My friends and I loved our stay! This property is just a few blocks from Warren Street and so cozy. Everyone had their own space and was very comfortable.

We had a very late arrival but got in just fine with her advance directions. The home is so beautiful and well decorated, felt cozy yet spacious. It’s clean and well maintained. The neighborhood is quaint and quiet. There is not a ton of restaurants close to the address, but if you have transportation to explore, the region is beautiful and has plenty to offer!

We had a wonderful time visiting family and having our own place to come back to each evening! The home was perfect and was equipped with everything we needed! The snow was fantastic! We were able to see our newest great grandson born while we were there! We stayed 11 nights and really hated to leave! Thank you so much for everything!

A beautiful home, filled with everything you need for the perfect stay. Our family needed to check in early and they responded so quickly and were very accommodating to our needs. Would def recommend staying here!

We had the most peaceful and rejuvenating stay here! The views were absolutely breathtaking — waking up to such natural beauty each morning was pure bliss. The entire place had a calming, serene atmosphere that made it so easy to unwind and truly relax. My pup loved the large yard. What made the stay even more special were the thoughtful little gifts left for us — such a sweet and personal touch that really made us feel welcome and cared for. We loved this little cottage tucked away in the woods. The location is perfect, making it easy to access many of the Catskills popular trails, and also close access to Tannersville for those nights when you just don't feel like cooking. The cottage was clean, tidy, had a beautiful rustic/ classically modern aesthetic, and the kitchen was impressively well stocked with well maintained cookware for the nights when we did want to cook. I cannot say enough good things about this place, I already have another trip here booked, and I'm looking forward to many future trips back! Don't sleep on this place- it is darling!

FENCED. YARD!! Apart from the clean, spacious, well appointed home, the yard was the best part. And it wasn’t just boring and flat and grassy-think boulders for climbing and jumping, hills for racing, “secret passageways” for exploring. Just be prepared to look for ticks. Clearly an excellent choice for families with children, and our dog loved it most. The home has lots of character, good books to read, games for passing time. While venturing out for hikes, we enjoyed the views along the windy roads with charming homes and mountain scenery. The kitchen had so many pots and pans and plenty of dishes. Lillian was always responsive and quick. Good choice for a peaceful getaway.

We had an amazing time staying at this house! It was in a great location, well-stocked with everything we needed, and the host was incredibly responsive. The check-in process was seamless, making our stay even more enjoyable. My family and I had a wonderful experience, and we would definitely book again!
