Κάτω από το σπίτι υπάρχει παραλία όπου φτάνεις από μονοπάτι με σκαλοπάτια σε δύο λεπτά. Στο πίσω μέρος του σπιτιού υπάρχει κήπος με σκαλοπάτια και επίπεδα με χώρους ανάπαυσης. The studio is 40 square meters. Walking distance to nice tavernas and restaurants. Painted inside and outside 2025. New doors and windows 2025. On the north side of the island that is most popular and where you find the best beaches, restaurants etc.

Το studio βρίσκεται 15μ από την παραλία του Καραβοστάμου. Είναι δίπλα σε μαγαζιά όπως μίνι μάρκετ, φούρνο,ταβέρνες,καφέ και μπάρ. Το λιμάνι του Ευδήλου απέχει μόλις 5χλμ. Διαθέτει 2 μονά κρεβάτια και είναι ιδανικό για ζευγάρια αλλά και φίλους.Το μπαλκόνι στις φωτογραφίες αποτελεί κοινόχρηστο μπαλκόνι μεταξύ τον δύο δωματίων μου και βρίσκεται στα 2 μέτρα απόστασης απο το κατάλυμα
