Great bang for your buck. The photos honestly look more grainy and dilapidated than reality. The location is perfect for long term stays. Private even within the apartment complex as it stays in one corridor with two neighboring apartments that are well sealed private also being rented out. When you arrive, Ayman greets you and introduces you to your lodging. He does a great effort of answering question. Nothing broke on me during my stay and my questions were limited so I didnt have to reach out at all. The apartment itself is located ontop of two supermarkets and although its on a side street, a little corridor within the apartment itself give you direct access to the main street for taxis and grocery shopping which was awesome if im being honest. Food delivery gives almost every restaurant delivering. The rooftop is wonderful albeit a bit outdated. TV now has more english channels. YW Easy 5 stars for long term nomads. 아파트먼트 단지내에 수영장과 썬베드 그리고 이탈리안 레스토랑이 있어 편리하다. 아주 가까이에 슈퍼마켓과 식료품점이 있는 것도 장점이다. 주변이 개발중이어서 약간 어수선해 보인다. 주방기구나 그릇, 와인잔, 커피메이커 등 생활 용품이 충분하고 퀄러티도 높다. 숙소에서 호스트인 Tomas가 거주한 것처럼 보인다. 도심의 번잡함이나 소음으로부터 벗어나 평화롭고 여유를 즐길 수 있다. 그렇지만 주변에는 아무것도 없다. 스노클링, 돌핀, 사막 투어를 위한 짧은 숙박에 적합해보인다.

Ich war mit meiner Tochter vom 8 bis 17 April in Ostmans Unterkunft. Es war traumhaft. Die Wohnung ist sehr luxuriös und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Es ist alles da und gut durchdacht. Man fühlt sich wie zuhause. Ostman ist ein sehr herzlicher und engagierter Gastgeber und immer erreichbar. Die Lage der Whg ist unschlagbar. Alles in der Nähe. Der Bestway Supermarkt oder ein kleiner Kiosk gleich um der Ecke. Die bekannten Strände Dream Beach oder Mahmya Beach. Die Aldau Village Mall. Die Touristenpromenade Mamsha. Da gibt es auch einen Geldwechselautomaten. In wenigen Minuten ist man beim Flughafen. Macht die An- und Abreise sehr bequem. Ich würde sagen, die Kombi aus Luxus Wohnung, perfekter Lage und herausragenden Gastgeber macht diese Unterkunft zu einen echten Juwel. Ich kann sie wärmstens weiterempfehlen und freue mich schon auf meinen nächsten Besuch. :-))

Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden. Wir haben uns sehr wohl und sicher gefühlt. Auch Pool und Strand haben uns gefallen (nicht überfüllt). Alles sonst nötige befindet sich in der Nähe. Ein Café nebenan ist super. Und auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite sind Geschäfte, ein Supermarkt, Restaurants und Drinkies (dort gibt es alkoholische Getränke) Einziges kleines Manko: 5€ extra pro Woche für Strom und Wasser wurde nicht vorher kommuniziert. Trotzdem können wir die Unterkunft nur empfehlen, wir würden gerne wieder hier unterkommen.

Ahmed was absolutely perfect as a host. Very responsive to every query or request. The place itself had everything you need and was clean. It is also really well located right in the heart of the action near the Hurghada Marina and Sheraton Street. A nice small beach is just 5 mins walk away as is a really good supermarket where you can buy *everything* (without haggling) until 2am! If you're looking for a "live like a local Egyptian" experience in a place where most accomodation options are package resorts, look no further. There is also a 24 hour reception for anything you need.

This flat is beautiful. it has everything you need. Spotless firm mattress. Bedding like brand new. Just absolutely beautiful. Whoever stays here please love the flat like the owner does. As I have. The location is the best. A lovely size balcony overlooking the pool. I would live here if I could. Truly just perfect.

The chalet was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed, especially the fully equipped kitchen. Its proximity to the pool and supermarket was incredibly convenient – truly, it couldn't have been better. I felt completely at home and are already planning our return. I highly recommend this chalet to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient getaway.
