The Old Orchard Cottage

Built using the traditional method of mud brick with 2 bedrooms (1 double bed in the first bedroom and 1 three quarter bed or small double in the second bedroom) and a sofa in the lounge that converts to a small double bed. A warm and cosy little home with all modern amenities. Ideal for Rail trail riders, families, or a quiet romantic get away from the maddening crowds.

Maori Point cottage is nestled in our vineyard, 30km from Wanaka , with spectacular mountain views and access to the Clutha riverbank for walks or picnics. Warm in winter with underfloor heating and fireplace, the living areas include a full cook's kitchen which opens onto a verandah, lawn & native garden. The large upstairs bedroom has king bed and mountain views, downstairs bedroom has a queen bed with garden outlook. A quiet peaceful environment, and a good base for exploring.

Unit A5, Waitaki Lakes Apartments is a one bedroom fully serviced apartment in idyllic surroundings on the edge of the Otematata Golf Course with the Alps2Ocean cycle trail, walking trails and wetland areas nearby. The apartment has been refurbished with a new kitchenette & bathroom, double glazing and interior upgrade. Water will be in containers. The toilet it is a long drop with a great view. there is no Power (can supply a generator) This place is not for the townie or faint hearted who can’t handle the country life .
