The terrace faces south and in calm nice weather it is great to have a nice evening with barbeque grill or lying in the hot tub watching the stars or at winter time watching the amazing northern lights. Great hiking paths are in the area and lots of Icelandic horse realated activities are all around.We are located between Hveragerði and Selfoss (5km from Hveragerði and 10km from Selfoss). Welcome to my new and modern apartment, it's located , 10-15 minitues from Reykjavik city center. The House was built in 2022 with 6 apartments, mine is on the ground floor, stair with few steps. it is 74 sqm -The living room, kitchen and dining area is in the same section. The bedroom and the bathroom are separated. You can have a look at the set up of the apartment on the photos. The bedroom is with a 160 cm bed and it has room-darkening shades.
