The unit is part of a newly developed project. The unit is up to 5-starts hotel standards with full services upon request. My kids enjoyed the direct access to pool and sea. We enjoyed the four surrounding 5-start hotels where we would go for beach activities or restaurants. Amine and his fellow team member where helpful and responsive whenever needed. I felt it is good value for money and would come again.

Great villa with decent size pool. Sadly the weather wasn't brilliant in February so we didn't get to make full use of the outdoor space. Nice big TV and 5min tuk tuk ride (50 EGP) from El Gouna marina.

Islam was a great host and i can absolutely recommend renting with him. He was flexible with check-in and -out. Organised transfers to and from the airport and was always there to help on short notice and in a extremely friendly way. The villa was nice, especially outside with the large heated pool and nice view, however you could recognize it is already a bit run down so i guess it belongs to the houses in El Gouna built more early.

I wanted to share my amazing experience with Sherif at Bytk. Sherif ensured that we had a top-notch experience. The energy at the place and the service provided are exactly what you look for on a vacation. The location, view, amenities, and service from Bytk are all rated 10/10. The sunset view is breathtaking and shouldn't be missed. I also want to mention that Sherif was able to accommodate us on very short notice, even on the same day. Bytk truly goes the extra mile to ensure your comfort. Well done and we will definitely be back!

The villa is located in a beautiful area of ​​El Gouna and is very private. It has access to the lagoon and the open sea. The pool was amazing, large in size and very clean. The villa is located in a private area of ​​the city with security at the entrance. Flavia was very helpful in all aspects and gave me all the information I needed, even the little details. Mahmoud who runs the villa was extremely attentive and helpful, he even bought us groceries. We had a wonderful 5 days stay, the place, the surroundings, the weather, the sea, the restaurants were amazing. Thank you Flavia and Mahmoud for this holiday home.

The place is super clean, calm, comfey and all appliances are perfectly working, felt like home! The owner is super decent and reachable all the time along with his kind and beautiful team members who are ready 24 hours to get you whatever you want. Super close to gouna with a direct access to a highway going and returning. This is difentaly going to be my one stop destination whenever am planning to come to gouna or hurghada.

Die Villa ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Den Garten mit den div. Sitzgelegenheiten haben wir oft genossen. Der geheizte Pool war das absolute Highlight! Badetücher/Bettwäsche kann man austauschen lassen oder das Hauskeeping bestellen, sowie Essen nach Hause liefern lassen. Pool und Garten werden fast täglich gepflegt und gereinigt. Die Küche ist mit Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine inkl. Tumbler, Backofen, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine, Kühlschrank ausgestattet, nur das Geschirr ist knapp berechnet. Das gesamte Resort ist sehr sicher. Haytham, der Propertymanager, hat uns sehr gut betreut. Das nahe gelegene und via Steg gut erreichbare Korallenriff ist wunderschön und in sehr gutem Zustand, schnorcheln lohnt sich definitiv. Restaurants sind in Laufdistanz erreichbar und sehr zu empfehlen. Um zur Altstadt mit diversen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, Apotheke, Strand zu gelangen wird ein Fahrzeug benötigt.
