Experience the charm of our Rustic Cabin, perfect for a getaway in eastern Colorado. The rustic cabin has a swing on the deck, mini-fridge, microwave, and access to all the park's amenities. While the cabin does not have plumbing or running water, guests can conveniently use the central bath house, which offers toilets, showers, and sinks. The park has a laundry room, swimming pool that is open in summer, hot pizza and wings in the gift shop and playgrounds for the kids.

New, clean and quiet! Perfect for visitors to Hugo, travelers or professionals, looking for a great nights rest. This 500 sqf apartment is private with its own bathroom and fully equipped kitchen if you want to dine-in. Please review our house rules, including quiet hours before booking. The loft space is for storage only and can not accommodate additional guests or children. Each apartment has a queen bed with maximum occupancy for 2. No pets or animals please.

The Beach House ⚓️

Our walk-in basement sleeps 6. The 1st bedroom has a queen bed and was painted by my daughter to depict an underwater aquarium. The 2nd bedroom is pleasant blue, set up for children, includes a single bed and a bunkbed. A pack and play is available for a baby. A small kitchen area includes a table for 6 and a microwave, coffee maker, hot plate, and fridge. The bathroom was recently renovated and will pamper you!

If you don’t want to have to share quality family time in a hotel room, the North 40 is the place for you!
