Sherri took the extra time to make sure we had everything a needed. She was quick to respond to every question we had. She was very attentive. The house was great! It was clean and well kept. It is a beautiful place.

I was traveling with my elderly father and my small grandchildren. The house was ideally situated for our needs so my Dad could have a quiet bedroom with his own bath on one side of the house so I could minimize the chaos. Great house to sired out and close to a lot of restaurants. The beds were a little on the harder side for our taste, but overall a great experience and place to stay. There is an opening in the fence in the backyard was not completely enclosed in case you have a dog or small child, you might want to keep an eye that they don’t wander off.

My fiance and I stayed here for two months and had an absolute blast. Jen is so nice and gave us great recommendations for the area. We felt right at home and the house was extremely nice and updated. Just the right size for what we needed to work remotely. Movie theater upstairs was AWESOME. Didn’t think we’d use it that much but we were up there every night watching shows and films. We biked on the Route of Hiawatha, rented a boat on Coeur d’Alene lake, went and had Hudson’s hamburgers, saw the craziest fireworks show for 4th of July that we’d ever seen, drove 3 1/2 hours to Glacier National Park, hiked Tubbs Hill… the list goes on and on. One thing to mention is I wouldn’t come here with the intention of having a loud or rowdy group. The homes are close together and while we made great friends with the neighbors, most people living in this gated community are older so it wouldn’t be wise to do something like a bachelor party here, etc. Thanks again! What an amazing place to live.

Great place to stay! The home is beautiful inside, and surrounded by beautiful open space. The master bedroom was comfortable. The master shower is very luxurious with its multiple jets. Lots of closet space if you need that. The kitchen is very well furnished - good knives, multiple cutting boards, mixing bowls, measuring cups, utinsels, lots of plates/bowls/glasses/mugs, and serving dishes. It's great to have your crew sitting at the kitchen island while prepping a meal. The fireplace adds a warm ambience and warmth. The floors are polished concrete with heating coils so bring your thick socks or slippers to soften up the walking. The bunk room has 2 bunk beds = 4 beds. The game room has a pull-out bed that was judged to be "very comfortable". The 2nd bathroom has a double sink area and then a separated toilet & shower room, so it can handle all the people. There are two cool cats that live in the garage. They will greet you and want pets if you're into that.

We had a fantastic stay! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location. Communication with the host was easy and smooth, and they were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. I would absolutely recommend this Airbnb to anyone and would love to stay here again next time I’m in the area! Thanks again Matt!!

We came into Boise for a week long conference. The house was exactly as advertised, extremely clean, and well kept. Jason and Patty were always available as we communicated throughout the week. I would recommend this home to anyone visiting the Boise area.

Exceptionally beautiful location directly on the Snake River! Richard was the perfect host. Met us on arrival and gave a quick tour of the property. Our "cabin" was perfectly set up, bed and pillows very comfortable. Beautiful bathroom with super nice, walk in shower. Nice kitchen as well. Living space has 2 large picture windows that frame up a spectacular view of the river. We spent quite a few hours just sitting there watching the river and wildlife. Private entrance and parking right at entry door. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there and will certainly be back!

We enjoyed our stay here very much. Everything felt new, clean and the place is well designed/functional. Sandpoint is such a cute town with lots of good restaurants. Its an easy drive to the mountain for skiing.

My husband and I and our dog made a one night stop at Juanita's place as the second stop on a 1500 road trip. We were comfortable and found everything we needed to fix our dinner and get a good night's sleep. It was really nice to have a backyard to hang out in and to be walking distance to the Salmon River to take in the views at dawn. Looks like Juanita is continuing to make improvements to the place - we might have to check it out again when we're in the area in the future. Thanks!

The space was decorated in a very homey and inviting way. I really appreciated that it was stocked with beverages and snacks. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the pillows were great as well. We will definitely reach out to stay again next time we're in town!

My friend and I had a wonderful weekend at Alexandria's place! We felt so comfortable, and Alexandria made us feel so welcome; she even let us check in a bit early. I would have stayed longer if it was at all possible! Amazing!

We were in town for the Salmon Select show and have been in hotels for prior shows. We wanted something a bit more quiet and peaceful. We found the perfect place at Rockwell's! My timing for check in was a bit off. Rockwell was very flexible with us and met us when we arrived. He gave us a quick overview of the place and we went in. Rockwell's place is the upstairs of their residence. It was very clean, comfortable and ready for us. The location is just under 20 miles out of Salmon and is quiet and secluded, but perfect for us. Thank you Rockwell!

The place was clean, comfortable, cozy, and had all the amenities. The outdoor patios and balcony are lovely! My partner and I are both runners. The place is right next to an extensive network of trails that are perfect for running, hiking, or going for a nature walk into the foothills. There are a few popular coffee, shops, restaurants, ice cream shop, and toy store all within a very short walking distance.

The cabin was exactly as pictured and described. The scenery was breathtaking and we never got tired of looking out, sitting on our deck, listening to the river, watching the wildlife (turkeys, a duck native to South America, geese, and deer) and walking the property. The cabin was comfortable, very clean, and had everything we needed. The hosts were friendly and kind. They live next door, but respect your privacy, but will have a chat if you want. They accommodated our early check in and offered to let us stay until our last baseball game was finished so we could come back and clean up before leaving. We highly recommend a stay here if you are in the area for any reason!

If I could give this place 10 Stars I would. Jake and Kim ended up getting us in last minute because our other Airbnb had some issues. Things were looking pretty bleak but they came through and saved our vacation. While I didn't get a chance to really do any exploring since we were doing some skiing and ended up getting in while it was dark. What I did see of the river was awesome. I'll definitely be coming back with our extended family in the summertime to take advantage of the area. The place is quiet clean and comfortable. and the hot tub was a lifesaver after a hard day of skiing. Really hard to get out of 😅

The cabin is so cute. Really a cabin in the pines. Everything you would need if provided. We are already planning a return stay. Island Park is really nice. Lots of things to see and plenty of restaurants only a short drive to the west gate of Yellowstone Park. You won't be disappointed.

This is our fourth year at this house, there are 6 of us on an annual fly-fishing trip and this house is perfect for us. Close to town, sleeps 6, is very private, and has the perfect great room for us to relax and hangout.

Loved everything about this place! Such a cozy, private, escape from the real world. They have thought about everything you might need while you’re there. Cannot recommend staying here enough! We can’t wait to come back and stay here again!

Exactly as described. Easy to find, lots of room with 2 lofts. Great space to hang out and enjoy your company. Fireplace is awesome. Even came with kindling and spilt wood. Would book again.
