Stephen’s place was excellent and perfect in every way. Stephen was a great host and Bobby the dog was too. The place was cozy and has everything you need for your stay. The garden was a beautiful addition and provided a great view from the deck. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a great bush getaway with a great host.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property. The place was immaculate and spotless, and it can comfortably accommodate two families. Do note that towels and bed linen are not provided, so be sure to bring your own. The location is fantastic — just a 2-minute walk to the shore. We especially enjoyed our night-time strolls on the beach under the stars — truly magical. The upstairs master bedroom with ensuite and balcony was perfect for relaxing and soaking in the quiet surroundings. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals at home, which was important since there aren’t many restaurants nearby. There is a FoodWorks mini-supermarket close by, but we did our main shopping in Sale on the way to Paradise Beach. Greg was a fantastic host — prompt, helpful, and responsive to all our questions. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and we’d definitely love to come back again!

Beautiful place with lots of amenities. Had the pleasure of seeing deer right up to the property. Very peaceful great for family getaway.

Had such a nice stay at Ben's home, he has gone to great lengths to ensure guests are comfortable and have everything they need and more. This home has some stand out extras- black out blinds, hot tub, electric blinds,access to Stan and Netflix and more. It really is a beautiful home and the perfect little getaway for me and my doggo. We had the best few days in Merrijig staying at ‘The Shack’. It’s in a beautiful location, really close to the river and Mt Buller. We loved spending time exploring the area, bushwalking and fishing in the river. The house itself was probably the cleanest Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. It felt homely and cosy and was perfect for our young family. It was warm and had everything we needed. I loved that they had thought about families and had provided things like kids plates and utensils, it made us feel right at home. The kids also loved running around the yard and climbing trees. And we loved relaxing in the sun on the balcony! Great stay. We’ll be back!

Clean, not far from the beach. There is a general store (Foodworks) round the corner that provides basic amenities and some food. Easy walk to the beach. It's a lovely comfortable place to stay. We had all we needed in the home, telescope and toys for kids were a nice touch. There is a long bath indoors and outdoors which is a hit with the kids. Fair warning, there were a lot of flies, not something that the host can control and it's what you do get living at the beach. They get in when you open the doors so do be quick. Maybe bring a fly swatter if you find using fly spray/ elastic bands to not be your choice of weapon. We managed to take out over 30 flies indoors but it's a constant battle. Overall a fantastic place to stay, highly recommended and will come back again.
