What a find! We wanted a peaceful, restful week and we got just that at the ranch. The cabins are comfortable, rustic and with a simplicity of the woods that made it magical! The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals, the beds and nooks were comfortable and we were a drive or walk away from amazing natura retreats (swimming, fishing, hiking). We will definitely come back.

It was beautiful! Definitely get there before it’s dark or else it could be confusing to get there.

Wondeful location. Peaceful country side right by the river. Great place for stargazing. Just 3 miles away from gas, food and cannabis store. Host was kind and responsive. Wish we stayed for longer.

We loved staying here when we visited Redwoods National Park. The very private hot tub in dense woods with a nice view of the night sky was a true delight after a hard day of hiking. DeVon was very helpful when we ran into a few hiccups over a holiday weekend!

This place was absolutely stunning. This was my first time visiting Humboldt after graduating in 2014. The cottage was perfectly put in the peaceful forest and had amazing amenities. The private sauna and hot tub were absolutely incredible. Would highly recommend staying at the cottage!!!

amazing location, interior, & host!! definitely would recommend to any traveler trying to stay close to the redwoods but also get a taste of a cute little small town feel!!

This was a phenomenal cottage out in the redwoods! It was super clean. We really enjoyed the gas grill, the fire pit in the back and the lovely creek that ran behind the home. We also really enjoyed seeing the Roosevelt elk in the front yard. So peaceful! The host was wonderful and very accommodating! The only drawback to staying in this particular area is that it is about 30 minutes to a grocery store or restaurant. But there is so much to see that is very close by including the beach ! Also, six people was quite difficult with only one bathroom. I can’t imagine 8. 😅 Overall- this was an amazing stay! We would definitely 💯 recommend!

Very comfortable house equipped with everything we needed. Plenty of blankets, towels, kitchen and bath supplies - including spices, ziploc bags, paper towels, tissues, laundry soap, lotion, etc. The neighborhood is quiet and walkable. Nearby Mad River Beach was a beautiful place to visit and a very nice drive! Gas and groceries very close by too.

Nichole responds quickly and is helpful and friendly. The house has the country vibe and cool “ranch themed” decor. We did a lot of cooking, the kitchen was very well stocked, the best Airbnb kitchen I’ve encountered. She provided extra amenities such as a portacrib, an outdoor grill on the porch, and a bag of good local coffee, to name a few.

My family enjoyed our stay. The location is beautiful and my kids especially loved Bones the cat!

Pauline was most gracious and helpful. Went out of her way to accommodate our needs. Her farmhouse was full of her personality and artistic flair. Very enjoyable stay. Bed comfortable, entire house clean and full of art and color. Grounds open spacious, plenty of parking, chicken coop, and yes, rooster greetings as expected in country setting. A nice large space with a well equipped kitchen. Enjoyed much that they had subscribed to all the streaming services!

The house was lovely. There were 4 of us traveling together. There was plenty of room, beds were comfortable, the kitchen was big and a nice place to gather. We chose to cook most meals at the house and they had every pot,pan and utensils we needed. It was a very pleasant stay.

Staying in your home was a huge treat because we are big city dwellers. We all loved the setting, especially my mom. Lots of my family members came by for short visits and were admiring the decor as well as the setting.The young kids loved the swing. The kitchen is well stocked with really nice dishes and appliances. Plenty of everything! Definitely there was plenty of room for the 5 of us. We loved it all!

Great stay! This place was awesome, felt big and the kitchen was well equipped and very spacious. We came to a very clean house. The views from there were amazing and the place is well located for hikes in the redwood national and state park. We found great hikes (long or short) within 10 minutes drive.

Dulce's AirBnB was absolutely beautiful. Very peaceful place. Everything was great. Easy check in/check out. The only meaningful feedback I could give, which is not necessarily the host's fault is that it ends up quiet a bit more expensive than the per night price, due to all the fees. I would stay there again.

We loved this place! Not many places you can just disconnect and relax. Everything, and everyone, was so welcoming. The views and river were stunning! The place was clean and well stocked! We hope to come back!

Marlen is an excellent host. She took the time to show us her farm, even gave her some duck eggs from the farm. Her place is exactly as described, it’s so peaceful and calming. This is an excellent place to decompress. One of the best airbnb places I have ever stayed at!! We will definitely be visiting her place again! And anyone reading this, should definitely give it a try!
