First of all, Lorie was a fantastic host. The cabin is a mix of new and old .... part of the house was the original residence with a large section added on later. We had a party of eight and it was a perfect fit. The house was clean, a bit rustic, but overall very comfortable. The cabin is SHORE FRONT with a deck and dock that make fishing and boating a breeze. We were able to hook up a 24' pontoon boat, a 20' Bowrider and two jet skis, and there was docking space available. Nice outdoor fireplace, and a large back porch that overlooks the lake. We enjoyed coffee there each morning. One WARNING .... Blackfoot Reservoir in July is home to millions of mosquitos. Bring spray or something like Thermocell. Plan to stay at this cozy cabin in the future. Gary Polisano

What a wonderful little cottage on the lake. The hot tub was perfect, the deck is amazing. The house was so comfortable and cozy. Fishing off the dock was lovely in late April. Easy to find, peaceful, and couldn’t have had a more lovely time recharging and enjoying the lake views.

Adorable house, very clean, and perfect lake views! Nice quiet neighborhood and it was nice having our own private beach and hot tub. Response time from the owners was quick as well

This is a beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood with spectacular views. We loved it so much we extended our stay and are already talking about coming again next year. There is a nice hiking trail right down the road and other hiking and biking trails a short drive away. We were able to kayak right off the pier, although there are a number of stairs you need to take down to the water which was clearly shown in the photos. Brandy was very helpful with local recommendations and immediately responsive to our questions. We had a great week!

This is our second time to visit Amellia's place. It is a wonderful location for Sandpoint and relaxing in Dover. Everything you need is close by and easy to find. Beautiful clean bungalow, we felt right at home. Very comfortable beds, linens and pillows. Highly recommend

Our family had a fabulous time staying at this residence. We kept busy with all of the amenities, and there was so much to do! The house is absolutely beautiful and has everything you need to hang at the house, fix meals, and just enjoy the scenery. The dock was well situated and we were able to rent Sea Doos and a boat from a local place in Sandpoint. Loved the fact that coffee was there on hand - never know if it's going to be a Keurig or a regular pot! The communication with the management company was very easy. We would highly recommend staying here. The only negative was our trip just wasn't long enough!

What a stunning home tucked away in a peaceful bay off Coeur d’Alene Lake! It was the perfect getaway for our large group—spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed across three levels, giving everyone room to relax and enjoy their time together. One of the biggest highlights was the movie theater room, which was a hit with both the kids and the adults! Throughout our stay, we had a few questions, and I can’t say enough about how responsive and helpful our host was. Their quick replies and support truly made the experience even better—absolutely top-notch hospitality. Highly recommend!

Loved our stay at Bryce & Terri's. Wish we could have stayed longer. This Airbnb was spotless and squeaky clean. Comfy bed with lots of extra pillows/blankets if needed. Easy to find and a very quiet location. Farm fresh eggs in fridge were a bonus! Everything we needed was provided -- lots of extra thoughtful touches. Great book with information to nearby activities. Thank you again!

We had a girls weekend getaway in Sandpoint. This was the perfect location with restaurants and cute shops all within walking distance. And, it was so spacious in the accommodation—room to spread out and relax in different spaces. As others have mentioned in reviews, there’s noise from trains and from cars in front of the building, and a little bit of light music coming from the restaurant downstairs. Nothing that bothered us or would keep us from wanting to stay here again. All in all, a great place to stay and tastefully renovated old building.

Great place to stay for a quiet getaway with my husband. Quiet and peaceful, yet just 10 minutes from downtown CDA restaurants, parks & shops. The apartment was clean and comfortable, with windows on all walls to see the beauty outside. We enjoyed sitting in the gazebo watching the sun go down and the boats go by. Katherine was always available to help with any questions and local recommendations.

We felt very at home as soon as we walked in. It was very comfortable, welcoming, and spotless. We would definitely recommend staying here!

Great space, excellent host! We had a wonderful family spring skiing trip, playing in the snow in the AM and soaking in the hot tub in the PM. Bath robes and extra towels were provided, which was very useful and thoughtful. Having the washer/dryer in the unit helped greatly to dry wet gear after hitting the slopes. There were plenty of great board games for us to enjoy. Both main bed and sofa beds are very comfortable, and the neighborhood is very quiet. Joey is friendly and was always very quick to respond to our messages. Highly recommend staying here!

Ramon is an awesome host and his place is beautiful and centrally located to all things to do in CDA! Loved the coffee bar and beautiful stained glass everywhere. It was a wonderful trip and stay!

The place was a very short drive from the town of Saint Marie, very quiet and peaceful area. The ability to sit out on the dock and enjoy the beautiful quiet river was amazing.

All in all a great place to stay, had everything we needed for a weekend of disc golf. Very peacefull and quite place to stay if your looking to just get away. Will definitely use it again.

The Wave House looked exactly how the pictures did. It’s a beautiful spot and Corey was very responsive during our stay. The house is close to the Greenbelt and an easy walk to downtown. We enjoyed our stay! Highly recommend.

You and your family will love this home! It is quirky and fun but so comfortable! There are two paddle boats for your use, floaties, squirt guns, etc. We were a 3 generational party of 10 and it worked well. The outside bathroom is so convenient with the shower. We put all our extra drinks out there to refill the coolers in the shed area attached to the bathroom. If you have a boat, we recommend you using it to bring all your stuff into the home. Our host was very clear that our 70 and 80 year old parents would not do well traversing the 136 stairs down to the home so we boated them in. Lots of sheets and blankets and everything you need to cook and relax! The stove is very old so we used the BBQ and did all our cooking outside (which was lovely, actually). Don't be concerned about the water. Anna is a SPECTACULAR host!!! Cell and internet service was no problem. Don't hesitate to book this amazing vacation spot. And you can boat to restaurants and golf. Everyone had a great time!

Stacy's home was absolutely beautiful. Very peaceful and comfortable. Highly recommend staying here. If we come back around down there we will absolutely be staying there again.

Pretty easy to find. Very easy to get in. Jack was kind enough to send me a nighttime photo of the driveway so I would see how it looked after dark. Everything worked out very easily

Everything was super cute, clean and thoughtful . They had a basket of goodies and a few lacroixs for us in the fridge for our arrival. They were very accommodating with our check in time as well.
