We had a great time staying here during our Tokyo trip! The place is comfortable and well-equipped, perfect for a group of 5. Although it’s a bit far from the main tourist attractions, getting around is very easy with convenient access to both the JR line and the subway. There are also some great local restaurants nearby—we especially recommend Asuka Kaiten Sushi, which offers delicious sushi at a very reasonable price. Overall, this is a great option for anyone looking for a more affordable and spacious stay in Tokyo. With hotel prices in central Tokyo being so high these days, this place is a decent alternative. Would definitely recommend it to others!

The place was a bit outskirt from hustle but very near to Yamanote Line..have Halal Mart for groceries stock up along the way from Komagame station to the house. My family was very happy staying at this place as it is very clean and tidy.

Staying at Asama’s place was one of my favorite experiences in Tokyo. She’s not your typical host—Asama is incredibly warm, friendly, and full of life. She sings, dances, and brings such a vibrant energy to the home. We could talk for hours—about travel, life, anything. She’s well-traveled and always curious, which makes every conversation feel like an adventure. Her home is just as lovely as she is. Cozy, peaceful, and surrounded by flowers she’s lovingly grown. You can take a walk around the quiet neighborhood, enjoy the fresh air, and then fall asleep to the sound of birds outside your window. And oh—her cooking! For just 800-1000 yen, she whips up meals that taste like they came straight out of a restaurant kitchen. Seriously, it’s home-cooked magic. You can smoke downstairs if you like, relax, and truly feel at home. I’m already looking forward to going back to book this place. Travelers, this is your home in Japan :)

recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful Airbnb, and I must say, it exceeded all of my expectations. From the moment I booked the place to the day I checked out, the experience was seamless, comfortable, and truly enjoyable. If you're looking for a place that feels like a home away from home, with cleanliness, convenience, and excellent communication, this is it.

we enjoyed 5lovely days at this location. the place was spacious for Japan with own loundry machine which was very useful traveling with children. there was even a massage chair and big screen beamer. we fully enjoyed our stay.

The host was provided the best house! I never thought that there was a great price house with the perfect condition, great amenities and facilities in Tokyo. Even though the house level was at 4th floor, but it's worth every penny. If you brought a lot of luggages, maybe it's a bit tiring. But as for me I don't mind because the house was really great. In front of the house has playground. My daughter enjoy playing around. In front of the house also have supermarket. We always bought the groceries there. The house was cute, not too big but completed and perfect. Got kitchen, washing machine, sofa, iron. The host also provided the luggage storage for guest which is so convenient. Thank you so much host.

Our stay at AI’s was great. We based ourselves here while in Tokyo, and although cosy for a family of 4, the apartment had everything we needed and was an easy enough stroll to Jujo station for the JR lines and Itabashihoncho station on the Toei Subway / Tokyo Metro line. There are some nice eateries not too far away, with a great little street, Jujo Ginza, only a short stroll away with street dining vendors, fruit and veg and a Daiso. The apartment was spotlessly clean with a fridge/freezer, electric cooktop, washing machine, microwave and kettle, had a clean bathroom and although small, is manageable for a small family. The wifi worked perfectly as-well. Communication from the hosts was exceptional with multiple messages leading up to our check in with local recommendations and guides and then once at the apartment, we received a few messages to ensure our stay was going well and offering any assistance that was needed. Would happily stay here again when we return to Japan.

We had a wonderful time at Ikoi Tokyo City! The location is great—just a short walk from a charming, authentic shopping street full of great local restaurants. It’s also well connected for exploring the rest of Tokyo, yet far enough from the busy city center to enjoy some peace and quiet. The hosts were fantastic—very proactive and full of helpful tips, including great suggestions for things to do on rainy days. Highly recommended!

Takahiro’s home was a perfect place to stay while visiting Tokyo. Very close to the station, it was easy to get around to places like Shinjuku, Shibuya and other surrounding areas. A quiet neighborhood and a welcoming place to relax after the hustle and bustle of other parts of Tokyo. Takahiro was very kind, communicative, and helpful. Would stay here again!

My stay at Aoto in Tokyo was a pleasant one! The house was well-stocked with everything we needed for our long stay, making it feel like home. It was especially convenient having a washer/dryer in the house, which made life so much easier during our time there. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet, offering a nice escape from the hustle and bustle of Tokyo. However, it’s still perfectly located — not too far from Shinjuku and Shibuya, so you can easily access the city's energy while enjoying some tranquility. One of the best things about this place was how close it was to the train station — just a 10-minute walk! And the international-compatible ATM at the train platform was a total lifesaver, making transactions seamless. Overall, this is a great spot for anyone looking for a peaceful stay that’s still well-connected to all of Tokyo’s main attractions. Highly recommend!

We had a fantastic stay here. If you want lots of rooms for a very reasonable price then this is for you. We were a family of 5, so having 6 bedrooms to choose from was ideal. The house was very tidy, but just be aware that there are steep steps inside the house to get to each floor, but this wasn't an issue for us. Maybe if you have very small children it might be. We really enjoyed the location. It is a very quiet suburban area. It is only a 1 min walk to catch the No.34 bus (stop is outside some kind of dog cafe) which takes you on a 20-minute ride to Tabata subway station from where you can jump on the Yamanote Line and travel to places like Tokyo Station, Shinjuku, Harajuku and Shibuya. There is a nice little restaurant called ふくろう（福来郎) which is also only a 1-min walk (across the road from the bus stop). The food is really nice, reasonably priced, and the owner is very friendly. We will definitely stay here again if we ever come back to Tokyo.
