The small studio (18 sqm) is located at the most beautiful and well-known point of Ioannina, just few steps from the lake and thethe pier where the boats departs to the island . The studio and its large terrace offers panoramic view of the lake, the castle, the traditional settlement, the city and the mountains. All the monuments and museums of the city are within a 10-minute walk. There are cafes and restaurants in the area. A little further is the lively pedestrian street of the old market.

Summer house on the bay

A comfortable little house with a garden that opens on the bay and the sea, offering a magnificent view of the sunset. A 10-minute walk takes you to the Alykes salt pans, where there is a "Natura" park with pink flamingos in the right season, normally in spring and autumn. Behind the house there is a private parking. Renting a car is highly recommended for getting around the area, visit villages and beaches, shopping, etc.

The apartment is fully furnished with everything you'll need for a comfortable stay. You will find a queen size bed in the bedroom in the base floor and an attic like bedroom upstairs whith two smaller beds( Ideal for children and young couples because of the lower ceiling) The house is located in the most central street of historic city centre, q neighborhood fool of life!!!

Plataria is a peacefull and quiet place where one may enjoy the beach, the food and its natural beauty. Parga, Syvota, Perdika and Igoumenitsa are just a few minutes away by car.
