Booked Michael’s place to finish off spring break week with my out of town family. We had a great time and a lot of fun in the pool! It had plenty of space for our group. Thank you!

Stayed for a business trip. After a long days work the team enjoyed being able to cook, watch tv, play some games, and enjoy their own private space. Lisa is so kind and helpful she made our stay even better. Will stay again if back in the area.

Hosts were so accommodating and so nice!! The space was extremely clean and the kitchen was well stocked. The space was beautiful and everything was well maintained and the pool is great!

Howard was a great host. He was responsive and went out of his way to drop off an iron when we didn’t find one in the house. The house was well located and had a large pool with a spacious outdoor patio. Would recommend.

Me and my family enjoyed our stay at this location. If we are in Austin again we will definitely book again. The home was stocked with everything you would need and very clean. The kids enjoyed the backyard including the adults.

We had the best time! A family of 9. We all had our own spacious bedrooms. The 3 bathrooms were great. It was decorated so nice. Kids loved the pool!!! We swam and enjoyed snack out there every afternoon. Pool table and dart board kept us busy, huge couch and tv for movie time. Anthony responded to all my questions quickly and patiently. Highly recommend staying here!

Lovely place, the backyard is the best part! Our only complaint would be that some of the furniture felt a little old! Otherwise, everything was great!! Super clean bathrooms and kitchen. Great TV, beds were super comfortable, and the kitchen had everything you might need to cook! Blake was super responsive and helpful! The check-in process was very easy, and so was the check-out! Would definitely go back!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this property. Check-in was a breeze. The home is well appointed and has a very fun but clean vibe. Incredibly comfortable and room for all of us. The backyard and pool are where we spent most of our time and are probably the reason this will be the only place I stay when I come back to Austin. Lynn and her team were incredibly responsive. It was like being at a five star hotel, but with full privacy and all the comforts of home. Just an amazing stay overall.

A little older place but very clean and it had everything for 6 adults of different ages. The air conditioning felt great after a day in the heat. Many local restaurants to enjoy and an easy walk to. Easy uber downtown and most cost were less than $20. Larry was there with advice and fast to reach. I would stay there again next visit to Austin.

Very nice place to stay while visiting Austin. Taylor was very responsive to messages. We were able to walk to Rainey Street, the river walk trail, and many nearby restaurants.

Second stay at Bill’s didn’t disappoint. It’s such a lovely property in a great area of town. He was very responsive and accommodating! Highly recommend!

Great place to stay Right behind Austin Motel on South Congress. Able to walk to all places to eat and shop.

The house was perfect for my family—clean, cozy, and stocked with plenty of linens. It truly felt like a home away from home. The host was amazing and made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!”

My friends and I LOVED this place! It was quite literally steps from South Congress and all the action but the street itself was quiet. The check-in and communication was a breeze. The place was spotless and exactly as described. This was perfect for a friend trip because all three bedrooms were equally as nice and had easy access to the two bathrooms. I will stay here every time I'm in Austin!

Wir waren nun zum zweiten Mal in diesem traumhaften Lake House – und wieder absolut begeistert! Die Aussicht auf den See ist einfach atemberaubend, und so aufzuwachen ist ein echtes Geschenk. Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet, sehr sauber und bietet alles, was man für eine entspannte Auszeit braucht. Wir haben die Zeit in vollen Zügen genossen und können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank für alles – wir kommen gerne wieder!

Amazing place to stay! So walkable and easy to get around or Uber. Martha had fantastic recommendations! This is the place you’re looking for! As a note: the water in the backyard/outdoor shower doesn’t work and it was a very HOT summer- the grass mostly died out so it got rather dusty this really only mattered to me because I had dogs which felt right at home here. Also the concrete floors are Amazing And keep the whole house clean. I loved it here!

Great House! The house was very clean and comfortable. This was the second time we booked this house and we will definitely do it again. The Game Room is a big plus.

The house was amazing and felt like a home away from home. It was easy to get to and the weather was great so we were able to enjoy the outside amenities.
