This is a cute apartment, just like the photos, no surprises! Aaron and Rebecca provided excellent check-in and check-out information, and answered my only question quickly. The amenities and well-stocked coffee station were appreciated. The motion-activated lights on the path to the entrance were very helpful, since we arrived after dark.

Great stay that had all the essentials for my week long work trip.

Such a cute place! It was exactly how described. Very comfortable and the overall space was perfect for what my husband and I needed. Would definitely recommend! Much more comfortable and spacious than a hotel room.

Macades Paradise was absolutely wonderful! The whole place was immaculate and positively lovely. The setting is gorgeous with views overlooking a beautiful pond and windchimes softly tinkling in the breeze. It was very peaceful. The home was exactly as described and communication with Victoria was prompt and pleasant. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen and bathrooms were stocked with the essentials (dishes, pots & pans, utensils, soap, shampoo, conditioner, etc.), and there were plenty of towels/blankets/pillows/etc. There was even a fold-out luggage stand to put our suitcase on. I whole-heartedly recommend staying there!

extremely happy with our stay! I wish there would have been a bigger Kitchen area with a table for seating. I will definitely be booking with Ken again. I will get Unit 1 next time. I look forward to next year already!!!!

This property was great! Tricia was so quick to respond, from my booking request through the end of our stay. The home was clean and easy to access. I loved the charm of the house with the dark wood. It was perfectly located so we had easy access to Cedar Point Sports Center, shopping and eating. Would definitely recommend!

Amazing stay and perfect location for us. We enjoyed a weekend of jet skiing. Will definitely be back. The host were extremely helpful with any questions we had.

A very nice and restored historic place. Lots of decor! The house is big enough for small or large gatherings. A 5 minute drive to Lake Erie beach. You would be amazed as soon as you walk in the door. The host is pleasant and commendating.

Was in the area for a volleyball tournament at cedar point so was big enough to host multiple coaches! Loved the area, close to the venue and would definitely recommend and stay again!

Thanks, Paul and Pam, for the care you've taken with your Bird's Nest apartment. We had everything we needed for our stay and we appreciated all your special touches to make your guests feel at home. We especially appreciated how clean the whole apartment was, how soft the sheets were, how well stocked the kitchen was, the good shower, all the special touches, and the good selection of coffees, tea and cider! In spite of being on Route 163, we had no issues with the traffic sounds. The only caution I'd mention to future guests, and you mention it, is that the steps for anyone with mobility issues might have some trouble navigating the steps. They are well lit and have good banisters but it's a fair number of steps. I was able to sit on the upstairs porch to enjoy my morning coffee and loved the sounds of the spring peepers singing across the street! We love the area and will definitely keep Bird's Nest on our list for future visits to the Lakeside Marblehead area. Thank you!

We had an absolutely lovely stay and thoroughly enjoyed our time at this beautiful lakefront property. I was meeting up with a long-time girlfriend I hadn't seen in years and it was exactly what we were looking for to catch-up and enjoy a peaceful, relaxing weekend by the water. We would certainly recommend this spot to others and come back for a future visit!

Conveniently located, close to several populated areas with nice restaurants, bars, and sights. A pretty property you can walk and a cute wooded area across the street from the Airbnb you have access to as well.

We stayed at Kory’s place for a month and a half while we were house hunting in the area with the whole family, dogs included. It’s a great location with a short, peaceful walk to the beach. There is a doggy door that leads into a large, private yard that was perfect for our pups, one large and very active. The house is cozy, the neighbors are friendly, and the host Kory is responsive and thoughtful. Would definitely stay again for a weekend getaway!

I loved this place, it was in a cute neighborhood and it was very peaceful. I loved to see Betty's history and the special touches were so thoughtful, I would for sure stay again!!

House was beautiful and came with 6 person golf cart. Great area of the island close to everything but yet house was in a quiet street only 1 neighbor down the road. We had the best weekend there!! House newly built all updated its the perfect place to stay. Definitely recommend and planning to go again!!

What a wonderful place to stay if you’re heading to Sandusky! Beautiful view of Lake Erie - with Cedar Point across the lake. Great location to walk to tons of unique restaurants and bars and two museums (Maritime and Carousel museums). Very comfortable beds, couch and recliners. Large kitchen to cook in and a community gas grill to use as well. Very quiet and secure. Loved it!

Such a great place! Very cozy and welcoming. Right near jet express-tons of walkable restaurants and bars. Jennifer was very responsive and helpful. All of the amenities you could want and tons of extra touches like a drawer full of things in case you forget anything. Extremely clean!!! Highly recommended! One of the nicest air bnb’s we have been to!

Nick was very accommodating when I made a last-minute booking. The apartment was very nice and in an excellent location—walkable to plenty of restaurants and the pier. I would definitely recommend.

Great stay! The condo was perfect. Nice kitchen, patio, living space, and bedroom. It was spotless and comfortable. The seasonal decorations made it very welcoming. Walking distance to the local things like restaurants, outdoor activities, and shops. The gate and locked main door was a big plus for me checking in alone at night in an unfamiliar place.

A great 3rd floor lookout over the marinas, though frozen at the moment. A modern, clean comfortable unit. Couldn't have been happier. Tim was friendly, helpful and easy to reach. Thanks for a great stay.

Corinne's place was a wonderful stay for us. Instructions on where to park, how to access the building, etc. were very clear and easy to follow. The loft was very, very clean... spotless! We appreciated all the little extra details, especially the Keurig pods provided. I always pack my own coffee and had forgotten to, so we were so happy to see that they were provided. I would highly recommend this loft to others looking to book a stay in Sandusky! I'd like to note that we both found the bed to be on the firm side, but obviously this is something that is a personal preference so may not be an issue for others but probably good to know when booking. Thank you Corinne!!
