Because there are windows all around, every room has a panoramic view of the surroundings (reed borders, water and boats moored at the jetties). The interior is made of wood. Equipment in the Dobberhuisje is designed to use as little electricity, gas, water and sewer as possible. A very sustainable overnight stay is therefore guaranteed, without sacrificing comfort.

Children are very welcome, but the house is not equipped with stair gates, etc. Located in the farmlands, while very centrally in the country and only 2 minutes from the highway just south of Utrecht. The house is fully renovated and equipped with all necessities. Several biking and walking routes pass by the farm. The nearest shopping mall is 2 km away.

Vanuit het raam van de bovenverdieping van de gerenoveerde schuur, welke is gelegen naast onze boerderij, kijkt u op de Cabauwse molen en als u geluk heeft broed de ooievaar aan de overkant.
