Great place to stay, and we would definitely stay here again!

Place is modern, clean and kitchen is well equipped to make meals. It is walkable to Hollywood Walk of Fame where you can catch the hop on hop off tourbus or easily grab a waymo/Uber. Very detailed instructions, pictures and video made it easy to find and get into the unit.

I had such a great getaway! Dev and Claire were the absolute sweetest and their Airbnb was an added bonus! They were so communicative and did check-ins with me to make sure things were alright. The space was spacious, quiet (outside of some street noise and sounds from nearby tenants), clean and perfect for my solo trip to DTLA. Down to the washer + dryer, comfy bed and AMAZING shower. I have no complaints! I hope I get the chance to book with them again. Everything was within walking distance or a short drive from the stay, the security guards were nice. I felt safe the whole time. I didn’t get to experiment the pool unfortunately (I opted for a beach day instead). TLDR: 10/10, will book with Dev and Claire if I ever find myself back in DTLA. 😊😊

I stayed here for 1 night final notice ! Jessica was very responsive with her instructions very clear . High Rise is very Tranquil . The apartment was very beautiful and clean 😍. Reception made it easy . Area was quiet would definitely stay here again ! 5 stars ⭐️

Stayed here for three nights to visit friends and check out Nintendo land at Universal studio. The apartment located at the center of Hollywood walk of fame with lots of comfort food options all in walkable distance. The apartment has a really nice pool, hot tub, and a sauna. If you are a sauna fan, don’t miss that! The apartment is only 15 mins away from the universal studio. So, highly recommend anyone who’s planning to visit those places to stay here!

Very nice neighborhood. Walking distance to Spectrum Center with everything there. Parking is very easy. Jay is very responsive. I asked for some extra quilt in the morning, which are ready in the afternoon already. Really enjoyed my stay there.

Excellent property, excellent neighborhood, and excellent host. We had a very pleasant stay for a week in Aimee’s condo. I was very satisfied with the amenities, the comfort and the vibe of the entire place. Aimee was very proactive and efficient in helping us with a parking issue, as well as being available for recommendations. I gladly recommend this place.

I cannot say enough about my stay here. I stayed here while being displaced from the LA fires and it has been a home away from home during one of the hardest times of my life. Laura is so kind and generous—she did not price gauge at a time when many are. The location in Santa Monica is totally central and a great place to stay if you are visiting LA. Her place is fantastic. Super quiet, very comfortable bed, amazing kitchen to cool and the shower is EVERYTHING. I will always be grateful to Laura and my time here. She couldn’t be a better host 🙏💗.

This place is fantastic, exceptionally clean, with lovely views of the water. Its prime location offers lots of nearby activities and attractions, with the convention center, shops, and restaurants all conveniently within walking distance. I would definitely choose to stay here again!

Fantastic place. Great location, close to UCLA campus with major stores, Trader Joe’s, Target, Whole Foods and many restaurants and coffee shops, all within minutes of walking. Property is beautiful, as described and very well maintained. Everything works and the level of amenities leaves little else to desire. Host was not only very friendly and responsive, accommodating an earlier check in, but when the evening before I announced I will be in LA earlier due to a snow storm, they inquired whether I have a place to stay and offered to help. All in all, an outstanding experience and when in LA next time, I will spend no time looking for any other place.

Our second stay it’s immaculate, the staff so friendly. The area and the view perfect. Only negative (which I’m adding to be helpful) parking garage painted for several “compact” cars. Few people drive compacts the garage parking was a nightmare for an suv. Some huge trucks took up too much room. We tried so hard to fit between poles and lines and got a note “warning we will tow you” because our tire touched a line. It made us reluctant to leave the lot at all.

Great location right in the middle of So Cal’s top beach towns. The condo was exactly as pictured and Veronica was a great host. We can’t recommend this place enough!

James’s place was the best! The kids simply adored it and it was literally right around the corner from Disney! We had so much fun during this visit and I had no complications or complaints! I definitely enjoyed the stay! One of my favorites! The paintings, the stickers, my goodness, it was so perfect!

Bobby was an excellent host who promptly addressed any questions we had. The home was incredibly welcoming, clean, and comfortable upon our arrival. The cleanliness was impressive, with tidy spaces that made us feel right at home. Located in a peaceful neighborhood, it was conveniently close to restaurants and a shopping center. The home matched the images provided in the listing. My family had a great time and would highly recommend this place to others!

Great place in West Hollywood, close to many of the touristy places. Street is busy but no issues with navigation. We enjoyed the pool and sauna.

What a wonderful place to stay. It was clean, and so many little touches that made the stay more special as we discovered different details. The view is amazing and seeing the Disney fire works made for a great surprise when they suddenly appeared in the distance. The house is very comfortable and I commend the host. A three minute drive up the hill and you have a great hiking trail. We saw deer and other wild life. I would definitely stay here again.

Such a beautiful house, felt so cozy, clean and comfortable. One of my favorite airbnbs I’ve ever stayed at, felt right at home. What an amazing experience! Susan & Melissa were so accommodating, great hospitality. Overall 10/10 stay here and will definitely be back.

Run, don’t walk to Zenice!!! This place is even more magical in person. It has everything you could want and more! Truly one of the best stays we’ve had on a family trip. This place has something for everyone—board games, nintendo switch, electric bikes, sauna, hot tub, large projector, and well-stocked kitchen supplies! We were able to comfortably cook meals, have friends over, and walk to many nice spots in the neighborhood. It made for an amazing family spring break✨ Can’t recommend Zenice enough!

Jay’s place was cozy and comfortable. The children settled right in with the ping-pong table and other entertainment. The area seemed quiet and safe. Check-in and check-out were easy. Jay was a great host and very responsive.

This stay is everything that Megan described and it’s a great for a peaceful get away close to the beach and yummy local food spots!!!
