The apartment offers an entrance from the ground floor and the first floor from the big terrace, that can also be enjoyed during the stay. Well equipped kitchen & very cosy living room. Downstairs is a big bedroom with double bed and one/two single beds, upstairs is a sofa-bed. Bathroom with shower and washing machine. Spectacular mountain & fjord views. Ideal for couples, families or group of friends.

Please note that this is our family home, not a dedicated vacation rental. While we will clear space for guests and provide ample storage, some of our personal belongings will remain in the home during your stay. A beautiful and cozy home on the edge of downtown Reykjavík. Close enough to walk downtown (5-10 min) far away enough to be quiet and nice. One large bedroom, the other smaller but very cozy. 65' inch TV, wifi, a large kitchen with everything you need. Large windows for beautiful light. Behind the house is a terrace with outdoor furniture (sadly in shadow for most of the day but still!). In front there's a large garden for kids to play. Bathroom with a bathtub/shower. Welcome :)
