the area again we would stay again.

Great accommodation in a great location, right in the middle of Hebden Bridge.

Excellent accommodation. Stylish apartments, beautifully furnished , well equipped and spotlessly clean. Situated in the heart of Clitheroe , within walking distance to the castle and all amenities. Fabulous restaurants and beautiful countryside nearby. Responsive hosts. Would highly recommend .

Place was more spacious than expected, with a great kitchen and very spacious living room. Overall very happy with the stay!

We had an amazing stay, Claire's had everything we could possibly need & more! Location was great, a 1 minute walk to the local pub which was really friendly & great for quiz night on a Wednesday! A 20 minute walk into Holmfirth for a choice of lovely coffee shops & places to eat! Plenty of walks & bike rides straight out of the house! The apartment had everything we could possibly need. It was spotlessly clean and well set out. The large bed was very comfy. Bars and restaurants were only a short walk away. The apartment is close to the centre of town but the area is surprisingly peaceful. The welcome pack was a nice touch and was appreciated. We felt at home straight away Nothing was too much trouble for the hosts and Matthew did not hesitate to work with us to retrieve an item we had left behind. it was an amazing weekend and we will definitely return. We absolutely loved our stay at Jackie’s apartment. It was spotlessly clean with lovely furnishings and everything we needed for our three night stay. Jackie was very friendly and responsive to messages. There was a lovely welcome basket which was very much appreciated. We loved how peaceful it was and didn’t use the car once whilst there. It was a ten minute walk to the bus stop at Ridgeway and cost us £9.60 a day return for the two of us using an All York Family day ticket which the driver said was the cheapest option for us. We used the Moovit app for live bus times which was great. We would definitely stay here again 😀

The Ticking Room proved to be an excellent choice for a few days of peace and quiet in an attractive Dales setting. The accommodation is finished to a very high standard. Warm, comfortable and well-equipped with everything a visitor might need. The village of Cononley has a couple of nice pubs and a village stores. The trains into Skipton are frequent and there are plenty of attractive villages in the area. The Ticking Room proved an excellent base for a short break. Jayne is readily available, helpful and eager to ensure her guests are comfortable and well-informed on the local facilities.

Clive’s place is beautiful, it was a perfect, peaceful sanctuary for us whilst on our honeymoon. Clive couldn’t do enough for us, he went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay, by far the most helpful and generous Airbnb host we’ve ever met. I couldn’t recommend this stay highly enough. Simply incredible!
