チェックアウト時には親し気に話しかけてくださり、温かなお人柄が感じられるホストの方でした。小さな子連れでしたが、嫌な顔ひとつせず受け入れてくださり、とても有り難かったです。 宿泊環境としては、まるで実家に帰省したような、不思議な安心感がありました。建物は相応の年季が入っていますが、設備は丁寧に整備されており、快適に過ごすことができました。

Nice host, clear instructions and beautiful places, convenient location

We had a wonderful stay at this home in Tokyo! The place was very clean, cozy, and well-maintained. It’s located very close to the Yamanote Line, which made it super easy to get around the city. The host was friendly and responsive, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommended and would definitely stay here again!

I highly recommend this place for a long stay! It’s really close to the train and Akiko is an amazing host. She handled all our needs and even gave us some great recommendations for places to see the Sakura blossoms! It has everything you need and more and even supplies for cooking so you don’t have to eat out all the time.

The location is good, and the space is spacious. Please not that the actual room is a bit older than it looks in the photos and may not be as bright or new as it appears in the pictures, but overall, it’s still acceptable. The refrigerator is very small, so there isn’t much space for storing items—probably just enough for one person. The landlord is really nice! They respond to questions and offer help promptly.

The room is Very cozy like home. 3 bigbed that are enough for my family with 4 adults. But the apartment building is a lil bit old hehe.

We enjoyed our stay at this place. The place itself was clean and everything was just like in the pictures. We felt right at home. It's easy to find thanks to Xuan's descriptions. Public transport is within walking distance, same as stores and restaurants. There is nothing much to say other than we would like to come back if we ever visit Japan again!

Our group of 6 stayed here comfortably for almost 2 weeks. It was conveniently close and within a short walking distance to many necessary food, grocery and drugstore shops, as well as public transportation. This made our stay here very easy. The house itself was immaculate and catered to us all really well :)

3大2小1嬰兒入住 入住期間，遇到東京寒流來，一邊下雨，體感溫度在3度左右 附近的停車場有三個，停一天的價格在 1000-1500左右 生意不錯，會遇到晚上回去時，停車場已滿的狀況 垃圾的分類對於非日本人來說，還是有一點複雜，我們丟的方式與最後分類的方式會有一些出入 地點旁邊有鐵軌，窗戶關裡來聲音不明顯 不過印象中在晚上10~12左右都還是會陸續聽到聲音

the place was spotless and clean, definitely had an amazing stay here. soundproofing isn't the best but it is one of the more enjoyable stays i've had.

Very nice home, and very clean. Felt right at home. Perfect location with all our destinations within a 45 minute drive. Will save this to my favorites and stay again when visiting the Tokyo area again. Very reasonably priced for a family.

I stayed here after being with colleagues in Japan for work. We moved here after being in a hotel for the first 3 nights and it was a huge upgrade! The space was great, clean and tidy and everything we needed to feel at home. We didn’t manage to explore the neighbourhood that much, but it’s very close to a couple of different stations so it’s well connected! Jiao was a great host. Super responsive and helpful in the lead up and throughout our stay. Highly recommend staying here!

주방, 침실, 화장실, 욕실 모두 청결하고 좋아요! 편의점도 근처에 있고요 고마고메역까지는 도보 10분 정도 걸리긴하지만 거리의 상점, 마트 등을 구경하는 재미가 있네요 고마고메역에서 야마노테선을 이용하면 이케부쿠로, 신주쿠, 우에노, 시부야, 닛포리역 등 주요 역을 환승 없이 한 번에 갈 수 있어서 좋아요 그리고 무엇보다도 호스트분이 빠르게 소통해주셔서 좋았습니다 체크인 전에 미리 짐을 맡아주셔서 편하게 여행할 수 있었어요

So happy we chose Jiao’s place in Tokyo! I didn’t know this area of Tokyo, but Komagome is so well-connected via the Yamanote Line. It was lovely to return to our peaceful neighbourhood in the evening, after the crowds of Shibuya, Shinjiku etc. The flat is lovely - clean and full of light, comfy futons, and relatively large for Tokyo - very comfortable for the three of us, and decent amounts of storage. The balcony is great - for drying washing and towels, but also for watching the world go by on the (pedestrianised) shopping street below. The supermarket opposite (Sakagama, I think?) is great, and there are loads of good places to eat on the (short) walk back from the station. Jiao was an incredible host and looked after us so well, evening helping me out with an issue I had with a delivery. We’re missing what felt like a home from home!

The place is a short walk away from Kogame station. The neighborhood is very nice with local shops and restaurants around. We like the quite place and functional arrangement. The host is super responsive and helpful. The price point is it's biggest attraction. Super good deal for a short visit to Tokyo.

We greatly enjoyed our stay in Komagome. This was a beautiful, clean, well-equipped apartment in a building located just off the main drag in Komagome, which is a residential area in the north of Tokyo. The stay is about a 12 minute walk to the Yamanote line, which got us pretty much everywhere we wanted to go in 20-40 minutes. There was also plenty to do and see within walking distance of the stay, which enhanced our experience! We were very happy to be able to do laundry and it was easy to dry the clothes with hangers provided. Modern furnishings, easy to get in, great shower/appliances, and a beautiful space to rest in at the end of the day.

if i could give 10 stars i would!!! this place was not only accommodating but exactly how the host listed & described it. loved how it was very close to the station and so many food/grocery stores nearby. house was super cute & was easy to navigate. 10/10 would definitely stay here again & recommend!

因为选择了这个房子发现了一个宝藏街区，附近安静，便利，有很多可爱的店铺，去各大热门景点的交通也很方便。房源本身无可挑剔，干净，便利，几乎有需要的一切东西，推荐给来东京旅游的每个人。

房子是新的很漂亮很整潔，是我喜歡的Sweet Home，還可以煮食，晚上可以看Netflix ，我們在這裡渡過很愉快幸福的時光。有機會希望下次再次入住。
